This was my first time getting a car detailed so I wanted to make sure it was done well and not just someone coming and vacuuming the interior. Very few people bothered to put much effort into their replies but Decontee was punctual, polite and specific in his replies. Here is what they did: ​"Interior Restoration: ​Deep Vacuum & Compressed Air: Removal of debris from every crevice, including under and between seats. ​Steam Cleaning & Sanitization: Deep cleaning of carpets, floor mats, and upholstery to lift stains and eliminate odors. ​Leather/Vinyl Conditioning: Cleaning and applying a UV protectant to the dashboard, door panels, and seats to prevent cracking and fading. ​Glass Clarity: Streak-free cleaning of all interior windows, mirrors, and instrument clusters. ​Engine Bay Detailing: ​Degreasing: Safe removal of oil, grease, and road grime from the engine surfaces. ​Detailed Agitation: Using specialized brushes to clean tight spots and components. ​Protective Dressing: Applying a non-greasy, heat-resistant dressing to plastic and rubber hoses to give them a deep, like-new satin finish. ​Exterior: Precision Decontamination Wash: Thorough hand wash followed by a clay bar treatment to remove embedded contaminants (like iron or sap) that a regular wash misses. ​Ceramic Coating or High-End Sealant: Applying long-term protection that adds extreme hydrophobicity (water-beading) and a deep gloss. ​Wheel & Wheel Well Detail: Deep cleaning of rims, tires, and wheel arches, finished with a no-sling tire dressing." Some of the other quotes I got were much higher so I blew those off. There were some that were lower but none that seemed trustworthy between their reviews and most especially their replies. I went ahead and booked him that Friday night for the following day. He did let me know before the appointment time on Saturday that they were running behind from the previous job but they would still get my cars done no problem. Once Rufus and Decontee arrived they wasted no time getting started and were both extremely hard working. They brought absolutely everything they needed including power and water and over the next 3 hours I checked in from time to time and they always wanted my feedback to make sure they didn't miss anything and that I was happy with the job thus far. The few little things I could find they did immediately and I was very happy with the results. At the end he once again had me look everything over to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. I will say at that point it was dark outside so there did end up being some very small things I could see the next day, but I can't blame them for that and nothing that was a big deal. My interiors didn't have any major stains or anything, but I knew they still needed a good cleaning and protection. I was therefore surprised at how much cleaner and better it looked once they were done because with nothing big to "fix" I just didn't expect it to look that much nicer! Even the 14 year old car is looking sleek and fresh. Both Decontee and Rufus were very polite, hard working, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

I'd messed up the headlights and I was surprised at how much better they look and how very reasonable the cost was. There were also color corrections all over the car that came out better than I thought they could. Regular washes are about 2x the cost drive-through (like at gas stations) was but are 4x good!!!!
