I am just in AWE for the great car detail service Doug carried out on my car. Doug is warm, genuine and displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition. I had called around for car detail services nearby that I found on Yelp. Doug's overview, assessment and enthusiasm was what tipped me to his shop. He was methodical in the work carried out where he had outlined that he was going to: 1) enhance the paint care on the car and protect the paint surface 2) lift the car for thorough cleaning of the undercarriage and chassis of the car. He also took out my car wheels and tires and gave them a clear coat protectant and luster. The rims were also thoroughly cleaned and shined. 3) polish the headlights, tail lights, exterior trim and exhaust tips that stuck out to a glossy finish. 4) he conditioned my leather seats, shampooed and thoroughly cleaned the interior carpeting and trunk area. 5) he polished, waxed and shined the exterior of the car to a new look dazzle that has stayed with the car for 2 months since. I got rave praise from my colleagues and even at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek staff for the professional and excellent look of the car when I took it in for a service check. It really stood out!! Doug is an absolute superstar and very professional. I took my car in for a detailing as the lease is coming up soon, and it came out looking brand spanking new! Much better than I could have ever hoped. I have two kids ages 7 and 2 so you can imagine the state of the car when dropping it off. He was able to remove all the stains off the upholstery, shoe marks from backs of seats, even coffee stains from the headliner, and polished the exterior until shining and smooth. All minor scratches disappeared under the polish and he even touched up the paint in a few areas that had been chipped so precisely that I had to hunt carefully to see where they were. Very fair price for the quality of work received. . It is very evident how much pride he takes in his work. Just know that he likes to take his time with your car, so allow for enough time to leave it there for a couple of days if you really want the full treatment! Exceeded expectations! For his birthday, I took my boyfriend's 2001 Honda Civic to Fresh 'N Clean Express. The car was a mess -- dirty inside and out, stains on the seats and carpet, and trash everywhere. Doug took this lump of coal and turned it into a diamond! The interior was pristine -- no traces of the sticky messes on the plastic, and the seats and carpet looked new. The exterior was magnificent, too. It gleamed in the sunlight, and Doug took the time to use touch-up paint on small scratches on the body and on the tire rims. He even restored the headlights to their original clarity.
