Your experience may vary. I hate to leave a bad review for an independent business. I used Icy once and he did an excellent job! Unfortunately, the next few times I booked an appointment (a day or a few days in advance), I would get a text the day of the appointment, usually right before, saying he needed to reschedule. I get that last minute things come up, but for this to consistently happen is disappointing. It appears that his scheduling system isn't working, needs improvement, or he's overbooking. Regarding his attempts to call and reschedule. During the booking process I advised that I work nights and would be sleeping during our scheduled appointment time. read more

Brian is awesome. Super professional and polite. He texted me immediately when I expressed concern about some scratches on the hood of my new car. I was really annoyed at myself because somehow I caused these scratches myself with a rag I was using, even though they weren't deep or anything. He told me he would most probably be able to remove them since they were just on the surface, but assured me he would spot test first. I scheduled him to detail my car and he came and did exactly that. After the exterior detailing I couldn't see the scratches anymore and the car looked great. Brian did a great job doing a complete interior, exterior, and engine bay cleaning. I bought my car out of state and needed a good deep cleaning due to years of build up, lots of dirt, dust, and sand in the engine bay. I also have fabric seats and it just felt dirty. Well, Brian with his mobile service came to my house to detail my 2016 Kia Soul. The plan was to trade it in for a newer vehicle. He wash wax the exterior, vacuumed, detailed the inside and cleaned the engine area. I was amazed how it looked. He spent at least 5 hours detailing our vehicle. Yup, after the job my wife and I had second thoughts to trade it in. It looked beautiful. Well we decided to trade it in, and we received a better than an average offer.
