Last Sunday, Stephanie claimed my vehicle was not in the system and treated me rudely. The cashier quickly found the issue: the DP prefix had not been entered before the license plate number. When I explained this to Stephanie, she dismissed me and spoke to my passenger instead, even though I am the account holder. A week later, I reported the incident to the manager, Jesus. Initially, he showed little concern and did not investigate. Only after I spoke with a corporate representative who happened to be present did he contact Stephanie and look into the matter. This gave me the impression that employees protect one another rather than properly addressing customer complaints. I have also observed behavior from certain employees that made me concerned they may have been impaired while handling customers' vehicles. Management should take this seriously. Not everyone is unprofessional--Hector has always been respectful and helpful. I hope Mr. Burgess reviews this situation and addresses the serious customer service and accountability problems at this location.
