I love the convenience of this location being so close to the free way. Their team is very knowledgeable Nd the service is consistent. They've become my monthly visit not just because I needed a clean but because i know when im stress going here and k owing my car gets cleans help relieve my stress. read more

The value really is not there for this place. I wanted to give this location a try since it was newer, but it really was not worth the ~$50 paid. I feel like a lot of these places that are membership based operate on a quantity over quality basis. None of the workers seemed to care when I was pointing out bee droppings, bird droppings, and other things that fall into the car while parked which were not properly removed during the wash. They acted like I didn't pay extra for it. First of all, as a car wash, why should a customer have to pay extra for bug removal. That's like operating a restaurant and charging extra for your food to cooked properly, Makes no sense and shame on you for treating customers in this gotcha manner, "of you didn't pay extra for removing bugs". If this is the best that Autopia has to offer, I'll pass and keep using my other go to spots. read more

Been a member here for quite some time now, and service is generally good, with the exception with this one guy that drives my car from the car wash to the wipe down and vacuuming section. Seems like he always revs the engine and can't get it over the speed bumps, then today I could've swore he got out my car and let it roll back and just left it in the middle of the of road. My car was pretty dirty and in desperate need of a wash. Service was quick and friendly. The location is very clean and has plenty of seating with options inside as well as outside under a shaded pergola. The wash itself could use a little more attention to detail though. I paid for the Ultimate Wash ($50) and for that price I was disappointed to see that my sunroof was not fully cleaned (which is one of the reasons I opted to pay for a wash since the roof is hard for me to reach), the grill and other edges around the car still had dirt, and a couple door panels still had dirty scuffs (see photos). Rookie move on my part for not fully checking while I was still there. I was pleased with other areas though like my rubber floor mats, dash, windows, tires, seats, body (for the most part - still had some specs from bird droppings/pollen). Overall my car looks sparkly from a distance but of course would've liked all those little details attended to. read more

I went to try the express wash because I will never wait for how long the full service wash takes. It was $15 and the wash seemed pretty good. The one star is for the customer service experience from the lazy employees sitting around upset they weren't making tips from the express customers. There's a lot of vacuum bays and there was at least 10 open when I was there. I didn't see any signs so of course I used the vacuums just like I would at any quick quack car wash. When I was almost done an employee came up yelling over the loud vacuum asking which wash I paid for. I said express and he said I'm not allowed to use the vacuum. I asked if I could just finish up and he unplugged the vacuum on me. Pretty awesome customer service to get you to come back right? If there was an option to pay extra for the vacuum I would have done it, but there's not. It doesn't cost them any more to let customers vacuum their own cars when their vacuum pumps are already running. A little advice to this business: Go check out a quick quack and learn how to operate an express wash. You are obviously trying to copy their model and you're missing the mark on this customer base. read more

Great place to have your vehicle cleaned properly! From the first service to the fourth or fifth, everyone has been friendly and professional. The cleaning services for my vehicle are top-notch. At my first service there was something on my back window that would not come off and the supervisor was actually over there trying to remove it. He brought me to my car, explained the situation, and they did their best to clean it which took more time. There were many cars/customers there, but they did not make me feel rushed or like it was not important and everything worked out fine. Again, I don't let anyone "wash" my Benz, but these peeps are awesome! read more

Great wash, very thorough. They need a gift shop, for added value to customer. Everyone is friendly and absolutely professional.

The staff is friendly and they are pretty efficient with getting you in and out. But I paid $70 for a wash and wax and the front bumper still had grime and dirt. It's disheartening when you pay that amount and your car is still not clean. I think the Autopia in Martinez does a better job. read more

I have had our cars washed here multiple times, electing for the plan that allows us to bring in the vehicle any time, any day. Overall, considering the cost, quality and time it takes to get the cars washed I have found them to be a good value. People working there have always been pleasant and kind. Cars look and smell good once they finish. read more

The quality for the price is worse than a drive through wash. The upcharge was fine for an SUV but having marks along the sides that are reachable are a no-go. read more

I use to really enjoy this place when they first opened. I even had the membership for a year. However, I had to cancel because it's always difficult to get help at the counter. The lady working the counter is always outside talking and flirting with the guys. Short lady with long hair needs to stay at her post! Customer shouldn't have to go outside to find you! read more

The market location is the only reason why I keep my autopia membership. The other two locations are not up to standard but this one is very well managed and does a fantastic job every time. read more
