First - my car... has the most dog hair of any car you will likely see. Seriously. I have 3 65 pound dogs and one sits in the back (a shepherd) and we hadn't had it detailed in months. I wouldn't even offer friends rides bc - nahhhhhh my car is gross! We just moved to Concord from Chicago so were looking for a new detailing company when we found Sal (Ultimate Mobile Auto Detail). He was (very!) prompt, worked on the SUV for so many hours, and it's immaculate now. Bonus - having him come to my house means I can leave for work, take the BART, and come home to a wonderfully clean car. A+ We'll be calling Sal again in a month or two when we're once again buried in dog car. Thanks, Sal! read more

Sal was amazing! Our car inside and out was in need of a cleaning desperately. He squeezed us in last minute before our deadline, did a wonderful job, was efficient in and out, and took great care of our car and left everything in great condition at our home after his work was complete. I'm so impressed with his work - highly recommend! read more

Sal did an amazing job! There was a whole quarter panel that had scratches on them and he was able to buff them out and make the car look brand new! I thought the interior was pretty good, and till Sal went in there and came out and said that there was obviously someone with an animal and there was dog hair in the carpeting. I had no idea! We're still a little bit baffled about how the dog hair got in there... Perhaps the previous owner? Anyway... I would recommend him highly!! read more

I highly recommend Sal! He did an amazing job on my 1960 car. He was extremely thorough and meticulous in his work. He is a hard worker with attention to detail. I consider him to be a"master craftsman." He also offered very good suggestions about the car. He also does windshield repair. I will definitely use him again! Definitely 5 stars! read more

I contact this company around 10 days ago and ask about a price, he said that he need to come over and see vehicle before giving price. Couple days later I called again and he said we be back with price. But as of today I heard nothing from him. I don't think I want even deal with than anymore will search for better business read more

Sal was responsive and did quick work. My car came out looking great and best of all, he removed a stain that seemed very difficult to get out. read more

My car just joined the 100k mile club so I figured I'd do something nice to reward his service. Gave Sal a holler on a Wednesday and was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday. Sal was able to provide an estimate for the cost based on my vehicle type which stayed consistent after service as well. Sal showed up about ten minutes early and finished my full auto detail close to SIX(!) hours later. I was terribly hungover and I felt awful I couldn't make this poor guy a great breakfast or something because he absolutely busted his ass on my car. And the results were mind blowing. I didn't really know what to expect, but whatever my expectations were, were completely blown away. The car looks brand new. He was able to get micro scratches out of the doors and quarterpanels. I had a few darker stains/discoloration on the seats he was able to get out. Even common wear areas like arm rests and consoles looked like they did the day I bought the car. The leather was conditioned, carpets shampooed, vents and door handles cleaned... He seriously covered every inch of my car. I couldn't believe how hard he worked and the results. Highly recommend Sal. So glad I went with him for this service. read more

Sal did an amazing job On my pick up truck. He soldiered through the smoky conditions to do an absolutely amazing job. My truck looks so good when he was done I raised the price by $1000. They don't look this good when they come off the showroom floor! I will be doing my business with Sal for all future detailing needs! read more

Sal is incredible!! This is the second car he has detailed for our family and each time it is the same-meticulous and pristine. I called Sal and he was able to come two days later! I chose to only have the interior detailed and Sal was upfront and honest with me. He told me the stains in the seats and carpets I was so concerned about most likely wouldn't come out but he would try his best. I really appreciate the honesty and the effort! He worked on the interior for 3 hours and charged a very fair price for all the labor. I would definitely recommend Sal to any and every one!! read more

We couldn't be happier with the detail work that Sal did on our Lexus SUV. He and his partner showed up promptly at 7:30 am and worked hard for nearly 6 hours. Our car was in rough shape (we have six kids) but after Sal was done it looked like it was new. He definitely went the extra mile. read more

Sal and his partner did a great job on my Dodge Ram. My truck tends to gather dirt quickly throughout my daily activities, and they brought it back to life. I also enjoy the light coat of shine used on the interior; not too much and just enough. This is my first experience with Sal, and I would recommend him to others. read more

Sal was great. He showed up early and was totally professional. He spent more than four hours detailing my Jeep Grand Cherokee; it looks amazing ! I will be hiring him again. read more

In preparation for a magazine photo shoot, I had Sal detail my 1952 VW split window sunroof beetle and his work and results are amazing. I highly recommend UMAD! read more

Sal did an amazing job on my cars. They were so clean, I didn't want to drive them...lol.

I have been using Sal for years now- I wont let anyone else wash my car. He comes to our office in Lafayette and cleans cars while we work which is awesome!! He uses good products which is very important to me- no Armor All! Sal always comes when he says he will and takes his time cleaning inside and out. Definitely will continue to use him! read more

I lucked out and found Ultimate Mobile Auto Detail through a google search. It was the first business that popped up when I searched "Auto Detailing" near me. I called and Sal picked up. Coincidentally, Sal and his partner were detailing a car close to my house so I was able to show him my car, he gave me an estimate, and we scheduled and appointment for that same weekend. For a very reasonable price, he took my filthy car and made it sparkle. I left the car in the driveway and he was able to take care of everything while I was away. I highly recommend him! read more

Great service! Sal arrived early and got right to work. My Stepfather passed away and his car was pretty dirty and did not exactly smell very fresh. I was amazed when he finished. The car sparkled on the outside and looked new on the inside! It actually smelled good too. Sal took great care in seeing the care was perfect and I could not have been happier. Nice guy. Great service. Highly recommend. Wish I had done it sooner. read more

Sal did a great job on my Lexus SUV. It really needed a good detail, and i have no complaints about the result. Its terrific. I also wanted it done fairly quickly and the good news for Sal is that he is very busy. Having said that he offered to come and do my car on a Sunday (his only day off). I even said no, but he was insistent that he get it done for me. What a great guy. Thanks Sal. read more

Let me tell you, I called 3 different mobile detailers and Sal was the only one that answered his phone. I called on a Sunday and he was going to schedule me on to a day that he was open but I told him that I was not from the area and will be flying back home in 2 days so I will just schedule with him on my next trip up. But Sal came out that Sunday and detailed my car. Wow that was really great service and not to mention he did a fantastic job on the car. My concern was the oxidation on my vehicle. He got the car looking at it's best again in a short time. That's what you call catering to your customer. He's got my business from here on. Thank you Sal. read more

Sal came recommended from a friend and I couldn't have been happier with his work. Our car had sustained months of water build up from a leaky sunroof and you can image how bad that smelled. Sal used a special machine to disinfect the car and then he shampooed the floors and front seats. It came out great but the smell of the shampoo was a little strong for my taste. read more

I have been using Ultimate Mobile for the better part of a year and it has become my go to company for detailing my car. Sal is extremely through and is very meticulous in cleaning areas in car that previous were neglected by other auto detail firms I have used. He is reasonable in the price he charges. I highly recommend this company if you would your car to look like you just drove it off showroom floor! Rick S. read more

Sal did an awesome job on our 2017 Tahoe. We bought the car used and it just did not look like a newly purchased car. Sal was able to come on the next day and spent 5+ hours meticulously detailing the car inside and out! I was very impressed with the quality of work and his prices were reasonable! I will definitely be calling him for our routine details going forward! read more

Sal and his assistant did an amazing job on my car. I got an exterior wash and wax along with an interior cleaning and vacuuming. This was the first time I'd had my car detailed since buying it, and it was seriously dirty. It looked like a whole new car when he was done! Great attention to detail and reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again when I need another detailing! read more

Sal did a very thorough job on out two 14 year old cars, bringing them to showroom condition. He is a hard worker with excellent attention to detail. Not only did he do a great job on the cars, he made our garage sparkle. I look forward to having him back. read more

Our son's Toyota must be the dirtiest car Sal has ever had to clean. It was trashed inside and out. He and his helper spent 4 hours on it yesterday and it seriously looks like a different car! They showed up on time (maybe even early) and were very neat and professional. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. read more

Sal is amazing! Got all the coffee stains, dog saliva, and other stains off my seats and doors. When my car was done I saw he washed the outside, vacuumed the inside, and washed the other parts of the interior so it would all match and look great. He did this all for the same price he quoted me for the stains. Will be using him every time. He is kind and very accommodating. I highly recommend him read more

I have no experience with auto detailing, but Sal came out and looked at my car for the first time and then got to work. My two-year old car, when his finished, looked like it just came off the Subaru lot the day I bought it. read more

Sal is incredible. We had him come yesterday to clean 3 of our cars and he was here almost 6 hours. The cars looked brand new when he was done. He is very reasonably priced, came on time and is honest. He made some suggestions on how to keep the leather looking good. He is a gem and I highly recommend him! Thank you, Sal!!! read more

Sal did a great job and came at short notice on a Sunday! I told him I wanted just a basic interior and exterior, but he went above and beyond, doing all the cracks and crannies, inside all the little compartments, under the floor mats, lifted up my 3rd row fold down seats, etc. And a very reasonable price. read more

I liked Sal and found him reliable and trustworthy. But I'm only giving 3 stars because my boyfriend had his car done to the same level of detail at a car wash place, it took far less time, cost less, and they did just as good a job. Still if you don't want to travel or wait in line at a car wash place, Sal's your man. Pros: --Sal actually returned my call within 24 hours and he showed up on time the day of my appointment. --Had my car back to me in the time he said he would (though he did take 4 full hours) and charged a reasonable price. --Did a beautiful job! My car is very clean inside and out. And he cleaned the things I was most concerned about. Cons: --Apartment dwellers beware: Sal didn't tell me he doesn't supply his own water supply. I live in an apartment building, so I did not have access to a water spigot. Luckily he was able to wash my car in a nearby church parking lot a block away from my house. But it would have been better to know this in advance. --My car smelled like cotton candy for weeks afterwards (I would have preferred something like "pine" or "new car" smell.) --He treated my interior with Armor-All, which left the car shiny clean. However he treated the steering wheel too and it left it very slippery. I had to clean my hands for weeks after I got out of my car. Also I had to re-clean my windows after I got it back because they were also smeared with Armor-All. And since then my windows now have this 'mottled' appearance. Not sure why as I've had my car detailed before. Maybe it has something to do with the over-generous Armor-All treatment? read more

Just had Sal wash, wax and interior detail my husband's car as a birthday gift. Wow! It looks amazing...like it just came off the showroom floor. Will definitely use Sal again and highly recommend him. read more
