Every time I take my car to him, I also learn stuff about car detailing, do's and don'ts for when I'm doing my own cleaning, and it's always a good conversation as well. It had been 5 years since my 2013 RAV 4 had been detailed. The exterior was starting to look quite "tired," and the interior needed a thorough cleaning. I engaged Enrique to do the total detail package plus headlights, and he was fabulous! A few items (headlights and dog hairs in the cargo area) could not be restored to "brand new," but the results were consistent with what Enrique had explained to me as being realistic. The "black" (outside trim, inside upholstery and tires) now actually looks "black," the silver colored paint is beautifully waxed and sealed, and the interior is truly clean. The dashboard, console, and steering wheel look great, and he was able to get the dog hairs and other "grit" out of the floor mats. Enrique was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I have had my car for over 6 years and have never had it professionally detailed. Over the last few months I have transported kids, dogs, and messy adults on several occasions and my car was in desperate need of thorough detailing. was not satisfied with how crew cleaned my interior of car had mud residue that was not removed off my console looked like they didnt use a damp cloth anywhere on interior to clean off dust etc.when crew washed windshield they used a blower to blowoff any water residue but blew up wiper blade in process so high the wiper end was broken off...I was watching crew the entire time and would recommend any customer to do so if anything might happen during the wash not sure the crew would tell customer. the broken off wiper blade was put under arm to look like was ok and was told to go wash was completed. read more
