Kee's was recommended by a friend, and after getting a few body quotes, I thought I would check them out, it was the very best decision I could ever make. Parry was very casual and nice, and after looking at the left side of my car with destroyed doors from hitting a tree, he took a few photos and by the first thing the next day, I received a quote that was $1,000 less than one other quote I received and $2,200 less than from another local well established body shop. When I mentioned the difference to Parry, he said that Kee's policy is to offer their customers a price break in return for their help. I received status emails along the way, and they were even able to complete the work ahead of schedule. Parry & Austin did outstanding work, are down-to-earth nice guys, and very oriented. I was already scoping out a bodyshop to repair some minor damage I had caused on the roof of my Miata when the garage door came down on it by accident :'(. Kee's was my preferred option - both on price and friendliness / convenience - their estimate was reasonable and indicated they understood the scope of work. Other bodyshops quoted 2 to 3x as much - having not really understood what work was involved. Before I got the opportunity to drop my car off, my wife clipped the sign to our house with her SUV and properly messed it up. The Geico estimate was ~$3500 worth of work. Working with Kees was super easy, we dropped the car off to them, organised a rental and as promised, it was ready the following week. The quality of the paintwork and repair was generally excellent with one small issue - the gap between the replaced panel and the hood of the car wasn't parallel and was obviously different to the other side of the car which still has the originally installed panel. I brought it back to Kees and they were able to fix it without any problem. With my Miata, they did a great job on the repair and took extra effort to make sure it was ready by a hard deadline I had with a planned track day. The quality of the paintwork is good - although it is obvious where the paint was covered up for the repair on the two tone panel. I'm not sure there would have been an easy way around that though and it looks a lot better than the scratched up way it looked before. The work took a little longer than originally estimated but they honoured their original price. One small annoyance was that there were shims that needed to be installed to keep the middle roof panel flush with the main and rear panels - the technician at Kees lost them and were unable to find them. Thankfully I was able to order these off eBay but it was a bit of a pain. Overall, pretty happy with the repair and quality of the work. Customer service and communication was also excellent and very professional. I'll definitely be back (although I hope not to need to!). read more

Somebody backed into my Tesla Model Y (it was parked) and crunched the rear hatch (see pictures). My wife found Kee's on Yelp (local with great reviews) and was able to drive over the next day for a estimate. Vu checked the damage, took some pictures, and explained their repair approach. Ended up dropping off the Tesla the day before a 10 day vacation with a 85% battery charge. Got back home from vacation and could not wait to see the repair - it was perfect! You could not tell the rear hatch was previously damaged at all, and restored to its original state. Paint color was perfect and they realigned the hatch door too. Kee's are the masters of auto body repair! My Tesla looked brand new and I am super satisfied with Kee's work. The good to know story....... While on vacation, I just happen to log into the Tesla app and it was down to 81 miles......oh oh. We would not be home for 4 more days and the battery would certainly drain to zero. Oh no! Owner stressing! Called Austin at Kee's and asked if I could have my neighbor drop off the charging cable. Told Austin I would gladly pay more for using his AC power. He said "no problem, bring the cable over, and no charge for the AC power". AWESOME! My anxiety level dropped, car was charging, and I resumed my vacation. If you are a Tesla owner, do these things I forgot to do when dropping off at Kee's..... 1. Bring your Tesla portable charging cable. This way the body shop can plug in if needed. 2. Disable Sentry Mode. That is a big battery drainer. 3. Disable Cabin Overheat Protection. Another battery drainer. Conclusion: Kee's is the real deal auto body specialists with awesome customer service skills. They have proven they can fix "challenging" damage to a Tesla Model Y. Pictures uploaded below so you can see the damage before and after repair. Look closely at the damage to the hatch details. This was not an easy job. My car's tow hook cover was stolen and I needed a replacement. I purchased the cover online OEM, but it still needed to be painted. Kee's auto body was the first place my friend recommended. I came down with 2 pieces (just incase one gets stolen again) to get it paint matched tl my car. Kee made it a very simple process. Matched the paint to my vin and took less than 12 hours to get my tow hook covers taken care of. I did notice that afterward that there were some streaks and after calling Kee again, he told me to come down and they can correct it! Kee is super responsive and takes his work serious. 3 years after my first good experience with Kee's, I came back when my car got rear ended. I asked for 2 separate repair estimates, one for the Insurance estimate for the rear end repair, and a second for a deep scratch on the passenger side quarter panel, which was not an insurance claim. I decided to only have the insurance work done right now. I had a bad experience with a different autobody shop earlier this year because they took much longer to complete repairs than they had promised. I didn't want that to happen again, so I was very clear with Austin that I expected them to compete the work in the 5 business day timeframe he quoted me. Long story short, the repairs took a couple more days than promised, but that was because the work for both estimates was completed, even though I had only authorized one. Austin was very magnanimous and said of course I would not be charged for the additional repairs since it was their mistake. The estimate for that repair was $744. Additionally, Kee's detailed my car, inside and out for no additional charge. When my car was returned to me it was immaculate and looked brand new. Hopefully I won't be needing more auto repairs any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely come back to Kee's read more

I did my homework to find an honest and competent body shop to repair my BMW 540i. After many weeks (length of time in shop is not my basis of review), I was told my car would be ready Friday by 11am. I arrived at 11am and was told the vehicle was "almost ready, another 10 minutes." This occurred 4 more times, totaling a complete waste of 50 minutes. Once it was actually "ready,", a worker came running across the street from an auto part store with an aftermarket windshield wiper and they spent 5 minutes installing the wiper. Vu stated I'd have to come back for the BMW wiper blade another time. All of this was not too bad. But, it is the finish on the hood, roof, door panels and rear panel. Every section they touched is worse than when I took it in. The blemishes and imperfections in the paint finish are astonishing. Photos of the finish after their work are below (blue tape are imperfections in the new finish). I pointed everything out to Vu when I picked the vehicle up and he acknowledged the imperfections. He asked me to return the vehicle for 2 days of my choosing and they would fix everything. I returned the vehicle 1/4/20 and met with Kee. Kee was very friendly and stated my vehicle would be 100% fixed by Tuesday, 1/7/20. I told him that was perfect as I'd be out of town, returning 1/8/20. On 1/8/20, I received a call from Jose stating that they'd need to keep the car until Friday, 1/10/20 to ensure it's "perfect." Okay, no problem, just pay for my rental of $91 for 2 days. Jose agreed. The afternoon of 1/8/20, Jose called back and left a voicemail stating that I'd need to pay an additional $1,700 to re-spray my hood, otherwise it wouldn't be fixed. What!? Amazing... I will not be paying them anymore money and will update my review once I get my vehicle back to see if they resolve their shoddy workmanship or not. UPDATE: 1/12/20 Kee ended up fixing all areas of concern to a respectable level. Not perfect, but pretty good. He also reimbursed me for my rental car during the additional fix time frame. I have to go back again for another 30 minute visit to have a gasket seated correctly on the roof line. read more
