After researching other Auto Body shops, I came across Husteads and set up a time to get a quote for a nasty scratch and dent on my new Bronco. Dylan took the time to assess the damage and write up a quote and timeline for me. There was no pressure, he said take your time, get other quotes and reach out if I wanted to use them. I set up my appointment with them (all the women in the front office are AMAZING). They took out the dent/scratch on the hood, repainted my hood to match the truck and also took out a dent in the driver side door. The work was completed before their quoted date. For nearly three years, I postponed having some tailgate scratches and dents repaired on my 2022 black Jeep Grand Cherokee because of the potential expense and inconvenience. This December, I finally decided to get it fixed and my first stop for an estimate was Hustead's. At that time, I was informed, in detail, about each step in the process and why the work required five days to complete. Given that the rear camera had to be recalibrated (something I never considered), the overall estimate and time required seemed fair and reasonable, so I looked no further. I scheduled the work to begin on January 5th and, five days later, picked the car up looking as good as it did the day I bought it. Right from the start, they were super friendly. I don't know anything about cars, so I appreciate that sort of thing. We chatted while they looked over the car and I described the accident. Great customer service. After that, they worked very patiently with my insurance company. The insurance company struggled to complete estimates in a reasonable timeframe, but the folks at Husteads stayed calm, commiserated when I complained, and did their part of the repair quickly and efficiently. When they were done, the results were awesome. Looked like new. I couldn't be happier! On top of all that, they went above and beyond and helped me out when they could. I had an issue with my rental car and they volunteered to call and talk to the rental car company. Who does that? That blew me away! Highly recommended. 10 STARS for Honesty, Ethics and Extra Mike Service for Miracle Auto Body aka; Husteads. A senior citizen sideswiped my Toyota Sienna Van in a Costco parking lot. The senior citizen didn't even realized that he sideswiped my white van leaving his dark grey paint on the the side door and rear panel. But a Costco parking lot attendant heard and seen this happen. Two other auto body shops estimated the repairs at over $4,000 each for taking off all the trim, window panels, accessories and repainting the side door and rear panel. BUT, Joe Phillips of Miracle/Husteads Auto Body here was honest enough to see that it was just a surface transfer of paint that Joe wiped off with paint cleaner. I had a minor fender-bender on my Mazda 3 that required repainting the bumper and the rear quarter panel. The color of the car is "Soul Red" and being a three stage color it is notoriously hard to match. Dylan acknowledged the fact it's going to be a challenging job but promised the shop is up to the challenge. The results speak for themselves - just look a the pictures before and after the repair. We brought our 2005 Ford Excursion in after 3 other local shops turned me away because they said "Our car is too old and the replacement parts were not available". I stopped into Husteads on a whim and they told me they could make the repair as well as get the parts no problem. They said they would have the car for 5 days and only had it for 4. I picked this location through my insurance company due to the proximity of my job as well as the 5 star reviews. (now named Hustead auto body) Upon arrival, we were treated like we were inconveniencing them with our business. We were told they were very busy and we're not aware of our cars drop off. We almost left, but a nicer gentleman emerged and took over the drop off. There was another man ASLEEP at the front desk, which was real promising. The work was done well and they were efficient, that's what saved this review from being 1 star. Upon pickup, we were still greeted with the same poor attitude with an added touch of annoyance for the delay in picking up my vehicle (due to me being out of town.) I believe we were told "there's a lot of cars needing your spot". As if that's my problem. Clearly they know the money isn't coming from me but from my insurance company, which makes me wonder if that's the lack of desire in making us feel welcomed and appreciated. I took my 2024 sequoia in January 2024 to get the rear bumper replaced and the liftgate after the driver side was hit. When I originally dropped it off I mentioned that the liftgate was making a weird noise when it closed and open and they told me that they would fix it. I picked up my car after being repaired and I noticed that the liftgate was still making the same noise. I brought it back to them, and they put some grease on the liftgate latch and said it was fine. In May, I was cleaning out my car and I noticed the carpet was completely wet in the third row , so I brought it back in there to have them look at it. They kept it for a whole day and said it was fine that they replaced the sponge on the liftgate and it was only leaking a little bit, but it shouldn't have caused all the water to come in. I decided to take it to the dealer to have them look at it. They could tell that I had bodywork done on the bumper because the paint wasn't blended and the liftgate was still off and the left side of the liftgate had a huge gap. I called husteads/ miracle and I talked to the manager Travis and let him know what I saw now and what the dealer told me and he told me that they do good work and I could bring it back in to have them to repaint it. At that point I felt that they were incompetent to do the work on my car because I've already brought it in multiple times and they never fix the issue .I brought it to another repair shop they took the bumper and car apart and what they found was that multiple things were broken and damaged. They didn't replace parts that were supposed to be replaced per Toyota, which ended causing leaking in the vehicle, rust and my safety features not working because they never calibrated like they were supposed to and I drove the car for 7000 miles this way with my children. The insurance came to look at the car, with all the damage that was caused by their negligence and the water damage in the car they deemed my brand new vehicle a total loss. Now I am out $20,000 + and I have to find another vehicle, with no trade it because of their negligence in the repairs . I would recommend not to bring your vehicle here because even if it looks fine on the outside, you can't see what they actually repaired. They took no responsibility at all for what they did to my vehicle and the loss that I have taken for just a simple bumper and lift gate replacement. read more

Since I never plan to sell my car (I'm the only owner), I wanted to paint it, but didn't want to spend what most places charge which is over $5k. Brand new 12 year old car! I had some damage on the left side of my car and additional scratches. Rolf offered two options to me. One follow the insurance guidance and repair the damaged panels and two repaint the entire car with the special single stage job. Based on my experience no body shop can repair one panel and then match it to the next panel if the car has some age. The new paint always shows. I have opt out for the complete paint job of the vehicle. I was a little nervous as this option has no clear coat and I really like my car shiny. 4 days later they called me (a day earlier than promised) they called me that the car is ready. I went and I was shocked by the quality of the work that was performed. We have picked a beautiful black pearl color and the shiny particles really pop in the sun. I cannot wait to wax my car to really make this new paint shine. The quality of work is superb and strongly recommend this shop to everyone that is looking for a small or big job. My neighbor has a brand new car and my paint looks shinier and newer than hers. I am very happy with the end result. It was a pleasure working with both Rolf and Joe. We repainted our ugly 18-yr old Jeep Liberty which suffered from "paint-cancer" over most of the exterior. To make matters worse, the wood "Wagoneer" application, too, was detaching and fading. End result, an unbelievably wonderful-looking "new" car. Rolf was, as has been mentioned in many other reviews, an absolute delight with whom to work. From the day we drove in for an estimate, to the day we drove it off the lot (a little over a week later) he couldn't have been more helpful and professional. The estimate was exactly what we paid, $2475. And, that included the removal of the fake wood siding. The Liberty now looks like a new car. My wife, who was ashamed to be seen in it, has already had 3 people compliment her on such a beautiful automobile, and we've had it back less than a week! Took my car in. Paid thousands for a paint and repair. Was treated rudely when I pointed out the flaws and problems with the paint job and repairs. Dust left in paint, holes where someone tried to pick out the dust. Scratches on side mirrors and hood, etc. Is it because I am a woman that I was expected to accept this? I was thrown a few hundred as if that would make the rudeness and lack of quality go away. Only to find out it was the discount online being given to me. Beware‼ I'm upset with the quality of work, the manner in which it was handled especially after spending my hard earned money where I thought I could trust the job would be done correctly. From a distance looks beautiful, but up close you can see and feel the flaws left from the dust etc. According to them, dust room has leaks, it's 30 years old, and the wind... hence dust in paint.
