This review is long overdue. First, Sean from Pacific Auto was very responsive and professional from our initial interaction. Time expectations are huge for me, as it is for all of us. He communicated what I needed, gave me a timely quote, and repair time estimates. Obviously, there is always a caveat that once a vehicle is opened up, there may be more repair needed. Mine happened to need additional work once they began working on the vehicle. He let me know right away, and when the part was expected to arrive, as well as overall completion of the repair; given the new assessment. Once again, Sean and his expert team performed a beautiful installation of a new AMG-styled grill and illuminated emblem. Was very affordable. Due to the nature of the manufacturer, the whole bumper needed to be removed for this job. Absolutely zero panel gaps to be seen and the vehicle now has a more aggressive and overall better look than factory (IMO). They also buffed out a little scuff on the side of the bumper which I casually mentioned and forgot until they pointed it out to me. Very thoughtful of them! Had a boo-boo backing up and scraping a pole. No dent but paint from the pole and scratches from me dumbly thinking I could use an abrasive sponge to get the paint off. I would never trust anyone else but these guys... i had bad experience before them heard me out and right there i knew i wanted to bring my G35 to him and he went above and beyond. No regrets!!! What some auto bodies fail to notice these guys don't the body lining and gaps are flawless you cant even tell my car was ever hit. On top of that they fixed my foggy head lights!! That was unexpected surprisd. Its been over a year and my headlights always remind me of them and I tell anyone that needs repair that they should go there! Everything they touch turns to gold. He knows allot about my car and is a car fanatic his car is a show piece trully impressive. Outstanding job! I was rear ended and had damage to my trunk, bumper, tail light and quarter panel. Sean (owner) walked me through what needed to be done and was transparent in the cost of parts and labor. I received updates via text and was able to call and speak with Sean if I had questions.
