Great service high quality work at a fair price I have been coming here for more than 10 years and is never disappointed. I highly recommend this establishment for quality body work and paint job regardless if it is a small or a large job. Great service, affordable prices, better quality service than Macco or Earl Scheib. Spoke with Karla and Marvin about getting work done on my car and they very honest and reasonable. Didn't feel rushed or just feel like I was just another customer, they really care about their work and keeping their customers happy. I got some body work and paint job done on my EM1 red honda civic si and they did a really good job on it. The turn around was about a week and finished right on schedule and being that the paint on my car is 20yrs old they were able to match the paint and repair the dents on the car. If you want qood quality and friendly service I recommend this mom and pop shop over any big name paint shop out there any day. Overall experience and service 9/10. Check out pictures for yourself! read more

Tried posting this earlier but Yelp was hiding my review smh. This was a review from last month! I work in sales for Concord Mazda on market st and was recommended by a coworker to get my wheels painted by 925 collision repair. I also had to get my window fixed as well as someone tried breaking into my car a couple of weeks earlier. Needless to say, my experience there was nothing less than excellent. Sandra was the woman who help me out during my time there, and even though she was the only one working at the time she was diligent in great customer service and following up with me on the status of my car. Long story short my wheels look amazing as I stay getting compliments on the work that was done to them. I'm very much satisfied with my experience at 925 collision and will be back when I need something else done to my car read more

If I could give this place 10/10 stars I would! They went above and beyond with the customer service and car repair! I came straight from a car dealership where I wasn't helped despite having an appointment, and I was visibly upset. They helped me calm down and were able to look at my car without an appointment. They talked me through all of the different options to fix my side mirror and the costs associated with each option. They were very transparent with the costs and even advocated for me to choose the lower cost option. As a woman who often feels clueless at car repair shops, this being a women owned business helped me feel at ease and I knew I was not being taken advantage of. Ultimately, they were able to fix my mirror right away and they were so kind throughout the whole process. I will 100% be back for all of my auto repair needs, thank you for an incredible experience!! read more

I worked with Sandra. Excellent customer service! Sandra was exceptionally friendly, resolved my issue in a timely manner, and was very professional working with me and CarMax. Highly recommend them! read more

Sandra and her team were fabulous after my accident. They brought me peace in a chaotic time in my life. They treated me like family. They were so kind to my three kiddos as well. They ensured that I had a safe and reliable car for my family. They were very thorough with their work and even checked in on how the car was running a couple days after I picked up. She also ensured that I reach out if any problems arise, which haven't but knowing that brings peace of mind. Oh, the car was also washed and vacuumed, a very nice surprise! Sandra and her team worked hard to find us the best price in parts and materials which helped in the final cost. They also talked with the insurance company so it was one less stressful task I had to do. I can't thank them enough for restoring my car. Thank you, thank you! Check em out, you won't regret. read more

Thank you Sandra and the amazing team at 925 Collision Repair! They did an awesome job with repairing the multiple dents on my Honda Accord. They did a great job and I am happy I took my car to them. They provide a great service for a reasonable price and completed the job within a week. I hope I don't have a reason to return back to them any time soon but I would use their service again if my car needs any other repairs. If you need your vehicle repaired and would like to support a small business then I highly recommend you check them out! read more

I just had a back bumper replaced. It was a challenging job as the attachments were broken and side panels above had their own dents. They were able to attach the new bumper perfectly and smoothed out dents and scratches on side panel so the car looked great again. Also I got two other quotes which were much higher. I highly recommend them. read more

After a recent fender bender, I took my car to this shop at the recommendation of my brother who works for CarMax, and after the amazing service I received, I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else in the future. The owner Sandra was so kind and treated me like family from the get-go. When I came to pick up my car after the repairs, it was pristine. My husband discovered 925 Collision because he works nearby, and ever since, our entire family & friends that we've sent over, have gotten excellent repairs here. Recently, I've had to take my car in twice for body work, and I really appreciate Daniella's willingness to work with us on the price, which was extremely fair. They were also able to creatively fix two really annoying flaws in the materials used on the inside passenger side door handle and one on the truck release. This is our go-to place for auto body work. read more

It was my first time here, and I went to fix the glove compartment. I was told I need a replacement at first, and after the mechanic took a look at it. A very bad experience!!! Last time we took our car to this location, the rear light was not properly installed. They did not accept the issue from previous repair. We had to pay $160 out of our pocket. For the current repair also, they told they will charge $100. When repair was done they were asking for $250. A tire cap worth of $50 in Toyota, they sell for $90? Kidding me? We said we do not want it. It was a hassle and day to day follow up for the last 2-3 weeks, until we got $90 back. Will never take my car there again. read more

925 Collision Repair truly deserve a 5 star rating. I recently purchased a beautiful Acura and was involved in an unfortunate accident. After doing much research and making many phone calls Sandra, at 925 C.R. stood out and was the most impressive. Don't let her pretty face fool you, she is very knowledgeable and highly experienced and above all had a sincere desire to restore my vehicle to its original pristine condition; just as I did. They accommodated me in every way down to the smallest detail. I am truly grateful for the great service and exceptional work. They even finished the job sooner than they projected. Unacceptable work ethic and multiple delays in repairs. They wouldn't make our work van a priority. Maybe the forgot out our van or most likely placed other customers in front of us. We ended up having to pay for a rental van for three weeks to meet our business needs, because they couldn't replace one door and one window in that time period. They lied to us repeatedly and kept coming up with different reasons for delays in repair. The work Van took nearly 4 weeks to repair and once they told us it was complete - we showed up for pick-up only to find out that was another lie and the van still was not ready. Not acceptable. We use are vans to transport our mental health consumers around the county and we are a nonprofit. 925 Collision just wasted A LOT of our precious funds. Choose a different company for your needs. We have never experienced this before with any of our vans or our other work locations. This is our first experience with 925 Collision and it was awful. read more

When my vehicle recently needed some serious work, I was dismayed by the price quoted me by the dealership; moreover, they wanted me to wait up to ten days before they could schedule an appointment. Some good people recommended I sit tight and check out 925 Collision Repair, and I'm glad I did! The folks at 925 Collision Repair did an excellent job for a third of the price my dealer wanted, and they did it fast: 925 Collision Repair got the needed parts the *next day*, worked on my vehicle over the weekend, and it was ready to roll on Monday! The replacement and body work were impeccable, the paint perfectly matched, and came with a promise to correct anything that might be somehow unsatisfactory. Unsatisfactory? How could anything this good be unsatisfactory? 925 Collision Repair is family owned and operated by knowledgeable, experienced and friendly people who have been in this business some time (although at the Concord location for only a couple of months). The owners and staff are courteous, good listeners, and can size-up your needs as fast as you please or, if you aren't in a hurry and they aren't too busy, they may chat with you and get to know you as you also become acquainted with them. There is no false veneer here: great honest people, first rate work, competitive pricing, and lightning-fast turnaround. Check out 925 Collision Repair. I think you'll be glad you did! read more
