I know a lot of people have a hard time finding a trust worthy auto service shop, I was one of them looking all over Concord. I came across this shop because my friend knows the owner. First time I came here was for a basic oil change, since then it has been about 3 years now trusting these guys. Ken is the owner, him and his team are quick to respond and have a great system when getting your vehicle worked on. They will send you a link with a break down of the work and cost before proceeding you will have to sign it. I had a couple of my trucks with an oil leak, their mechanic Jimmy is the man. Anthony reached out to let me know that while he could align the vehicle, it would make more sense to first replace the lower control arms, which had cracked bushings and had limited life left. My car needed a belt and spark plug replacement, and we came across this highly reviewed and rated by customers on yelp. We were able to get a cost estimate over the phone, which I really appreciated, and on the drop-off day, everything just went so painlessly smooth. We dropped off our car at around 8 AM, and about two hours later, we were told that it was ready for pick up. And they gave us an option to pick it up at any time before they closed at 5 PM. Needed to have brake/rotor job done urgently to fix a braking vibration issue at a shop within walking distance. Called and was pleasantly surprised to be able to schedule appointment for the next day. Ken seemed very direct and was able to help me resolve my problem although i did have to pick up my car the following day due to the additional work involved to replace the control arms. read more

Have to give Ken and his staff another shout out. My son's truck broke down and the tow truck driver took it to a shop we weren't familiar with. After charging us an arm and a leg to repair the truck my son went to pick it up. After driving away, my son's drive shaft came off and he was almost in an accident. The owner apologized and said he would repair everything. Mistakes happen so I allowed him to. Got the vehicle back and 10 minutes into the drive the check engine light came on and car started making a horrible noise. Called Ken up and asked if he'd help us and he made room for us the following day. Ken was able to identify that the previous shop had put a bent drive shaft on the vehicle and performed substandard work on the repairs. Because of Ken we were able to get my insurance company what they needed and my car is now being repaired the correct way. Only mistake we made was not going to Ken and Concord Auto Service in the first place. Mistakes will happen with all mechanic shops, but once you have an honest shop like Concord Auto Service you should go no where else. Can't speak highly enough about Ken and his people. Ken and his team are honest, reliable, and excellent when it comes to customer service! Needed to get an oil change and my current car shop is closed due to COVID-19. I discovered Concord Auto Service through Yelp and decided to give them a try after reading many of their glowing reviews. Welp, the people have spoken. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Called and made an appointment for an oil change and the entire process was quick and easy. Ken was really helpful and informative. Upon them doing a routine inspection, Ken warned me that my front brakes were down to 2 mm and recommended that I get them replaced as soon as possible. I brought my car back the following week to get the front brakes replaced. Ken provided shuttle service for me while my car was in the shop. I dropped my car off around 8:45 am and they finished the service around 1:45 pm. I'm really impressed with the great service that I received here. My 2010 Nissan Murano broke down while driving on the freeway. Smoke was coming out of the engine, and the engine temperature was extremely high, and the check engine light came on. My insurance towed the truck to Nissan Auto Dealership in Concord, whom did a diagnostic - I need a new radiator, hoses, and temperature gauge. The estimate was mind blowing at Nissan Concord. I could not afford it! I was so desperate, so I went to Yelp and found this place! I saw the great reviews and had had my vehicle towed here.
