A huge solution out to Charlie and Tony. After getting hit by a drunk driver and my car being totaled instead of hustling me and racking up the storing fees, they are working with me and the insurance. They are a God sent to help in my time of need and recovery. Thank you read more

So, on Monday, I had a bit of a mishap with my car. It hydroplaned and ended up totaled in the stormy weather. I called ABC towing, and guess what? The tow driver arrived within just 20 minutes! I've been an AAA member for over 10 years, and I've had my fair share of experiences with AAA towing. Last time, I had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes, which was very frustrating. But this time, ABC Towing was a game-changer! It was pouring down rain, and the tow driver, AJ, took great care of the situation. He had me sitting in the warm tow truck and handled everything with professionalism. I'm so impressed that I've already saved their business number and they will definitely be my first choice from now on! The very next day when I went to the tow yard pickup my stuff, the whole team was very friendly and helpful.Highly recommended!!! I normally don't write reviews on anything, but they're such a lifesaver. They totally deserve a 5 stars review!!!! I already told bunch of my friends to call ABC Towing if they ever need a tow service. Seriously. Best tow experience yet read more

Great service. I was in an accident and they were called by the city. They arrived quickly and I rode back to their yard with my car and the driver. They helped coordinate with the rental company to stay open a few minutes to wait for me and they drove me there to make sure I would have a rental to take my belongings out of my car and get home. They were very knowledgeable and helped guide me. very helpful when you are out of your mind from being unexpectedly hit. Thanks so much. read more

When my brother passed away I had to have his inoperable car removed from a condo complex and was having difficulty navigating through all the DMV and legal requirements. It seemed everyone I talked to told me something slightly different. Then I called ABC Tow and Laura and Charlie stepped up and took care of all the paperwork for me and got the job done. I can't thank them enough. They care about their customers that I know. Very professional...their crew is too! Highly recommend them. Charlie's Sister read more

Recently our non-profit was robbed and we had multiple pieces of equipment stolen. I reached out to ABC as they had one piece of equipment we needed on a lien sale. It needed a bit of work, but we were okay with that. However for Charlie and the rest of the crew, selling us the lien equipment at a cheaper price was not enough. They provided all the parts to fix it and have also stated if they run into more equipment we could use, they would help us out again. I cannot recommend them enough at this point. Great people! read more

Can't say enough about this company and its employees. This is a service that you don't like to think about until you really need it. Under appreciated for sure. THANK YOU so much for your helpful and caring attitude. I am self employed, in a service industry myself and I rarely (if ever) encounter a people who go the extra mile as much as I do in my job. My car was sent to ABC Towing after it had been disabled in an accident. Not a very pleasant situation to deal with! But the people at ABC Towing made things easier for me. The driver who towed my car was friendly and helpful. He kept me informed about my car. When I went to get my belongings from my car a couple of days later on a very hot day, I saw him at the tow yard and he gave me an ice cold bottle of water! The guys in the office were friendly and helpful too. I was offered some bags to put my belongings in and the process to release my car to the body shop was expedited so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip there. I didn't initially have a choice of who towed my car but if I ever need a tow again, I'll be sure to request ABC Towing. read more

I got a flat tire in the late evening on the way home from a trip with my 2 young kids. I got zero/negative help from my insurance company that dispatched a tow truck to take my car to a closed tire shop, and the overseas agent told me the car would be fixed that night. After calling around, Laura was by far the most helpful and compassionate person I interacted with and she talked me through the situation and options. Tim then got my car on a flatbed quickly and drove me and my family home safe and sound. We had a good chat on the way home. I would give ABC 6 stars if I could. read more

We needed a tow from Pacheco to Vallejo and fortunately we were dispatched service within 20mins of the call as promised. AJ arrived and automatically began troubleshooting my 4Runner. AJ was very knowledgeable and respectful and very organized. During the trip to our destination, he continued to break down the possible reasons for my truck to break down. Still, he continued to be respectful and polite. AJ provided excellent service, proper mannerism and clear communication. Don't settle for any other tow service.
