We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. Tuan and BD Towing: Angels in Disguise…read more I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from BD Towing, and especially their driver, Tuan. I found myself in a terrifying situation, stranded in the Caldecott Tunnel during rush hour with a dead car and a wife who was about to become a widow (just kidding, honey!). Car is fine but I ran out of gas *i am an idiot. After calling multiple towing places and 911 but no one showed up, the situation was getting dire. As if by magic, Tuan appeared like a knight in shining armor. Not only did he rescue us from a dire situation, but he went above and beyond by driving us to a gas station and charging us half the price of other quotes. Tuan is a true hero and a shining example of humanity at its best. BD Towing should be incredibly proud to have such a compassionate and skilled employee. Thank you, Tuan and BD Towing, for saving the day! BTW, Tuan just happened to drive by, CalTran and none of the other tow guys showed up LOL. Faith in humanity restored! (See attached photo of our rescue.)

My car was towed from my building over the weekend by this company, even though they were supposedly closed. I then had to wait a ridiculous amount of time just for someone to open the gate so I could get my own car back. What made it even worse was the owner bragging about how many cars he had towed from my building, as if that was something to be proud of. He also kept giving me unsolicited advice that I neither asked for nor wanted. The entire situation felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult.
