After receiving my vehicle back, I was unhappy with the paint finish, color match, and overall quality of the repair work. To make sure I was being fair and reasonable, I had the vehicle inspected by two separate independent body shops for a second and third opinion regarding the paint quality and whether the finish was close to OEM standards. Unfortunately, both shops advised me that the color match was noticeably off and that the paint materials used appeared to be lower quality than expected for a professional collision repair. That confirmation raised even more concern for me regarding the overall workmanship and repair standards. Looking back, I also realized the facility appeared to focus heavily on larger commercial and fleet vehicles rather than higher quality private vehicle refinishing. The condition and organization of the yard personally gave me concerns about the level of detail and care being applied to customer vehicles. I understand every repair situation can have challenges, and I tried to remain patient and respectful throughout the process. However, based on the final result and the independent opinions I received afterward, I cannot honestly say I was satisfied with the quality of work performed on my vehicle. I hope this review encourages improvements in quality control, communication, and overall customer satisfaction moving forward.

Fantastic Job! Oustanding job, service and courtesy…read more I first went to get an estimate from Mike Rose auto body in pittsburg because I noitced how their shop was very nice. But right after I went in the office, I was not greeted at all by the front desk lady who pretty much ignored me. Some other person that was working in her desk said "can I help you?" Told her I had an appointment.. So she told me to just wait in the lobby and someone will come to help me. Anyway, an estimator took pictures and gave me a quote for what I thought was less than what I expected. It seems to me that these insurance agencies are working with Mike Rose to give you a low estimate so that if you decide to just get the money, you would have less than what your damage is truly worth. This guy just said "we can get started now or tomorrow, when do you want to do this. So I decided not to go through it and get a different estimate Arturo came to my place of work to give me 2 different quotes and guaranteed his work right after I called him. He was very pleasant and I was shocked to see that these guys use the same program to give estimates. The print out looked identical. But collision repair's estimate was higher because he was thorough. I decided after seeing the reviews posted to give him the job. He went above and beyond the scope of work he was suppose to do. Instead of just replacing damaged parts, he also fixed my hood by painting it over, cleaned and buffed my other headlight, that was not damaged, and fixed my trunk that lost its tension bar for free! He even fixed something that the insurance agency didnt want to pay for. Arturo is a highly skilled worker who takes pride in his work He will take care of you and you can rest assure that your car will be in great shape after going through his shop. God bless you my friend and please keep up the good work. You are among the few that are trustworthy. Thank you

When I went to the dealer, they quoted really high price and added a bunch of unnecessary services. I was able to get an estimate from Vuong which was much more affordable, and it was great to be able to text back and forth to make sure I'm only getting the services I really needed. It was also super easy to make an appointment. They were able to get me in and out in the same day even with all the difference things being done to my car. It was also really convenient that they have after hours dropoff available. You just park your car in their lot, and they have a safe place to drop off your keys. This was helpful because I had some work meetings I had to take in the morning at the time they opened, so I was able to go in before they opened and drop off my car. Highly recommend Vuong and his team if you're in need of any maintenance or repairs for your car!
