My insurance company dispatched three different services which refused to pick up my car based on the mere 3.5" of clearance due to my air suspension being broken. Thus the reason I needed a tow. I did my own research and found Towing Guyz. The dispatcher, Alex, inspired confidence by assuring me they routinely pick up slammed exotic vehicles. Amir arrived with all the proper equipment to handle my slammed vehicle: he brought a flatbed, ramp, and blocks.. Amir's personality also inspired confidence. Some tow drivers can be resentful if you micromanage the job. Amir actually asked me to keep an eye on one side while he kept an eye on the other, which I appreciated. Four eyes are better than two. Also, he didn't pull the car all the way to the front of the bed because that might've caused some damage from unavoidable angle changes. He let the car dangle slightly off the back, but firmly secured my car with straps over the wheels. Very thoughtful approach and execution. And I greatly appreciated Amir's professionalism and authentic concern. He was also super friendly and warm which made me feel good at a time I was nervous about damage, especially since the front bumper had recently been replaced and repainted. Like new. I was apprehensive before he arrived but I felt so much better after the car was taken away and I had every confidence he would unload as carefully as he loaded. The proof is in the pudding because there was zero damage. I'm so grateful to the Towing Guyz team. I can wholeheartedly recommend Towing Guyz without hesitation. I hope never to need them again, but if I do need another tow, or if a friend needs a tow, Towing Guyz will be my go-to. read more

Here's the downside of owning a Lamborghini. Almost NO ONE will tow it if it needs service and if you do find someone, they will charge at least double the fair price because it's an exotic. The guys at Towing Guyz are completely different. They don't freak out when they hear you have a low clearance super car. They got me out of a huge jam when I blew a tire in a fairly bad section of NorCal and absolutely no one would tow me, including AAA. Now, I need the car towed again and of two different operators, one said they won't touch it and the other one tried to gouge me, then kept lowering the price everytime I said "no."
