My insurance company dispatched three different services which refused to pick up my car based on the mere 3.5" of clearance due to my air suspension being broken. Thus the reason I needed a tow. I did my own research and found Towing Guyz. The dispatcher, Alex, inspired confidence by assuring me they routinely pick up slammed exotic vehicles. Amir arrived with all the proper equipment to handle my slammed vehicle: he brought a flatbed, ramp, and blocks.. Amir's personality also inspired confidence. Some tow drivers can be resentful if you micromanage the job. Amir actually asked me to keep an eye on one side while he kept an eye on the other, which I appreciated. Four eyes are better than two. Also, he didn't pull the car all the way to the front of the bed because that might've caused some damage from unavoidable angle changes. He let the car dangle slightly off the back, but firmly secured my car with straps over the wheels. Very thoughtful approach and execution. And I greatly appreciated Amir's professionalism and authentic concern. He was also super friendly and warm which made me feel good at a time I was nervous about damage, especially since the front bumper had recently been replaced and repainted. Like new. I was apprehensive before he arrived but I felt so much better after the car was taken away and I had every confidence he would unload as carefully as he loaded. The proof is in the pudding because there was zero damage. I'm so grateful to the Towing Guyz team. I can wholeheartedly recommend Towing Guyz without hesitation. I hope never to need them again, but if I do need another tow, or if a friend needs a tow, Towing Guyz will be my go-to. read more

Do you own a high-end exotic and you're looking for a trustworthy towing company? These guys are it. I got stuck with a blown P-Zero and NO ONE would tow my car. These guys showed up, did a phenomenal job and did it for an exceptionally fair price. It's incredible to run into an honest bunch of company owners when so many other places love to mess with you when they know you're stuck. read more

Wed Jan 28 2026, I called some of the towing companies for a quote to tow my Harley Dyna from Castro Valley to Oakland Harley. The reason I used the Towing Guyz was that they responded quickly, their quote was satisfactory, and they were 30 minutes away, not an hour. Alex came and hooked my Harley on his flatbed, tied it down. He took me to Oakland Harley safely, 30 minutes before the 10 am opening. I am absolutely pleased with his service and will use them again. I saved his number in my phone. Ray C. read more

Honestly, I have no complaints. I called multiple towing companies that were charging quite a bit of money to tow from Oakland to San Mateo, due to my transmission going out. After what seemed like a lifetime, I finally stumbled across this company. Not only the booked rate was more than fair and lower than the other companies I called, but the service was top tier! Hamer was the driver that arrived 45 mins after I called and was super helpful and careful with my ride. He also was very nice and professional. Would recommend anyone that's in a tough spot, or needing any towing assistance to not hesitate and give these guys a call. You won't be sorry! read more

The absolute best. Faster arrivals than any other towing service I've used by orders of magnitude. Highest recommendation!

Here's the downside of owning a Lamborghini. Almost NO ONE will tow it if it needs service and if you do find someone, they will charge at least double the fair price because it's an exotic. The guys at Towing Guyz are completely different. They don't freak out when they hear you have a low clearance super car. They got me out of a huge jam when I blew a tire in a fairly bad section of NorCal and absolutely no one would tow me, including AAA. Now, I need the car towed again and of two different operators, one said they won't touch it and the other one tried to gouge me, then kept lowering the price everytime I said "no." The guys at Towing Guyz are good people. Their truck isn't pretty, but they get the job done carefully and at a fair price. read more

I was in a time crunch bringing my car to the dealership, literally loo. Luckily, Towing Guyz responded less than 5 minutes after I submitted a quote on yelp. They were prompt, friendly and had great customer service from time of pick up and drop off. Oh yes, I forgot to mentioned that pricing rate to get your car towed from Hayward to San Leandro was a good rate. I'd definitely recommend them for their services. Quick response for a tow of an EV. The driver was very friendly, called to update his status and worked on different ways to unstuck the car because my 12V battery was dead and the park was still on. I can't say enough good things about this tow company! I had to reschedule a few times on my end, and they remained incredibly communicative, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. When the tow finally happened, everything went smoothly. The driver was professional, ON TIME, and clearly knew what they were doing. They have a flat bed and pulled my car on it safely and carefully. Hamer is dependable, responsive, and easy to work with--exactly what you want when you're dealing with a stressful situation. Highly recommend! I will use these guys again when I'm in a pinch I wasn't concerned too much about the rate as my main concern was dependability and availability and these guys came through. 5 stars, for sure! Scheduled the tow with Alex. He was responsive, easy to talk with, and provided a quote, for a reasonable price, quickly. He even sent a reminder text to confirm timing for our scheduled tow, which was really appreciated. The actual tow was done by a super kind and competent gentleman, I think named Omar. Great service at a fair price. They gave an upfront flat rate and stuck to that rate at the end. The driver showed up on time and actually waited for me while I was on my way back from purchasing a battery. He put my car on his flatbed and took the time and care to make sure my car was safe. At the drop off, the same care was taken and he placed my Cadillac in a safe place so I could work on it at my convenience. These guys are awesome! I will use their service again. read more
