It's always a terrible time when you are in need of services from a towing company. Ironically I had phenomenal service with this company that actually made up for my trouble. It has been a few years since I last had my service with them, but the employee who took care of us was awesome! I'm so sad I cannot remember his name at the moment, but he was great!!! Came faster than expected, even got to our location under my mileage limit for insurance. He was friendly, nice, and had enough room to take me and my boyfriend back safe & sound to our home. Funny as it sounds, it was a memorable and positive experience! Keep up the good work!! Best towing company by far. read more

I sure hope this is the correct "Quick Towing" as I ordered through CSAA (better known as AAA). Unfortunately I experienced a flat tire and didn't get a spare tire with my brand new car. Naeem showed up within thirty minutes and immediately had a pleasant disposition. Even though I stated that I didn't have a spare, he decided to take a look. I'm glad he did because I hadn't gone deep enough under the mat thingy. However, there wasn't a spare. He got my car up on the truck rather quickly and we exchanged a pleasant conversation on our way back to my destination. When you have an unexpected issue and know you're going to be out of unexpected cash, it's nice to have a quick and painless experience with the tow Thanks Naeem. Here's What I Think...You'll be lucky if you get Naeem at Quick Towing. read more

Quick Towing - Renegade with Flat Tire - Towing Near Me - Hayward, California

I had a flat tire. They were quick to arrive, no issues, towed me to the tire shop, price was standard for the area.

My suspension was accidently damaged during a tow, only because tow truck driver worked his ass off trying to maneuver my car with locked wheels into a small parking stall, not at all his fault. AAA contacted them, and with no problem they picked it back up and towed it to their repair shop. It was fixed quickly with no problem. From the multiple calls to dispatcher Abraham whom was very professional and extremely nice, to Marc the tow driver(super cool), and finally to the speedy mechanic, great experience. Thanks guys for being so accommodating, and awesome! read more

I had a flat on the freeway and called AAA at 1:41 am. I just got off work and was driving home. I was assured that since I was on the freeway, they would put a priority in the call. At 2:46, I called AAA. They said the company they called, Quick Tow out of Hayward, "couldn't assist," so they had to call another company. I called them just to ask what happened. A man named Marc answered and couldn't give me a clear answer. It doesn't matter. I will never use them. Maybe you other reviewers got lucky, but not me. At almost 3 in the morning, to have waited an hour before getting informed that they couldn't come out at all. read more

I was involved in an accident on the way home from work, ended up waiting on a side street. With the AAA insurance offices and body shop and rental car agency already closed for the day. AAA roadside service called in Quick Towing and they were awesome. The driver was kind, supportive at a traumatic time, and did a fine job with my ruined car and possessions. He also provided some very helpful advice, on handling the overall situation, when all those others were unavailable. read more

I have not been able to get a hold of anyone in the office since last year, I was told "Max" would be contacting me to better understand the issue. Not one call, left several messages. This company is a waste of time. read more

Thank you Max for your assistance. Please continue to help keep female drivers stay safe.

Their employees ask for good reviews to be given and this is why zero stars is recommend here. A friend of mine had a car towed with AAA and they arrived much later than the time given. I've had my personal car towed in the past and noticed how their driver only had one chain on the rear of the car. I asked the diver about it a he became very rude. He wasn't very great attitude wise when he arrived either so it didn't really shock me. I have had my personal car towed by two other local companies and their way of securing my vehicle looked a lot more safer than this company's way of doing it. I will refuse their service if AAA ever sends them out for my vehicle if anything happens in the future. To top it all off the driver asked my friend to leave a good review for himself and the company! read more

Rude driver: I called triple AAA service to tow my vehicle. Driver came and he was very odd to begin with asking inappropriate questions finding a reason not to tow my Range Rover. I called another tow company driver said car is fine he towed it no problem. Big companies have inexperienced driver sometimes just be careful. I wished AAA had another company, unfortunately their the only one you deal with. read more

Quick service and the driver actually wound up recommending a closer tire service that was faster *and* cheaper than where I was going!

Really professional and knowledgeable. Had great service from Zia - excellent driver and a master of the flat bed! So appreciative of the late night tow: my car got dropped off and I got home safe and sound. Definitely recommend. Thank you!! read more

Dylan and Derek are amazing! My AAA routed me to Quick Towing and they responded immediately, dispatching a driver out within minutes! They are quick, efficient, and so professional! Thank you so much Quick Towing! Highly recommended! read more

Misty is the absolute BEST on the phone as well as in person. When dealing with a car accident and everything else that goes with it the stress level is extremely high and Misty was AMAZING, GREAT, CUSTOMER SERVICE was number #1. Thank you Misty for your great work in a bad situation. My car was totaled and thankfully for her great customer service it was ONE less thing to worry about. Leesa Montalvo read more

They came quickly, much faster than the 45 minute estimate. The driver did a great job and was careful loading and unloading my vehicle. Quick arrival, professional loading and unloading of our vehicle. Hayat really represents Quick Towing well in all phases of his job.

This Towing Company is awesome. My friend accidentally locked herself out of the car by leaving the keys in the ignition. I placed a call and almost right away someone responded. I met with Faeez who was courteous, and professional. Faeez wasted no time and within 5 minutes he was able to open the door on a newer model BMW. If your looking for a company that will provide quality service, I recommend this place.. read more

Truck broke down on the side of the freeway. Tow truck got here in 20 minutes and took care of everything!!! Excellent customer service, very accommodating!!!! read more

I called around 10:30 AM, spoke to Max, told me it was going to be an hour and half to get to me, I declined since I was headed to work. Once I got off work, I called them around 6:30 PM, guy told me it was going to be a 3-4 hour wait, once again I declined. 3rd time's the charm, I call at 8 PM and this guy tells me the same thing. Plus they were charging me $75 for 2 miles! I live down the street. The service is unreliable, I had a really great experience the last time my vehicle broke down on me, and I was wrong to expect such great service as before. Never calling them again. Stay away! read more

This is a good company in bay area. Good owner. Good customer service.

I reviewed this business before at their Fremont location but Yelp filtered out that review for some reason. I have called on Max several times as we operate a limousine company and an RV rental business. In addition to needing tow service for my personal vehicle, Quick Towing has each time lived up to its name and was onsite within 20 minutes or less. If you are located in South Bay, you should have this number in you cell phone! read more

Jason is the best! Made me feel like a valuable customer. I will use these guys again!

Nice driver, very careful with our big car to make sure nothing scraped as it went on and came off the truck. Good price I think. Much cheaper than the other company I called. read more

Great service, great price. Wally is great. First time in years I have had to have a tow. Glad I called these guys .

Driver for truck license 93844L2 was so rude. He cut infront of us and even gave us a side smirk. Then he drove really slow infont of us and then drove fast once he got on the freeway. This while he had a car on his flat bed. I don't think I want this driver to tow my car if I ever need one. This happened this morning along Whipple Avenue in Hayward goin on the 880 freeway. read more

Great service! I had to use them twice in a week because of a problem with my car. They went above and beyond! They were speedy with the pick up and kept in contact about my car because I had to leave my vehicle. The only company I'll use! Awesome service, great people. read more

I was towed from San Leandro to San Ramon, $200!!! Thought that was ridiculous, but what the hell, my insurance would pay a portion of it. Driver said they would email my reciept... never got it. I called 5 times to get a receipt, each time told they would email it to me...never got it and my insurance wont pay me without one. Quick Towing has the worst administrative office. read more

Had a flat--they arrived quickly, changed it, and I was on my way in no time. Perfect service. What more could you ask for?!

Got stuck trying to get to work with a dead battery and AAA sent me Quick Tow with an initial time of 1 hr. Their driver and my savior Ian O. was there in 7 minutes, and went well above and beyond to get me rolling again. Turned out not to be a simple jump, I had a bad corrosion problem sneak up on me, but Ian was the MAN dealing with my incredibly stubborn connections, even sacrificing the last of his own lunch coke to help dissolve the problem. His thoroughness and dedication to getting me on the move was a welcome surprise in a tight pinch. THANKS AGAIN. read more

Marc was fantastic, professional and very friendly. He actually helped me to solve the problems for free so my car ended up not towed. Highly recommend Marc. read more

This towing company is awesome! They were super responsive and accommodating! there is nothing like literally on the verge of being stranded. I was driving through hayward when I got a fast leaky tire. I had the courage to drive all the way to Castro Valley to Goodyear,. By the time I parked my tire was flat. I asked the office if they could change my tire with the spare for me. they flat out said they couldn't "fit" me in for "tire repair". stranded I was, until I called this towing company who really had my back, they made me feel taken care of, for example asking the Goodyear employees and managers who were spectating the scene, to please leave and complete their "busy" work., Quick tow would go as far as apologized for any mistakes and if ethical, refund for any misconduct. I was able to drive 30 miles back home with a secure sense of mind thanks to them. Jacquelyn read more

I needed my car jumped - the battery died. The person who came did a great job! He needed to pull off the connection and jump from the terminal. He even gave me a great recommendation to a very friendly affordable place to take my car. My ex husband use to take care of all of this for me, the tow truck driver really put me at ease. The rate was affordable too. read more

My 2017 Subrau wouldn't start in a BART parking lot - seemed like an electrical problem but then the battery died. Subaru Roadside sent a driver from Quick Towing after the first vendor 'couldn't locate' me. Very friendly, nice and helpful. I got them through AAA, and the guy that came was very helpful and professional.
