The customer service I experienced, both via telephone and in person, was unprofessional. Reps clearly don't know whatthey are doing. While I understand the complexities of the towing industry, the dismissive treatment I encountered was unjustified, particularly following the failure to provide clear instructions. What stood out to me most was that he wasn't just trying to make money off a tow and he actually wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He genuinely sounds like someone who cares about helping people and making sure they're okay, especially during stressful situations. He even asked me to follow up with him afterward, which shows how much he truly cares. You can tell he's just a genuinely good hearted person, and he absolutely deserves every great review on here.
