Really appreciated the help, knowledge, care and attention to detail for a safe transport for a car near and dear to me. Thank you!

Friendly, extremely responsive, and dispatch time offered was lightning fast! We ended up not needing a tow after all, but I'll definitely keep their number saved for the future. read more

Kind and competent are my two favorite words! Alladin is handsome. fast and furious. I needed my car towed from Oakland to a Jeep dealership in Walnut Creek. His truck is in good order! My car was at the dealership in record time. If you need attention to detail and the job done right, call Alladin. read more

I really lucked out today by calling Alladin! I needed a tow for my DeLorean, an old, rare, very low sports car with a broken ball joint and the lower control arm resting on the inside bottom of the wheel. This caused the car to sit even lower and rolling the car would cause further damage. When Aladdin arrived, he and I talked through a few options. We were able to jack the front up enough to remove the wheel. Aladdin then supported the LCA with a wood block and some tire skates. Once loaded, Aladdin showed the same professionalism and precision with unloading the car at my house. I hope I won't need towing assistance for a while, but if I do, I know who I'm calling! read more

I'm very impressed with the speed and quality of service. I was locked out of my vehicle and waited on AAA for 1.5 hours at midnight with no update on service. I called and was told they could arrive in 15-30 minutes. Predictably as soon as I confirmed my location, AAA decided they were ready to arrive. When I offered to reimburse them a fair rate anyway for the late PM/early AM distress call, it was respectfully declined. These are the services we need to continue to support, so they are there in our time of need. Will definitely keep their contact info in my phone for any future emergency or service! read more

If you need towing service, I would strongly recommend using this company. I needed my car towed from the freeway and they responded extremely quickly and made sure I was safe. My car had an attempted robbery in oakland on Pride Sunday. The window shattered, ignition was pulled out, and my battery was dead. I waited 4 hours for AAA. Alladin came in 30 mins. Fast, easy, simple. Thanks so much! read more

My car broke down after picking it up from the Dealership Service department. It had already been such a long day and I just had the worst feeling about having to deal with a tow truck. I took a quick glance at Yelp, saw Bay Area Road Service had "prompt" as a key word. I contacted them and immediately Aladdin picked up. I simply text him where I was and where I needed to go. He gave me an exact time, only 18 mins to get to me. I was shocked. He arrived right on time. He was so kind, patient and professional. I really enjoyed speaking with him during our long ride back to the dealership. He has real integrity that you don't see much these days. Bay Area Road Service impressed me BEYOND my expectations. Definitely made a bad day much much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area! read more

VERY FAST RESPONSE, HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL & HONEST! I called for a tow because my Mercedes key fob spontaneously just would not start my car although the fob battery seemed just fine. Twenty minutes and a few probing questions later, I was back on the road again. Alladin takes a genuine interest in providing assistance to his clients and I am grateful to have discovered Bay Area Road Service; especially after you hear so many discouraging stories about "money-sucking" tow companies. If ever in need again, I will definitely call Bay Area Road Service. THANK YOU!! read more

Best towing service ever. Prompt, friendly, reliable!! Will use them again if we ever need a tow. Great service and excellent communication!

Alladdin answered my phone call Saturday night at around 10pm on Memorial day weekend. Normally I use AAA for any roadside or towing issues, but in this case my Jeep had broken down in Oakland in a bad spot and I needed fast help from a full size tow truck. To add to the anxiety, the area was unfamiliar to me and my car was full of camping gear and expensive equipment. I sent Alladdin the GPS location of my car and he picked it up within 20 minutes - sending me a picture so I knew my belongings were safe. Do not hesistate to work with Alladdin, very prompt and professional. read more

Normally I have AAA service all of my towing needs, but in this case my dad had to have his commercial box truck towed. I called and they picked up immediately. Had me send over a picture and gave me an estimate. Got there in a timely manner considering it was a Friday at 3PM. He definitely knew what he was doing, got it on right away and home in no time. Would definitely recommend if you need a tow! read more

Besttt! Helped me when I left my keys inside my car like 6 times!!!! On time and friendly! Great guys!

Called for a tow truck based on Yelp reviews. Quoted $250 to load the truck and $10/mile. Terrible. I decided to call around.

I'm super protective of my truck (she's a classic!) Alladdin towed her to an exhaust shop 20 minutes away for new exhaust. I'd gladly use his towing services again. read more

On time super punctual, helped me out of a jam. Would use again. Good service good business.

This was a great experience, something that I have not always had with towing companies. Alladdin was on time a little early is anything. Very knowable about what he was doing. Taking a car to CHP for a Vin verification he loaded the car to the right of the truck bed which allowed the officer easy access to inspect the vin. Got my car to where it needed to be again a little early for my appointment. Then returned it to my home. Everything went smoothly, going both ways. I would certainly recommend Bay Area Road Service to any one needing to have a car moved. read more

Got to me ASAP. Helped a lot to not damage my car even more than it already was. Was also very friendly. I would for sure recommend

Alladin helped me out early in the morning and gave me continuous updates about his ETA and location. My car is on lowered suspension and has a front lip, and he took great care in lining up additional planks to make the tow onto the flat bed have minimal to zero scraping on my car's difficult front end. I was impressed by his care in this tough task. Personable guy, skilled tower, would recommend. read more

Alladin is now my go-to guy if I ever need towing. I ended up using his services two days in a row because of shoddy tire work unrelated to him and I have zero complaints. Punctual, friendly, safe driver, knowledgable, and helpful--everything someone needing a tow would want to deal with. He even suggested that my insurance company would reimburse some of the towing fees, which I called them about and he was right! Needing a tow is no fun and Aladdin knows it and tries to make things as easy as possible for you. read more
