Very happy with elite to customer service and professionalism. They were very quick and efficient no complaints.

I got flat tired this morning on 101N near San Carlos. My insurance company dispatched 2 other companies before contacting Elite Tow, and neither of them came to take my car. My insurance company contacted Elite Tow, and I immediately got a call from David, and he assured me that he's on his way. He gave me another call when he was near where I was. When he came, he let me stay in the towing car, loaded the car very fast and drove me to the shop. David was very professional and kind!! He gave me some tips on what to do in the future if this happens again (hope not!). I was so stressed from all the calls and waits I had to deal with before I was assigned to Elite Tow, but I felt so much better once I talked to David. If you ever need to get your car towed in the future, call Elite Tow!! They're efficient, kind, and careful!! Highly recommended. read more

Elite Tow - Towing Near Me - Hayward, California

I want to start off with giving this place 10 stars if I could. They were quick and very easy to work with. I will definitely be using this service in the future if needed. My driver who towed my car was extremely polite and kind which I really appreciate as some people aren't the kindest. Highly recommend this tow company to anyone read more

I had an issue of unlocking my car since my battery died and the mechanical driver side cylinder didn't work when using the key. I drive a 2014 Honda Civic and normally use an electronic key fob. Within the Honda fob, there is a backup key and that didn't work when unlocking my car, which is another issue not related to Elite Tow. Elite Tow eventually understood my situation and gave me a quote for "Car Lock Out." I said thanks after hearing the price and wanted to see what other Tow companies charged. Five phone calls later with different quotes, Elite Tow was the cheapest option with the best reviews according to Yelp. I gave a call back, and my helper, David instantly greeted me with my name that I previously gave him - bonus points for him. I gave him my address and he came on time. Five minutes later after a few conversations, he opened my car. I popped open my hood, bump started the car with my external car charger, and BOOM! BACK IN BUSINESS! I then asked David on how he accepted payment and he didn't have any Stripe option, nor did I think I had the actual cash on hand. However, since he did have an iPhone, I asked if he had Apple Pay. He didn't have it setup, but suggested that I send a payment through the phone number there. Sure enough, he got the payment and we both went on to the rest of our day - sweet! Side note - there is one thing that I like to to critique. I would suggest that David encourages other customers, like myself, to look up on the website and find the "Pay Here" button. I forgot about it on the spot, but wondered about that when trying to navigate things. I can definitely see someone who is much older, like people in their 70s, to figure out on how to do "mobile" payments if they themselves don't have a smart phone and are trying to pay someone on the spot. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you David and your team! Your help was professional and much appreciated. I will suggest and recommend Elite Tow for a first time customer experience. Cheers! read more

Elite Tow helped me back in November 2023. The young man who helped me was Zack I believe. He was very pleasant throughout the whole experience. He picked me up swiftly from the 880 and drove me to a shop in Newark CA. He gave a quick quote, without hassle, and charged fairly. If you ever get stuck in a jam and need towing services, Zack & Elite Tow are exactly the kind of people you want to help you. Thank you for saving me that day in November. You guys were awesome. read more

Had to call the at night and was stuck in costco parking lot. 1st time calling the company, the operator was very nice and dispatched David. He was very nice and professional, he took good care of the car and was very kind in dealing with us in a very stressful situation. He ensured we were ok before he left when he dropped off the car at night in an auto shop. 2nd time calling them for a new tow service, did not hesistate due to the excellent service I received. They are super pro, quick, on time and very communicative! The best tow company I have ever dealt with. Didn't even feel like I was "dealing" with anybody. They are super professional and nice. Their rates are great two, they don't charge you too much, it's a fair price for a good service. They also have these super up to date modern two trucks. I had an easy experience with my tow guy, he arrived I went in to get my purse, I came out and the car was already perfectly in its spot. Super cool, totally recommend to anybody especially anybody you care about. read more

I used Elite Tow with my car breaking down (alternator) issue. Zach was straight forward on the quote and even gave a fast eta to come to San Mateo going to Hayward. Sam arrived even faster than the short time quoted. Sam got the car on the bed of the truck in less than 5 minutes which was impressive. Sam was friendly, professional and very helpful. Elite Tow saved the day! After a complete fail with AAA (I will be canceling my membership) Elite Tow actually came back for me on the San Mateo bridge after towing the other person in our accident. He didn't have to do that but he was back in a flash and got my son and I off the bridge. The first shop we went to didn't do what I needed so we drove to three different locations before we went to the mechanic he uses and recommended highly. I got in an accident and had to leave my undriveable vehicle at the side of the highway. After trying to get a tow through my insurance company and calling another tow company, I finally called Elite Towing and Success! They were available and able to tow my vehicle right away. I had them tow it to my house, but when it got there Zack informed me I was leaking fluid and the city wouldn't want my wrecked vehicle on the road. He suggested he take the vehicle back to their storage site and I agreed. He said I would not be charged any extra for the tow. That was on a Friday. The next morning, Saturday, I called to see about getting our stuff out of our vehicle and the guy who answered said they weren't usually open on weekends, but that I could come at noon. The guy that opened the storage yard was also very nice and helpful. I think this is the best tow company I have ever worked with. They know how to do things with my insurance company and I think they gave me good advice as to how things would go from here. I highly recommend Elite Tow!!! read more
