Anna and Matt were awesome to work with! We brought in our 2000 Ford Excursion with extensive rust on the roof and a peeling hood and other spots around the truck that were missing paint. They communicated every step of the way and our truck looks AMAZING! No more rust, hood not peeling anymore and an overall fresh paint job. My car got into a fight with a concrete post, and the post won - so I was looking for someone to repair the door without costing a lot. The car is 15 years old but runs great and I want it to look nice. I was quoted $400-1,000 by others so drove over to DentPros to see what they could do. Anna was AWESOME! She said it was probably just paint transfer. A cloth, some solution and 15 minutes was all it took! She didn't charge me for that, and gave me a very good price for buffing it out, which i will probably do later. In May 2025 on Claremont Ave. in Oakland I drove my 2019 Miata over an unmarked median. It was my first collision since age 15. The impact ripped out most of my Miata's undercarriage: tires, brakes, suspension and cooling system, along with destroying the nose. Probably there is no other car sold in the USA with sensitivity to driver inputs equal to this 2300 lb two-seater. If a tire is low or the wheel alignment is out by a tiny degree, the Miata driver will feel it through the steering and in fact the whole car. I was therefore very concerned that replacing most of the car's suspension would result in the car looking good but never again driving with the smoothness and precision it had before. This shop listened to my concerns and assured me they could get it driving exactly as before the crash. And they were right! More than a year after the repair, my Miata still drives like new. This is my third time taking my car to their shop and as usual, they did an amazing job. I have a twenty year old car and with their help, it looks like new. Someone dented the entire driver's side door pulling out of the parking space next to mine. Now it looks like it never happened. Not only did they fix the dent, but were very careful with repainting so that it matched the color on the rest of the car. It's the little things and attention to detail that makes them my "go to" for auto body repairs. Anna is so helpful in navigating the confusion of insurance and is very responsive with any and all questions. We were recommended this family run business by our mechanic ( another family run business Moraga motors). Someone ran a stop sign into our car and dented both doors and the pillar. Dent pro worked with us and the third party insurance to get it fixed which was a tall order as third party had low liability cap. They kept us informed and did it as fast as they could (it rained for days and rain doesn't help paint dry).
