    I got rear ended two times in 6 months and we took both vehicles to this shop for estimates on…read morerepairs and both times they were ultimately deemed losses. The first time I understood, the car was old. I had no problems with the service and returned to them again for my next car. I had issues with the service from the very beginning, some of which were also due to lack of coordination with insurance companies, but overall I did not like the shop's handling of it. Insurance sent over a request for a work order, but then erroneously cancelled it. I called to set up an appointment to bring in my car and G&C told me they could see the work order but it was cancelled. I set the appointment date and contacted the insurance to say the autobody shop thought this work order was cancelled. Insurance guy texts me back that it is uncancelled and then set me up with a rental car to start the same day as the appointment. Well, I went to the appointment a week later and g&c said the order had never been uncancelled. This ultimately is the insurance's fault I guess, but some sort of failure of communication between all parties took place, and I wasted my time bringing in a car to an appointment where they didn't have permission to evaluate it it. I left and got things straightened out-- brought my car back 2 days later, not a big deal, and the insurance approved the repair estimates. Then g&c increased their repair estimates, but it was still covered. Next g&c had to get a part for my car which took time. Then that part came damaged/not up to par. Great, thanks for looking out for me. They had to order another new part, which took like ten days to arrive, while my car is just sitting there and I'm still in a rental. Finally it came in and then they started to actually work on my car and suddenly they told the insurance my car was a total loss. This turned into a big ordeal where that insurance company had to tap out and we had to change to our insurance policy covering the claim, but during that whole process NO ONE from the autobody shop bothered to call me or reply to my texts for nearly two weeks. I specifically texted them for updates/explanations and was not responded to for days and days and then I had to call THEM for them to explain to me it wasn't just the cost of repairs that increased, my car was irreparable. This car was only a few years old and had 12k miles on it. I don't know what happened to it after, but I imagine it still had life to it, since it was still perfectly drivable. I don't know cars, but it probably sold well as a salvage car. Sus. Anyway, this shop kept my car for a MONTH AND A HALF, didn't communicate with me for the last two weeks, got paid to store the car while doing nothing most of that time, and wasted my time by not accurately accessing the damage. I am not someone who normally would write a negative review, but looking back I really am dissatisfied with my experience with this business and God forbid anything happens to my new car, I will not be returning here again.

Fixed the dent, but chipped paint to metal and gouged trim…read more The Good: ​Service was cordial initially. ​Timeline was met for the original dent repair. ​The Bad: ​New Damage: My Model 3 came back with new damage to the paint and window liner that was not there before. ​Suspicious Behavior: At pickup, the car was parked so close to a chain-link fence I couldn't check the driver's side. ​Zero Accountability: I have photos from drop-off proving the damage wasn't there. I showed them this proof. They ignored my calls for a week, and eventually said they would not help other than applying touch-up paint. ​I cannot recommend a shop that damages a customer's vehicle and then refuses to make it right despite photographic evidence. Avoid.

When I arrived was expecting a $500 cost, but estimator Joel fixed it for FREE/NO CHARGE. I went to two (2) other Auto body shops and tried to get Yelp estimates.     After getting into an accident, I was very frustrated and unsure of how the repair process would…read morepan out. I contacted Aw Collision and was helped by Joel. When I arrived for my drop off inspection Joel was very reassuring and went over the process of repair and exactly what had to be done. Joel took the time to address my concerns and questions and didn't hesitate to further break things down. I was given a ride to the car rental store from AW. Throughout the repair process Joel was very responsive and kept me well informed and even included some photos of the process. There were a few supplemental additions to the claim and Joel kept me in the loop the entire time. Joel called me once the repairs were complete and let me know that everything looks fantastic. Upon arrival Joel took the time to walk around the car with me and highlight the areas of repair and wanted to make sure everything was satisfactory. The quality of the repairs was impressive to say the least, incredible attention to detail all the way from color matching and blending down to reapplying decals and emblems. I can be very specific with my truck and not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience to Joel or anyone at AW collision. Thank you guys for all of your help and exceptional repairs. I hope I don't have to see them again for an accident but I know I'm in great hands if I do.
