Amazing Rim Repair Service in Dublin!…read more I'm so happy with how my wheel turned out! Mark came to Dublin on a Saturday to fix the curb rash on my Honda pilot black edition 2025 rim, and the whole process took less than 45 minutes. He quoted me $169, and he did an amazing job- he worked fast. The finished result honestly looks incredible -- you would never know I had scraped my rim against a curb! Mark was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. The convenience, quality, and customer service were all excellent. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in Dublin / Pleasanton / Livermore area who needs curb rash or wheel repair!

They were responsive, professional, incredibly kind, and were even able to get me in the same day. I drove out from the French Camp/Stockton area to Livermore, and it was absolutely worth the drive. The repair came out AMAZING -- you would never know the wheel had been damaged. The price was also very fair, especially compared to other quotes I received. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Excellent workmanship, great communication, fair pricing, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Colormetics and wouldn't hesitate to come back if I ever need their services again. Hopefully I won't need another curb rash repair anytime soon! I wish I had known about Eduardo earlier, I would have been happy with this kind of repair instead of being pushed to formerly either replace the tailgate or get a $$$ repair. He had the aura of someone with a lot of paint and bodywork experience. He was upfront on the original cost estimate and it came in right at the estimate. There were a range of quotes from others, from the highest end, Eduardo was 1/10th the cost. From the average, about 1/2 the cost. He let me know it'd be about 90% there in repair, and I was really impressed with the results. About 2.5 hrs of work. Highly recommended and would definitely call him again. Thanks! Note: I realized that jobs are probably a little less predictable time wise so getting from one site to another can be variable. Eduardo mentioned mid afternoon but ran a bit late due to a complex job. He did commit to the work date even though he arrived by 5p., and I was glad that I didn't need to reschedule.

Daniel and Valentina did a great job repairing a difficult dent on my model 3 driver's front door…read more It was right on the body line and they were able to pretty much restore it. To the average observer, you cannot even see that a dent was there! Afterwards, I asked Daniel to see if he could repair the bottom right part of the lift gate on our CRV that was slightly pushed in after a hit and run. He was able to address it on the spot and did a great job in straightening it out! Again, you cannot tell there was anything there! Daniel and Valentina are friendly, honest, and professional. The work I believe was high quality and they did not rush. I would totally recommend them and Dents Doctor. I am very pleased with their service and work!

He claimed another guy had gotten behind it and stretched it out (even though another guy didn't). He wasn't polite or kind to me, in fact he seemed angry about driving out to me and his wife was standing there giving me an angry look the entire time. I felt very uncomfortable. Well, another guy fixed it, without me needing to take it to a body shop. So, 1 star for wasting my time and being rather harsh to me. If he didn't want to try, that's all he needed to say.

He is professional, responsive, and highly transparent about what can and cannot be repaired. What really sets him apart is the quality of the work. Some of the dents--especially along body lines--looked challenging, and I did not expect a flawless result. Each time, the outcome exceeded expectations--the panels looked like the damage had never happened. I particularly appreciate the straightforward communication. He takes the time to walk through the repair approach and set realistic expectations, which is rare and builds a lot of trust. If you're looking for true expertise in paintless dent repair and someone who takes genuine pride in delivering perfect results, I strongly recommend Diablo Dents.
