They told me they were able to do it and the technician will show up in 2 hrs. When the technician came, it was around 7pm, he started working on the car, but since it was getting late and he had his kid with him that day, he told me that's the best he could do. I was going to leave a 1 star review. But they did pulled the dent out as much as they can. Eventually this year I found another dent repair person to finish their unfinished job. Wish they would have been a bit more transparent about their work, if they couldn't do it should have told me more upfront. For others who's looking for a dent repair service, these guys are not bad but I would really evaluate your dent first and if it's on the body line and they didn't have time to do it. Spend a bit more a go somewhere else. For the money I spent here I don't think I was getting the value I deserved, but this business had a few good reviews so I gave them a try.
