If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Long story short, I got back from work with a dent in my new car and I was honestly very upset by the dent. Looked through many dent services but none stood out to me other than "Dent Service Experts". The many positive reviews I read gave me enough trust for them to fix the dent on my car. To start, Ramiro's communication is AMAZING. He ensured that everything was going to be taken care of professionally and efficiently and that my car would be fixed. Price was very reasonable and the service was more than excellent. I did not have time to drop off my car or pick it up at Newark since I'm in San Jose but Ramiro offered to pick it up and drop it off free of charge! Which honestly took the stress off my shoulders. Other than that, my car looked exactly how it was before and it was like the dent was never there! If you're looking for a dent fixing place with a reasonable price and amazing work, contact Ramiro! I'll be referring friends and family about this place if they ever get into the same situation like me.
These guys stood heads above shoulders in terms of promptness, professionalism and actual skill. I got a dent on my right rear quarter panel on my Model 3 two days ago, asked for a quote yesterday and was able to get same-day service within the next two hours earlier today (literally within the next 1.5 hours of scheduling!). The quote by Ramiro was within minutes while others ignored me, wrote extremely casually to me, or took hours to respond often with extremely high prices. Ramiro quoted multiples less than other competitors. Stop wasting your time and just choose these guys. Extremely fair and competitive pricing despite my car being the car it is with an aluminum panel and the Bay Area premium. Luis drove to fix the dents and went immediately to work without hesitation. His experience shows based on the work done and completed everything in about 90 minutes. I'm hoping I don't need dent repairs again in the future, but I found my people!
I found a baseball sized dent on the hood of my Mazda CX-5 and found this company on yelp. I sent a message through yelp and got a very quick response. After pricing with others I decided to go with this company and they had a guy out the same day I messaged them. Price was good for them coming to me and not having to leave my car at another body shop for who knows how long. I watched the whole process and it was very slick! Amazing work and I would recommend anyone to go here!
Reputation is definitely good for Dent Service Experts. He is very responsive about appointment, update if his staff can't make it. Will contact them again for Dent, Ding work
We had a dent on our Tesla model 3 - got rear ended by another car. Got to know about Dent service experts from another friend of ours. The technician came home fixed the dent in 10 mins. Very inexpensive. The estimate I received from body shops was $8K to 15K. Thank goodness I didn't go through that route. Largely thanks to my friend who referred these guys. Extremely pleased with the professionalism the technician demonstrated.
I had a dent on the side of my car that had been bothering me for quite some time. Dent Service Experts offered a great price and they send a mobile technician to your location. There was an issue with the first scheduled appointment since the owner accidentally double booked appointments. I understand this sometimes happens. He offered to send a technician out the next business day to take care of the dent in the parking garage of my office. All worked out well. The technician did a great job and you can't beat the convenience of someone coming to you.
First I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Luis who came down to fix my door ding. He was very friendly and on time. He did an excellent job on fixing my door ding and I am very happy with the results! Also they're dispatcher (sorry I forgot to ask who was helping me) was very responsive and quick when I asked for an estimate through yelp. Great communication all around! Their price was honest and fair considering the damage I had. For mine $145. Others may charge you more but out of the 5 places I asked for an estimate they were the cheapest, fast in their responses, and are a mobile service. If every I am in need or if anyone I know is looking for someone to repair a door dig I would definitely recommend them. Awesome service, A+ all the way! THANK YOU again!
Fantastic service quality and attention! I called and spoke to the owner at 939am for a dent repair on my Civic Type R right side A pillar and he quickly got me scheduled with one of his Master technician at noon and he worked within my schedule. Luis A arrived at my place and he was very professional. He assessed the dent and quickly got to work. He explained the process as he masterfully removed the dent on the A pillar. I was concerned it would take time due to the A pillar being very strong but it took Luis 10 minutes and the dent was gone. I was extremely impressed. He told me that he has been doing this for 10 years and that he takes pride and passion to his work. His quality work on my car is a testament to his passion. I highly recommend this company as they are truly professionals and take pride on their work. See attached before and after pictures below. Thank You! Dennis
Guy came on-time as scheduled. The service provided was well priced, and did not oversell me on what to expect. In my conversation with Ramiro, he explained to me that I should expect at most an 80% improvement. I must say that I am very satisfied with the outcome. Would gladly recommend Ramiro for any dent issues.
I had a small dent on my Sorento which bothered me and Dent Service Experts sorted it out. Attached are before and after photos. I would highly recommend this service and the best part, they're mobile!

This is a review for a service I requested last year, I contacted this business for a dent repair and the communication was super clear. They told me they were able to do it and the technician will show up in 2 hrs. When the technician came, it was around 7pm, he started working on the car, but since it was getting late and he had his kid with him that day, he told me that's the best he could do. I was going to leave a 1 star review. But they did pulled the dent out as much as they can. Eventually this year I found another dent repair person to finish their unfinished job. Wish they would have been a bit more transparent about their work, if they couldn't do it should have told me more upfront. For others who's looking for a dent repair service, these guys are not bad but I would really evaluate your dent first and if it's on the body line and they didn't have time to do it. Spend a bit more a go somewhere else. For the money I spent here I don't think I was getting the value I deserved, but this business had a few good reviews so I gave them a try. read more
Ramiro quoted me $285 for repairing the dent you see in the picture. It's a really small job, and I think could be done in 5-10 minutes. I am not a dent-specialist, or a mechanic, but an engineer so I purchased a DIY kit on Amazon after receiving this exorbitant quote. Tonight I repaired the dent in less than 5 minutes with a suction cup from amazon ($16.99). Never trust anyone, always double [triple, quadruple] check. read more

Took my 1988 Camaro here to have the entire car painted. Marlon sent me pics during the process and let me pick up my car after normal business hours. The Sunnyvale place is a little hard to find but my GPS got me there, no problem. Very happy with the price and end result of my car. I didn't want to spend $10k on a car and $10k on a paint job. I needed a good paint job for less than $5k and these guys did great. Great value for the price and no issues with the paint, I am very happy. read more

Someone hit and run my car . Got a big dent on my rear door. Did a lot of research and spoke with few people but for some reason I had a good feeling with Dent Service Experts. Ramiro was so responsive and very attentive. Ramiro was able to booked me an appointment the next day for someone to come to my house. Luis showed up on time and he took his time with my car. He made sure that I was satisfied with his work through out the process and he made sure I was a happy client. Luis did a fantastic job ! My Toyota Highlander had a tennis ball sized dent in the rear door. Another company tried before Dent Service Experts, but said they couldn't get access to the back side of the panel. Dent Service Experts technician removed a hand pull insert and fairly quickly gained access. Roughly thirty minutes later, the panel was dent free. Dent Service Experts were quick to contact me, charged less money than competitors and fixed my car. What more could you ask for. read more

Great experience and affordable price. Long story short i hit a curb and the bottom of my right fender and right side door dented bad. I took it to an auto repair shop and they told me it will be a big fix and they give me a crazy expensive quote and told me it will take 10 days since they will have to take the door and fender apart etc. However, I decide to check out yelp and glad I found these guys. Great communication from the start. Dropped my car Friday noon and it was ready Sunday around 3. Couldn't believe how fast they fixed it. Oh price was extremely fair if I compared it to the Auto repair shop. I'm happy and satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them. read more

I'm very happy with Dent Service Experts and would recommend them highly. First of all, Ramiro, the owner responded to my request for quote within minutes of my Yelp post. His price was very reasonable, and he was ready to do the work on 7/4! Bottom line, I was so pleased with his attitude that I ended up lining up 3 cars for him to fix in my driveway on the same day. read more

Requested a quote over yelp, repsoned very quickly and booked an appointment the next day. Its nice that the come to you so no need to take your car into a shop. The technician Luis arrived on time and explained well what to expect. Due to the shape and location of the dent, it's tough to have the dent fully recovered. The service was roughly an hour and result was as promised if not better :) Happy with the result and price is reasonable comparing to others, recommended! read more
