I don't normally post reviews but I am really angry this time. I contacted the shop through Yelp and technicians came yesterday to fix a few dings on my BMW x7 and Tesla Model 3. I rolled down the windows and let them do the work in my garage. They spent like 2 hours with the ding on my X7 and when I checked the work they really made my door looks ugly! A small ding becomes a big uneven area! But what can I do? I still paid them and thought I will just live with it or hire someone to do a better fix in the future. I've been meaning to get the dent fixed on my car for a long time now (driver opening their door) and after getting no where with other dent removal businesses (either rude response or no response), I found Dent Service Experts on Yelp. After messaging this business and two others, DSE was the first to respond, very courteous, and was very prompt with responses and quotes. Within 20 minutes, we made arrangements for his technician to come out and fix the dent the following weekend. Some dickhead opened its door too heavily hitting the passenger side front door. Left a dent about 30cm long. I contact Ramiro and he quoted me a very reasonable price (45% of the cheapest body shop) and Hugo came over the next day on time. Before they told me that the repair may take 3 hours and turnout Hugo finished everything in an hour. He is professional and knowledgeable. Nice conversation with him. Luis does it again!!! - some a$$h*le in an old white Merc really dented the passenger side door on our 330ix wagon ... but I did'nt see it until I got home... no problem, call Luis at Dent Service Experts and its gone! The dent was across a line/seam in the door panel and really tough to remove but after Luis worked on it (the same day I sent him the pictures of the damage) its gone ... I cant even tell where it was 100% fixed. I requested a quote from Ramiro through yelp and received a response right away! He gave me a free estimate based on a few pictures I sent him and was able to set me up for a mobile paintless dent repair (with Luis) a couple hours later. Ramiro made sure to give me his honest opinion about the damage to my car (based on the photos) and explained that the metal was stretched significantly due to the dent and that there was a chance you may still be able to see where the dent was located even after the repair. I was a little hesitant but appreciated his honesty and still, he assured me that I would be happy with the work needed to be done (and boy was I).
