Needless to say, it was terrible, still dented, and they ghosted me after and stopped replying to my calls or texts lol. He said based on the pictures, "We can get this up to 90% or more guaranteed, and I don't say this to a lot of customers but if you don't like it, ill give you a discount" The technician spent around ~7 hours in my driveway working on the quarter panel, made some progress, and then wanted to get paid after he wanted to call it done because he got tired. Based on the work I saw, there was no way I was paying him full price, but I did respect that he worked on it for a while. We agreed that i'll pay him for that work done, and that he'll come back first week of September to do the rest.. He charged me $350 and said he'll be back first week September to finish the rest of his work. He never came back, stopped replying to my calls and texts, and its a shame he betrayed my trust after going on a little shpeel about how he values customers returning and not being known for shady work. The first picture is how my dent looked, I was quoted $585 for 1-3 hours of work. Technician spent around 7 hours, charged me $385, then ghosted me after taking my money and agreeing to come back for the rest of the work for the quoted $585 His initial warning before starting was that my paint was chipped and so he wasn't able to fully work on the dent. I took it somewhere else and they said that the tiny spec of paint damage was not an issue whatsoever. Keep in mind the "paint damage" was a minute spec of paint about the size of an ants head. The pictures below show how my dent looked before and after the technician spent ~7 hours of "work" he did on my car. All in all, they're pretty shady, definitely not true to their word. I'd recommend any other professional business, this "business" is luring customers in with sweet words, doing half-assed work, taking your money, and never seeing or hearing from em again.

Unfortunately, I'm really unhappy with the paint job I received and just want people to be able to…read moreset expectations. I requested a quote for repair of a bunch of rock chips on the front fender of my car. We met, discussed the plan to fill in the chips with paint, and I understood it wasn't going to look perfect by any means, but seemed like the color would at least be a close match again. Literally 30 minutes later I got a call the job was done and came out to what looked like grayish White Out had been quickly dabbed onto each of the rock chips. I was kind of shocked at how it looked and asked what else could be done to which he basically replied "this color is really hard to match so I can sand/paint the whole front bumper, but it still won't match the rest of the car" so didn't really seem like a solution at all. A few things. I understand there are material costs of doing the job, but for 30 minutes of labor and a poor outcome I think $400 was nuts even though this was cheaper than other quotes. If the color of my car (stock Lexus pearl white) was too difficult to match, he could've just said so before putting paint on my car. Again, if the number of rock chips was too many to fix, I wish he would've just said that before beginning or after the first one. Lastly, I was just very annoyed with the offered "solution". Tony was a really nice guy and I do feel like I went into this with realistic expectations, but now my $60k car looks like it has grayish chicken pox all over the front and I'm pretty angry. Just want to leave this here so anyone else in a similar situation can take a look at the close-up and set appropriate expectations before proceeding.

I had accidentally messed up my friend's car as I was rushing out of the parking lot. I tore up his bender right under his headlight. Tony quoted a reasonable estimate and suggested to fix the existing bumper. When he finally arrived to fix the car he kept the original estimate and did the body repair in just a few hours. He did an incredible job and my friend is happy with the work. I'll be contacting Tony again for needed body repair. My car needs to be fixed too!
