I was inquiring places to repair a ding I got a few weeks ago. Dent Pro Mobile was the first to respond to my inquiry and gave me a general quote. When I provided pictures of the damage to get a more accurate quote, their response was "please see previous message". I assumed the person would give a more accurate quote based on the damage on the pictures. The person said "These photos aren't any different than the four you already provided... I'll never give a hard estimate without seeing it in person!!". This was the first time I inquired about getting my dent repaired and since they're the first company that responded, they're the first to receive my pictures. I didn't show my pictures prior to this. The person I talked to seem very agitated. They may have one of the best repair services in the Bay Area, but their customer service needs a lot of work.
