From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. It's honestly hard to find a repair shop these days that delivers this level of quality, communication, and customer service, and Bonfante does all of that and more. Our vehicle was repaired perfectly -- you would never know it had been in an accident. The workmanship was flawless, and the attention to detail really stood out. On top of that, when we picked up our Suburban, it was clean, spotless, and detailed, inside and out. That extra effort means a lot, and it shows how much pride they take in their work. One of the biggest things that stood out to me and my wife was the constant communication throughout the entire repair process. They kept us updated every step of the way -- what was happening, what stage the repair was in, and when we could expect progress. There was never any guessing or wondering what was going on. That kind of transparency and follow-through truly means a lot to us and makes a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I especially want to recognize Dawn, the shop manager. She is absolutely amazing and truly the kind of person every company needs. She was able to explain every single process of the work that needed to get done is plain English, I felt I was free to ask questions, that I was respected for wanting to know answers and that in no way I was taken advantage of because my expertise is not in cars.
