    If your looking for quality customer service and attention to detail come to Morgan Hill auto body. My Bmw's trunk lid and rear bumper were repaired and recolored back to pristine factory conditions with spot on paint matching. I also had my spoiler repainted along with a debadging as side requests which were easily accommodated during the repairs. Larry the owner was a pleasure to work with as he personally helped with my insurance provider and kept me updated on my cars status throughout the entire process in a quick timely manner. I will definitely be returning for future cosmetic upgrades and any other body work my car needs.

    Great customer service and quality work! I took my BMW to Larry after my car's paint got chipped and my windshield was cracked from a gravel truck. Also, the shield under my car was wrecked. Larry took a look and explained to me what he could fix. When I was unable to get a ride to Enterprise, Larry offered me a ride over to get my rental. Very kind of him. Over the two weeks he worked, he kept me updated about the progress, and let me know when it was ready for pick up. Him and his team did a beautiful job on my car. It looks brand new! And they did a nice detailed cleaning. They even got some additional scuffs out of the paint on the side door. I will absolutely be coming back here in three future. Thanks Morgan Hill Auto Body!

    My parents brought my 2007 BMW 328i to Larry to have some damage appraised that occurred while at his friend's shop, Fred's European Asian Automotive. My mother had to take the day off work to be able to bring the vehicle in during their operating hours. After over a week of not hearing back, my mother took the initiative to follow up with Larry who claimed he "lost her number" and that Fred was only willing to cover "$500". [After Fred had initially told my mother that he would cover the entire cost.] Naturally, my mother became even more frustrated, but Larry just advised her to air her grievances with Fred. Oh, and she would need to bring the vehicle in AGAIN to have the damages appraised. Really? Overall, extremely unsatisfied with Fred and Larry and really advise against patronizing either of their businesses.

    I am a gear head and set unrealistic expectations when other people work on my cars. That being said, I am a repeat customer of Morgan Hill Auto Body. Larry and his team always go above and beyond for their clients. They are professional and are excellent with communicating the progress of the repairs. They have consistently exceeded expectations on quality. The moment my M3 was peppered by debris from construction equipment in tow I knew exactly who I was going to for repairs. They had to repaint the entire front end of my car and replace the windshield. The factory color is black with blue metallic that is extremely difficult to match. In my opinion, the car came out significantly better than new. Everything is even and it is impossible to find any imperfections. I will definitely be going back for any future restorations and any unforeseen collision repairs.

Starting with a phone inquiry, their response was friendly and professional. Yes, they are busy, but they are very accommodating to my schedule too. Before I took my car in, I had an idea what my engine service light means through my car code scanner. But I'm not a mechanic and I don't know how accurate my scanner is and how much I can trust it. I took the car to George. His son Joe took care of me. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. He called me later when they had time to check my car out and told me the problem my car is having which is totally in-line with the scanner. (They did not know I had scanned the code already). They found a leak in a hose that would explain the failure code. They recommended to replace it and see if the code would go away, and to make sure no other problems were hidden behind that. They did not find additional problem. So, they only charged me for replacing the hose and a dirty air filter. The conclusion is: they know what they are doing and they did not try to sell me something that I don't need. They are honest, experienced, and knowledgeable. I believe this is a family business. Their passions and experience about auto repair is clearly evidenced. Yes, they charge 3% credit card fee. So, if you want to save a little, bring cash. To me, I am super happy that I found a auto shop for life !

    I brought my BMW X5 in because a red warning light came on. Right after I got the car back, the AC stopped working. I had my son bring it back, and this time they said the coolant level was very low and charged me another $453 to refill it. It seems clear the original warning was related to low coolant, which they failed to catch during the first visit. Instead, I ended up paying over $600 for what should have been identified from the start. $653 just to refill coolant is over charging. I raised my concerns but never received any follow-up. Very disappointed with the lack of proper diagnosis, poor communication, and high pricing. I won't be returning.

    Buyer beware of this place,scare tactics style. Brought in my '06 Pilot here for a timing belt…read morechange at 200K miles. I'll admit, I'm no car buff or mechanic but one thing I know is if I bring a car with no sensor lights on, I expect to pick it up the same way. Well after I picked it up, suddenly my TPMS, check engine and two other lights would come on with starting the car. Funny enough, when I picked it up, this place told me my car checked out fine. So of course, I bring it back (took about 2 trips for this) and the 2nd visit they tell me I had to change a few items which at that point was going to be another $1K ($800 and $170) which all this was told by phone. I told them no way in hell and seeing as I've already given them $1300 between this car and another (for maintenance) telling me this seemed very much like a sketchy racket just to up sell people. So I picked up my car an hour after this conversation at which I told them not to do anything else so I can get a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Sure enough, the sensor lights were off. It magically fixes itself just because I complained and wasn't willing to get upsold. There it is folks. Maybe try to have someone with you that knows more about cars if you want to bring it to this shop.

And the prices are more than reasonable (less than half of what the Dealer would have charged). Work was done in a timely manner as promised. I had one little issue when I got home. I called and left a message for the owner. I received a prompt call back. The issue was solved and I'm very satisfied. My adult daughter used to take her Toyota RAV4 here for service. Always pleased. Plus, she is a veteran and they offered her a discount. Isn't that great? We will be back for certain.
