Within one year the paint started oxidizing despite being parked in a covered garage (pictures below). Tim now pretends that Ive got the wrong phone number when I text him to fix this via the warranty (which I paid extra for). This is the same phone number listed here on yelp as well. I called from a different number and he answered and hung up immediately. I intend to take this matter the legal route to small claims court, to get it resolved. I got scammed, I hope you don't. I was parking my brother-in-law's GMC Sierra 1500 pickup in a small parking garage when I…read moreaccidentally crushed in the rear quarter panel on the drivers side and slightly damaged the bottom of the backseat passenger door on the driver's side by cutting a wall too short. This was very upsetting and depressing to me, since it was not my truck. I did not want to turn the accident into his insurance, which would likely cause his insurance rates to be increased. Thus, I got four different estimates to repair the damage. The main damage was to the rear quarter panel and so I requested two estimates, one to fix everything and one to just fix the rear quarter panel. One body shop would not even give me the estimate for just fixing the rear quarter panel, saying they would have to fix everything to warrant their work. Morgan Hill Auto Body was the last one I obtained an estimate from and their estimate was actually the lowest. Larry was great to deal with and he understood my situation, and I ended up choosing to have the work done at Morgan Hill Auto Body. Larry keep the costs very close to the original estimate and even removed and reinstalled the truck's toolbox for no charge. The work was done on time and when I picked up the truck they had washed and waxed the truck, making it look better than ever. If you want great work done at a reasonable price talk with Larry at Morgan Hill Auto Body to get an estimate.

At this point what am I paying 45$ for? I asked them to fix it and they did a little but it was still dirty. When I got home I looked in the trunk and there was sand everywhere. They didn't even try to vacuum it. I was able to get rid of it myself by just taking the mat out and hitting it against the concrete. When I spoke with the manager he said "I can't give you a refund and sand is hard." I confirmed "are you refusing to give me a refund even though a service wasn't done well and almost not at all?" He said "yes I'm not an authorized ." I asked "arn't you the manager?" He said "I'm the assistant manger. The manger is already gone for the day." Then I asked "are you going to offer to ask for my contact information so he can get back to me?" He said "sure but we can't give refunds." I said "are you forcing me to have to call my credit card company to dispute this charge?" He said "yeah go ahead and do that." I will never come back to this place. Quick communication via text, the let me know they were on their way the day of, and showed up promptly on time. Incredibly convenient to have a mobile service that can do everything, including steam cleaning carpets and such. They have an amazing setup, I asked them if it was a franchise and Caesar said they built their van themselves. Really cool stuff. The work was good. Not perfect, but very good. I generally do my own detailing, so I have a very critical eye. But as I get older I no longer have the patience or desire to spend 2-3 hours detailing my car, especially when I have two boys who are very skilled at ruining all that hard work.
