Marc took me in on a Saturday morning to repair three small dings on my 22 RAM TRX. One was a hard ping type dent from my wife's pointy side mirror. Another was right in the edge/seam of the rear door and the third was below the side mirror. He hammered, pried and used all kinds of special metal tools to massage the metal back where it should be. I was recommended unanimously to this one-man business by people on the Bay Area Tesla owners Facebook group. I had purchased a used Tesla model Y for a good discount; dents included. Marc was available at 6pm after a long day of work and traffic. Immediately he was able to identify all the problem spots I was interested in and even found some PDR the previous owner had attempted to do. The master craftsman he is, he was able to spot, analyze, and figure out what needed to be done to completely redo the poor work from the previous owner and get some more of the problem spots. He even offered to properly seal the cavities left by previous guy. We started the work the next day. He was transparent with the work he was planning to do, and quoted a reasonable rate for same-day work to get all the spots. (~$200/hr), which after the work was done was very worth it. He was very responsive and accommodating for my tardiness in my morning appointment. As he is based on Campbell, he also helped to drive the car back to my address as I would have had to drive two cars to retrieve my car anyway. I have another car for him to work on.
