JD and team did an amazing job as restoring my 2003 Mercedes C240 back into showroom condition. It looks brand new again. I mever thought the car could look this good. The hood of car especially had major sun damage and erosion. And the wheels were beat up, and dirty. Water marks all over. They removed it all!. And one of the front beam lights had severe discoloration which they polished like new. They even worked overtime to finish my car in less than 1 day. I had a great experience with JD Morse Detailing after some idiot (i.e. me) brought the garage door down on the roof of my Miata RF. This accident almost brought me to tears - the scratches were really intense and appeared to be very deep. I figured I'd see what a good detailer could do with their buffer before throwing serious money at a bodyshop. JD Morse showed up on Yelp and was very convenient - offering free pick up from their Lafayette workshop. This worked out perfectly - they picked up my car in the morning, and returned it in tip top condition. They'd wiped down the engine bay, and managed to get out almost all of the small scratches in my roof! All that is left is two deeper scratches at the front of one of the panels, and a circular dent that most people don't notice until I point it out to them... I keep my car pretty clean but JD Morse was able to clean it even deeper! I think this will become an annual thing now to keep my car looking fresh! read more

JD did an absolutely incredible job on my car. I bought a used car (2022 BMW i4) the interior was perfect but the paint job had swirl marks, scratches, chips, and other contamination to the paint. From afar it looked fine, but up close you could tell the paint needed work. JD spent a day correcting the paint and when I got the car back, it looked like I got it straight for the showroom floor! I hired this JD Morse to detail my 2020 Porsche. It was easy and affordable. They came to my office, picked up the vehicle and returned it about 4 hours later. The car was beautiful. Even now, a week later, even after a rain, I'm still getting comments about what a beautiful wax job on my car. If you know you don't need your vehicle for a few hours, what's more convenient to have them come get it, take to their place of business and detail it. Once again Yelp community came through. My 2013 Lexus GS 350 F Sport needed a refresh. I replaced the front bumper and spoiler but the body was full of swirls and light scratches. Called Jay, he came out the next day, picked up my 2013 car and returned 5 hours later with what looks like a brand new 2021!!! Not kidding, just beautiful! Hands down the most perfect detailing service I have ever had. The car had been egged, also there was a small scratch on one of the doors. My local body shop advised they would have to take the door off to repair the scratch (something like $1000 to repair). Well guess what, Jay managed to completely remove the scratch in the detailing process and remove all the dried on egg, leaving the car looking as good as new. Furthermore, Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with keeping me informed on progress and delivery the car back to me when he said he would. I could not be happier with this service. You may have noticed all my reviews to date on Yelp have been 5 star, this is deliberate. Life is too short to focus on that which does not make us happy. Darrel is a super kind, honest, and detail-oriented professional who took incredible care of my brand new Mach E with an at-home wash and ceramic coating. He noticed all the smallest imperfections and addressed every one he could and was honest for the few he couldn't. Car looks so incredible after his work! The fact he comes to you for the job and even has foam wash instead of water to not upset apartment complexes is too convenient. These guys 1) did a great job on my Volvo and Tesla 2) are so freaking nice they enthusiastically took on my experimental project. We ordered a $$$$ custom sapphire blue powder coated range hood for our new kitchen. We stored it in the garage before installing, got some sawdust on it, and my husband buffed it with a garage rag, scratching it all up. The range hood manufacturer said we were SOL. But then we reached out to JD Morse Detailing and they totally fixed it for us in a week and sent us home with a spray and instructions on how to clean. Miracles!! Thank you guys!!! read more

I called JD, he had a quote on the spot, and an opening later in the week. I went in at the scheduled time, gave him my keys and he told me he'd aim to be done by four, but he wanted to make sure it was done right and he may run long. I told him I'd rather have it done right than quick, so I wandered home to get back to work. JD had the car done just before six, which was still pretty quick for the 10 years and two drives across the continent worth of cruft on my ride. Unfortunately, I had an appointment and couldn't come until 7:30 that evening. JD couldn't have been more polite about my delay. Once I came to pick up, I was able to pay with square and be on my way. JD also offered me $75 for an outer detail within the next month since the ash from the Mendocino Complex fire was falling like snow. My dad would always say you get what you pay for!!! Well this wasn't the case here!! I paid $1350 for ceramic coat & full detail..I have gotten better interior details at a $50 gas station.. I was looking to get a ceramic coat to protect my car from the elements better since I don't have a garage and later give car to my daughter. So you thinking how dirty was my interior , let say 10 is a hoarder , 6 is someone who drive around with garbage, fast-food remnants and 1 clean freak.. I would be a 2.5 . Everyday wear & use . Black Kia Niro is a very small suv .. they had car over 2 days ... I texted pics .. he made many lame excuses ... then I informed him , I was a mechanic and very well knew the difference between everyday wear and tear a car takes and dirt scuffs .. then the apologies came in !!! I don't know the reason for the lackluster interior service ( he knew I had to leave town ASAP) or didn't give a cause I wasn't a Lafayette resident with a $100,000 car .. Being a Black working woman I guess my $$$ isn't enough for first class service???? I grabbed my weather tech interior cleaner & wiped dirt away ..
