If you're looking to get your car cleaned and detailed, look no further! Rich promptly responded to my request for detailing and kept in touch with me until our scheduled appointment day. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly for 4 hours cleaning every nook and cranny of our car on the interior and exterior. He did such an amazing job that our car looked even better than it did when we brought it home from the used car dealership. It was shining from top to bottom! Rich has an amazing attention to detail and it was clear how much effort he puts into his work. Beyond the actual service, Rich is just a wonderful human. Easy to communicate with, cheerful, and incredibly kind. We'll definitely be using his services again in the future! read more

Richard makes miracles happen when it comes to car detailing and cleaning. We had a pretty hefty car to tackle which has been through blazing summers in Arizona to frigid winters in upstate New York. You can imagine just how run-down this car could have looked. Richard came promptly at the scheduled time and spent his entire morning helping us make this Toyota Prius itself again. Richard really took it with stride never rushing, paying such close attention to every detail getting every nook and cranny within the car and outside. I could barely recognize the car afterward, it was glistening with such shine. The inside smelled amazing. Richard was always responsive to all communication whether it be text or phone. I absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking to get car detailing. His hard work and dedication really comes through in the result of the car. read more

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. Richard completely changed my car around. First off, I needed a detail ASAP and he accommodated me within the week. Second, from the mess that was in my car, to literally making it feel brand new is priceless. I shipped my 2008 Mini Cooper convertible from Ohio to the Bay Area. Was dirty from the trip and really needed a good cleaning and protectant treatment for all the top-down weather out here. Contacted Richard after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp and he got right back to me. Recommended the Silver Package and made the appointment for the work. He showed up on time and spent more time on the car than he planned. Can't believe how good my 13 year old car looks. Reconditioned the top, interior like new, and made the tired old paint and chrome really shine. I couldn't be happier and Richard is the consummate professional. read more

Rich detailed my husband's car last year (as a gift for father's day). He was quick to respond, very clear in his communications, and did an amazing job. My husband is picky so I knew I had to find someone good and did a lot of research. Rich spent an entire day on my husband's truck and it seriously looked like new when he was done. Although I was a bit apprehensive of the cost at first, I knew I got my money's worth and then some. read more

We take pretty good care of our two late model cars, so they were in decent shape. But I'm pretty fussy about keeping them clean and looking good so I engaged Richard at Spotless Show Time Detailing to provide his Gold Service. He was great communicating and scheduling and showed up precisely on time. He worked his butt off non-stop for 9 hours addressing every detail. Plus he is a very pleasant guy. When he was done, both cars looked brand new. I always wondered how used car dealers could make their cars look showroom new and now I know. I'm extremely satisfied. read more

If I could give six stars on Yelp, I would. Rich worked on my 2005 Toyota Corolla (165,000 miles, bird poop, branches, leaves, stains and scratches from living in San Francisco for five years) with so much love and care for a total of 7.5 hours. I purchased the Gold Package after texting Rich some photos and explaining how my car looked. He replied promptly via call/text. My car looks and smells brand new! It was worth every single penny. From our little interaction prior to detailing and after, I can vouch for Rich - he is a kind, fair and honest man. I am so happy with the results! My dad is planning to schedule his appointment soon, and I will be returning as well. He also details motorcycles :) read more

Excellent mobile detail. Spotless has been my go to detailer for a few years now and have never been disappointed.

Richard responded to my text within minutes and fit me in the same day! He worked for at least 3 plus hours and didn't stop the entire time! My Tesla looked better than when I picked it up from the Tesla dealership! Richard was super friendly, professional, and detail oriented. 1st time using Richard at Spotless Showtime and I'll be using him again. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect I had been going through which was suppose to be a hand wash but they put my car through a machine then dry it off by hand and it left swirls in my paint. Richard got every swirl out and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend him if you wanna just chill at home while you get your cars detailed. read more

I couldn't be happier with the detail job Spotless Show Time did on our 2014 Mastercraft!! This is the second year we've used them to get our boat summer ready and we certainly won't be using anyone else. We had the boat and trailer washed and waxed and the interior detailed. Richard brought our boat back to life! He spent hours making sure not one spot was missed. We truly feel as though he treats our boat as if it were his own. Richard was very professional and a pleasure to coordinate with, we sent him a text with when we needed the job done, he confirmed right away and showed up even 15 minutes early. They come to you with everything to do the job, its too easy! The first time we booked I sent him photos of our boat and he was able to provide me a quote right away. My husband and I have recommended him to friends who now use them regularly to detail their cars and motorcycle. They too have nothing but rave reviews! Not only do they do a great job but Richard is a stand up guy who I enjoy working with and giving my business to. You won't be disappointed if you book with them! read more

I wanted to have my son and daughter-in-law's car detailed as a surprise wedding gift while they were on their honeymoon. I contacted Richard at Spotless Show Time Mobile Detailing and was able to get an appointment right away. He arrived on time and worked non-stop for 4 hours to clean the car, inside and out. There was a lot of dog hair on the floor and the upholstery, and when he was done, it was all gone and the car looked like new. I don't remember the car ever looking that good! Throughout the process, Richard was very responsive, answering my texts right away. He was personable and professional, and a pleasure to work with. Literally did a spotless job in my Cayenne. Every nook and cranny was clean and I couldn't spot a single sign of dirt or dust on my car anywhere. I drive a black Benz and from driving on freeways and going back and forth to the quick gas station washes, noticeable swirls and scratches appeared which are a headache to me, especially on a black car! After seeing their detail van in Walnut Creek, I called them and decided to give them a shot. Their work is wonderful and recommended things that would help with what I wanted to be done. Basically I wanted my car looking as good as the day I drove it from the dealership. I am quite hesitant to have other people work on my car, but I'm glad I contacted them. The time frame of completion was reasonable and the results were spectacular. You will be impressed. I highly recommend this company to work on your vehicles whether it be for everyday commuter cars to high end exotics. read more

Richard was extremely professional, wore a mask the entire time (during Covid-19), and took about 10 hours to complete the job, more than he expected. This car was very dirty from being used in the foothills on a dirt road for several years. It looks almost brand new. Micro-scratches were buffed out and carpets had virtually all the dog hair removed. It was easy to schedule the appointment and he got the car in earlier than expected. I had Spotless Show Time come out and do a Full Detail (the Spotless Show Time Package) on my 2019 Jaguar I-Pace. Rich stayed in constant contact before showing up for the appointment. He even gave me the opportunity to change the date since rain was forecasted for the next day. I kept the appointment and he showed up early. He was very polite and very professional through the entire visit. The entire process for the highest tier service took 5 hours in which he diligently worked the process step by step and the results are outstanding. The car looks better than it did directly from the dealer. He even cleaned under the front hood (it's a battery electric vehicle so it has a front "Trunk").
