My car has been through the ringer: 150k miles, road trips down to San Diego and up to Oregon, 4 years of commuting from Alameda to Berkeley for undergrad + 2 years of commuting from Walnut Creek to Berkeley for grad school.... you can only imagine the coffee stains and food crumbs. This is the first time the interior of my car has been detailed professionally and I plan to return to Brian in the future! Carpets cleaned and vacuumed, upholstery seats shampooed, trunk vacuumed, dashboard and car doors cleaned, all for approx $220 which I think is very reasonable. The full interior detail was done in about 2.5 hours. I scheduled my appointment with Brian over the phone and service started right on time. The location is a bit difficult to find so allot yourself a few extra minutes to find the place. The neighborhood it's in is great though! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby so it was very easy for me to kill time while I waited for my car to be finished.

It would help if you could post clips and name them and describe what they're doing: step 1 prep [incl. blah and blah], step 2 prep [incl. blah and blah], clay bar [for blah], etc., accounting for each step of the promised process. I took my car to get buffed as the hood had oxidation. It looked great for a month or so. Not only…read morethat, I realized 2 days later, two nice jackets I left in the car were in a black garbage bag in the back soaking wet. If he let me know right away, I could have taken them out and dried them. After 2 months the hood started deteriorating far worse than it was to begin with. I tried calling, nobody answered. I tried texting, no answer. So I drove over twice, the 2nd time, the door was unlocked and could not find anybody inside. I left a NOTE ON THE Keyboard and still didn't get a call. I think he knew I was there and went out and hid in his truck. He was very nice and I figured he knew what he was doing. But if you look at this photo, it even shows tape lines on the hood and it is now ruined and will have to be completely painted. I have never seen anything like this in my life. You can see everywhere he over-buffed and sanded and tape lines, which makes no sense to me. BEWARE as it's going to cost a lot to fix it now.
