I paid $14.99 for the regular wash. It's the cheapest one! Drove up to the wash area to see two workers waiting for me. They scrubbed down my car before the machine brought my car into the wash itself. Remember you need your car in neutral. I don't know why but I love the sound the wash makes. Love the feel of just sitting as the machine moves your car! After the wash and rinse, I was put to the outside! Another worker was waiting for me, by his lonesome self, he towel dried my car. However, I found my front license plate on the floorboard in the backseat. I am guessing it's possible those gigantic rotating brushes in the car wash may have jiggled the front license plate and frame off of the front of my vehicle. My bone of contention is nobody told me. They just threw it in the backseat of the car. And I didn't realize it until I got home. Might be a good idea to take a quick video of the exterior of your vehicle before you send it through their car wash and then do a quick walk around your vehicle. Anyone could have punctured a tire. Maybe that's not technically the car wash's fault, but someone in this neighborhood thought it was fine to leave it sitting right there in the entrance. Visit #2: I was vacuuming my car and had just set my glasses, pen, and notepad down on the concrete by the vacuum stand for a moment while I worked. Within seconds the attendant came up behind me and grabbed them to throw them into the garbage, which was honestly kind of shocking. I had to stop him and explain they were mine. His response was basically that I "shouldn't put things there." But I had literally just set them down next to my open car door while vacuuming -- they were clearly personal belongings, not garbage. Visit #3 (today): While I was vacuuming my freshly cleaned car, the attendant's pug jumped straight into my car with muddy paws and ran across my seats and center console. I do want to say the attendant himself was friendly and said good morning to me that day, and he seemed like a genuinely kind person. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble -- in fact he seems like someone who could be a real asset to the business. But it might be worth management simply reminding staff that dogs should not be running loose in a parking lot with moving cars or jumping into customers' vehicles. That was the final straw. I don't expect perfection, but basic awareness and common sense go a long way. A small dog shouldn't be running loose in a parking lot with moving cars, and it definitely shouldn't be jumping into customers' vehicles. Three visits, three completely avoidable problems. Unfortunately, that's enough for me. I'm sure this review won't do anything to your business, but for what it's worth there are also some basic things missing here. For example, there are no clips in the wash bays to hang floor mats, which is pretty standard at most self-serve car washes. It's actually one of the reasons I don't wash my car here and only use the vacuums, because trying to wash mats without them is frustrating. It's just another small thing that adds to the overall picture where there always seems to be some new problem or omission you'd think would be standardized by common sense -- but this is California.

There hasn't been one time, that I had to call and have them come back because the job was subpar. Unfortunately, when I bought my new Infiniti Chris had stopped doing ceramic pro for a while, so I had to use another place. After the owner gave me a one hour spiel about how good he was and what other people do wrong and what he does different, I decided to go with him. Let's just say it's been a very big soar spot for me. Having to go back six times to correct things, was very annoying, and then to have the audacity to tell me my paint was bad from the start just did it for me. So, I can and will always say Chris runs an awesome business, his workers are tops in what they do. I will be getting a new vehicle by the end of the year and will certainly only have Chris and his team touch it. Today I needed a deep clean detail and I had them do "the works" detail on my car before and it was really clean that time. So, I decided to use them again. (I told the lady I wanted it shampooed three separate times.) My car was very dirty. I transport my golden Retrievers around alot, so it is a dirty fur bomb golden hairnado inside. So, I got there before 2pm today and they had cones set up blocking the entrance. That was strange, I thought they closed at 5pm??????? Anyway, the lady motions me to drive on in. So, I drive in and ask them if they were closing because I could come back another day. She told me "no we can take you. We close at 5 but we were going home early today because business was slow." I told her my car was really dirty and furry, she said "no problem, we'll take care of you." She also told me that since I had been there 11 times before, that I would get a discount. GREAT!! Take my money...lol. So I left my key fob in the car and went inside to pay and I also bought a bottle of water because it was going to be an hour or so for the detailing/shampooing. 20 minutes later my car rolls out and under the shade trees. Two workers started slapping towels all over my car, just rubbing and quickly drying...I thought that was odd. I was waiting to see them roll a utility cart out with detail cleaning supplies, well the utility cart never roll out. 25 minutes from the time I left my key fob in the car to "finished"...LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS and you be the judge if it was "finished"! It was not closing time, it was only 2:25pm. The dude called out my car because they were done. I was shocked and could not believe they were "done". I looked at the dirty seats, the dog hair was still in my carpets and the back window dash board, the windows were all smudged, the cup holders remained gross, and you can still see where earlier in the week where the mechanics greasy bums sat on my seats and got grime everywhere. The wheels don't even look washed. The worker was clearly mad I was criticizing this crappy work and begrudgingly went and got some kind of long hose from the back and began power blowing all over the inside of my car and then the hairnados went WILD all over the inside of my car ...LOOOOOK AT THESE PHOTOS!!! Today two individuals did a pre spray and a pre power rinse. The machine put out lots of the colorful soap or whatever. And I watched carefully, the spinning strands didn't seem as aggressive as some other washes I've been thru. The only things I would like to see is 1/2 people to dry the car real quick after the air blow (a similar wash in another city has that). But I understand, more employees, more space for a car to pull over for a minute of two, etc. Overall, Lil Bear is good. Try them.
