I came to this car wash on Tuesday a few minutes before 9:00 PM. I was vacuuming the inside of my car when, without any warning or notice that they were closing at 9:00 PM, an employee suddenly turned off all the vacuum machines. I went to him and politely explained that I had only finished half of my car and asked if he could please turn the vacuum back on for just two more minutes so I could finish. He simply said, "Sorry, we're closed," and refused to help. This was my first time visiting this car wash, and it turned into a very disappointing experience because of the rude and unprofessional employee. A little communication or courtesy would have made a big difference. I definitely expected much better customer service. read more

This place has the evening employees much more welcoming than the morning employees. And in order to receive a "free" car scent hanger which is free advertisement, you have to purchase their most expensive wash/ membership package. This screams scam, lol. Also, Vacuums lose powerful suction in the evening time. The membership is not worth it no matter which one you purchase. Quick quack car wash offers around the same membership packages to where you can bring more than one car to get washed. Superior does not offer this same detail. You have to purchase multiple wash packages if you choose to bring your other vehicle to get washed. So if you're looking for a valuable car wash membership, I'd go to Quick Quack. read more

I got my car for two days and took it for a car wash because I ended up getting bird poop on my car. And here I go taking it here because I always see it full... my car was brand stinking no, no marks no scratches nothing!!! Came out to wipe my car after the wash and notice it chipped some of my paint from my passenger side and scratched my rim ‍ I was livid, but calmly and respectfully talked to staff about making a report, as I made a report I was told I was going to hear from a manager... still have no heard from anyone and it's been two weeks!! read more

I believe this location either has new ownership or management. I received an email for a free $25 wash. Thankfully it was free. The wash left streaks in many areas. The wheel cleaner did nothing, rims remained dirty and the blow dryer was a joke. Pretty much had to hand dry the whole car. read more

I've been to this car wash anytime I was in the area. I saw they replaced brushes and some machines. Washing works very smooth. Outdoor vacuums work well. People are always nice and attentive. Brandon and Aaron are very friendly guys who work at this location, among others. I am sure many customers appreciate all you do! Also, monthly subscription prices are affordable. read more

SUPER CLEAN SUPERIOR EXPRESS WASH IN PITTSBURGH IS BY FAR THE BEST OUT OF THE 4 in this area. The customer service is great, I have never seen the trash over flowing, I have not experienced broken equipment, the vacuums actually work great! AND you actually get the pre scrub on your vehicle NICE!!! They also sell NICE microfiber towels for $1 each. You can purchase them right at the office on your way into the wash. You might have to wait for a stall to use the vacuum, when it's busy, but you'll get your turn. Did I mention the pretty lights!? They have several unlimited car wash packages you can choose from also. I wish there was one closer to where I live, maybe someday. Thank You guys! You're doing a great job & I hope that the management shows their appreciation for having great employees. read more

This car wash sucks. I paid for the most expensive wash because my car needed it and it still came out dirty. I noticed there was dirt all over the back of my car and still a whole bunch of bird poop on back window and top of my car. I went into the office and told the guy, and he said, " Well if you paid for the cheap one that's what you get. " I informed him that I in fact paid for the most expensive one, and then he offered to go look at my car. All the bird poop on top of my car he said they can't do anything about because they don't wash the back of the car, but since he agreed it was still dirty and sent me back through the wash only for it to come out the same. I guess the vacuums are decent but I wouldn't recommend this place. The car was at arco is cheaper and does a better job. Waste of $25. read more

Car wash is good enough. I bring my own towels to dry my car after because the small micro fiber towels are kind of a joke. My biggest problem is that this place is NEVER OPEN AT 7am like their website/Yelp/Google says it opens. Got here at 6:55 hoping to be in and out. As I'm writing this it's 7:15 and the one person working here is running the running a leaf blower instead of opening up the car wash to get me and the 5 cars behind me washed. I don't know if I'm mad that them because EVERY TIME I get here at 7am they are not ready to wash cars or mad at myself because I'm still surprised that they are not open even though it happens every damn time Update: 7:20, still waiting Update: 7:25, he filling up the towel bucket ... We are getting close! Update: 7:28, finallllly open read more

In the beginning, they were great. And did not charge me when they werent supposed to. Now, not so much. My complaint(s) are: 1) I pay for the month when I come in. The upgraded fancy version. And tell my why that doesn't include all the extras, like tire shine, bug remover etc? Why do the young men (a lot of times its only one young man) who are guiding you into the wash, only half ass scrub. Never scrub the tires. I have seen them out there with bottles of tire cleaner and go to only particular cars and either offer or clean peoples tires. I get that, maybe its for tips? But dont advertise the tire shine and extras as part of the package when it is not. IF you are lucky, you get someone on both sides so you get a little more scrubbing, but usually its one guy doing as little as possible. And they NEVER spray the bug remover. Why am I paying for the upgraded monthly and never get it? Should I have to get out and confront them? Nope. But the owner should pay alot more attention. 2) MY BIG COMPLAINT IS: I never gave permission for them to automatically debit my card for the month long sticker. I havent been to the wash in nearly 1.5 months, possibly longer, since the weather has changed. WHY DID I NOTICE MY CARD AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TODAY??? And looking back, I have been getting charged. Now I know I never signed anything, nor gave my permission, nor did the employees ever mention that I would be auto-charged every month. How is that ok? Is that even legal? I have called several times and no one ever answers the phone. I work nights and sleep days, so now I guess I have to go down there instead of sleeping to see if I can speak to a supervisor or manager. Its disappointing since the car wash is close, convenient, and I like the free vacuum area. And when the 2 employees give a crap about their job and pay attention to it, I get a decent wash. But dont want to pay for something I am not getting or even using. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER! I cant be the only one this is happening to!!! I WILL BE CALLING THE BANK TOMORROW AS I STILL AM UNABLE TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE THIS WEEK. read more

I used to get compliments on my car after cleaning it here. The price was reasonable for $12. My car sparkled and I appreciated the free vacuums however, today I went and now it's a "Super Clean Wash". Not only did the price go higher to $13 for a comparable wash but my car looked dull and didn't shine. They use different chemicals now. I'm so disappointed. read more

This place is the best car wash around! I paid 9.00 plus tan extra 2.00 bucks for tire care. My car came out very clean and the windows were spotless! This place provides you with clean drying towels to dry your car off at the end of the car wash and FREE self vacuuming. I am disabled and the staff accommodated me at NO extra cost and hand dried my car for me and vacuumed my car out! The staff really took good care of me! The service was "tip" worthy! I wish I had more to give the guy who vacuumed my car for me. But I gave what I had and hope for the blessings God be upon this young man! This is the best customer service I've seen in years! It reminds me of the old days when people really cared about their customers. read more

I was referred here by my husband. It's a little spot right at a corner. As soon as you drive up you pick your wash the most expensive is about $15. Then two people start watering your car and hand scrubbing it. I was very surprised it's like how car washes use to be. Then you put your car in park and go through this big wash. Then you park on the side and they let you barrow rags to dry your car free of charge. You can also vacuum for unlimited time and your not rushed like other places. They also have huge garbage can to throw everything away . I was very impressed and was very satisfied definitely will be returning. read more

Today is Monday March 2, 2020 It is around 1:30 PM I went to Superior Express Wash. My car was dirty and it needed a wash as I was searching for some place to take it. This was my first time going to Superior Express Wash and as I pull up to the drive through I stopped as I noticed the menu with different car washes to choose from. I sat there for a little while as I examined the different washes that describe what they include. As I was viewing the menu an older Hispanic man with a hat on who appeared to be in his 50's maybe approached me and told me to move as he directed me with his hand. I was a little taken about at how he spoke to me. I didn't even know who he was and he was not friendly. I told him that I was trying to choose which car wash I needed. I then proceeded towards the car wash. As I was trying to match my car up with the track into the car wash he began to yell STOP. So I stopped my car and he began to scrub my car. He then began saying something but I couldn't make out what he was saying because his English wasn't that great. He banged my passenger window a couple times with his hand. I rolled my window down and he said LOOK I TOLD YOU THREE TIMES TO PUT YOUR CAR IN NEUTRAL! He was so aggressive with me. I said I couldn't understand what you were saying. He said NEUTRAL! NEUTRAL! I said I didn't understand that you were saying neutral, I said you don't have to be aggressive with me and you don't have to be rude. I couldn't understand why he was so aggressive with me. I put my car in neutral, after he was don't scrubbing my car I proceeded into the car wash. After I came out of the car wash I parked my car in one of the stalls. I got out of my vehicle and looked for the entrance to the building. When I located the door I went inside and the was a Hispanic woman whom appeared to be in her 40's I said hello is this a family owned business? I believe she said something to the effect of the owner of the business only comes in every so often, don't quote on it I'm not certain. I expressed to her that this was my first time here and that the older guy outside with the hat on wasn't very nice to me and on top of which was really aggressive with me. She asked me what happen and I explained to her how when I was trying to select a car wash he told me to move while there was a car behind me. I also told her about how when I was entering the track into the car was he was really rude and aggressive telling me "Look I already told you three times!" I told her that I've never been here I was trying to figure things out and he shouldn't talk to people like that. And that he should be nicer being that he works in customer service. The woman I spoke with tried to make an excuse for him stating that that's the way he is he can my mistaken for aggressive. She said that she will talk to him. I feel as though she shouldn't have tried to excuse his behavior. Especially being that this is customer service and I explained how I was treated. This really made me feel bad, I walked back to my car and I noticed how dirty my car still was. The car wash didn't do a good job at washing my car. There was still dirt and bird poop on my car. I had a really bad experience here. Not only was I treated poorly but I paid $10 for a car wash that didn't even clean my car effectively when I should have went to a gas station instead. I will not come back to Superior Express Wash. I will tell my co workers, my family and friends not to come here. I don't anyone else to have a bad experience like I did. Customer service just really sucks now a days no one cares about people anymore. read more

Not a good car wash for $16 still not cleaned don't go here wasting money for this car wash not good

I came here twice about 1 hour before closing time and they were already closed for that I'm giving a bad review. Also car wash has a new name and manager rudely told me I have to pay $5 for vacuums which I had no problem doing if he didn't yell it at me. Also when I got done vacuuming I noticed my car was not "Super Clean" which is ironically the name of the place. I will be attaching photos of car not fully cleaned after entering the wash. read more

Superior Express Wash - Stains on rear right side of my car after going through the wash. My car is in the vacuum area - Car Wash Near Me - Pittsburg, California

Today I came here to get a car wash and vacuum my car, when I pulled in the vaccums are right there, so i pulled into a stall and start cleaning my car out and vacuuming. A young man walks up and is staring at me, and watching me not saying a word until I ask him if I can help him, he tells me I'm Not allowed to use the vaccums until after I wash, which to me makes no sense since I clean the inside before the outside. I told him that I don't see any signs stating that, and that once I was done cleaning the inside I will drive around and get the car wash. He told me I would have to leave if I continued without paying (which is absurd, cuz I'm clearly going to pay for a wash as I stated 3 times to him) so he brings me inside his little stand, swipes my card and gives me a receipt. So I continue to clean my car, once I pull up to go into the wash I give him my receipt, there's no code on it to open the gate for the wash. He brings another gentleman over, they start speaking in Spanish with each other. Clearly the older one is irritated. So they make me pay again, and claim to have voided my previous payment. They then start telling me in the worst attitude that I have to wash the outside before I vaccum, which okay whatever my bad, never been here before. So I let the older gentlemen know that they should post a sign or something stating that. As it's confusing when there's NOT ONE THING STATING THAT. He tells me "our website says it" So I looked at the website. And all it says is feee vaccums. Nothing about washing the car before using them. I will not be returning to this car wash. Purely due to how they spoke to me, and treated me like I was a criminal for vacuuming before I wash. read more

My family and I have been going to Superior Car Wash for quite sometime & we love coming here because it is reasonable, very convenient as you go through the drive thru to wash your car, able to vacuum fairly quickly and you're out! Well... Recently my son went to wash his car, fast forward he had realized he lost his wallet when he got home. A week passed by and the manager/owner (Didn't get his name), a gentleman drove all the way to our home in Antioch and dropped off my sons wallet. We are so grateful for the honesty and customer service of this company! Thank you again so much for taking the time to return the wallet! read more

I really love the fact that the car wash club is only $35 and unlimited! And the vacuum time is unlimited.

I like coming here. However. Similar to other reviews, the car wash does not open at 7am like advertised. I arrived at 7:05. It is now 7:16. A line of cars has formed behind me. Someone is here but they have not opened the car wash. It was trying to do this before having to start work and now I will be running late. This is not good service. read more

we came here yesterday for a typical car wash everything was fine until we got out of the car wash and noticed that the car was remarkably still dirty, as well as these weird white spots that was all over the car .. once we noticed the spots on the car & how the car still seem to be dirty we notified the employees who came over and checked the car out .. They proceeded to go grab their manager, Once the manager came over to help us he was extremely rude and very dismissive . We explained to him our concerns about the weird white spots that happened to be on the car AFTER using the car wash services and he continued to dismiss our concerns and be rude .. On top of wasting $14 for a car wash that didn't even clean the car /left marks on the car we had to spend an hour re-cleaning the car .. Not once did the manager try to accommodate us or even attempt to make us feel better about the situation.. Overall he was just rude and dismissive and then proceeded to watch us the whole time as we rewashed the car from across the street... The whole experience was just weird and very time consuming and we definitely will not be coming back. read more

To be honest Ive been living in Pittsburg for over 15 years and always wondered about this car wash. I checked it out after talking to one of the workers, Donnie. He explained what the services were and I was sold. There is no other car wash that compares unless u have ur car detailed and pay a ton of money. You can't beat $20 bucks for a car wash(which could be 500 times a month) plus cleaning the inside of your car with the best vacuum I've ever used. They have hoses on both sides. and their trash has never been full. Never have I had a bad experience and my car has never been this clean. U pay at least $10-20 just for a crappy car wash anywhere else followed by a vacuum that rarely picks up the stuff, u have to drag the nasty vacuum thru the front and back, and it shuts off when ur barely halfway done unless u feed the machine tokens. I hate that!! Thank you for providing such an awesome service...your staff has always been great too!! I know I'm not the only one who feels this way cuz this place is always packed!! read more

Was waiting for the car wash I've used for 20 years to reopen...disappointed to see it's DIY now. No thanks. I own a shop vac and a hose. Don't need to pay to use theirs. A free towel to dry with doesn't excite me either. As a long time resident of Pittsburg, I'll continue taking my business out of town. read more

I always come to this place because it's location is convenient to me. However, multiple times the owner or manager has just been rude. The car wash itself is mediocre. I went in just to Vacuum my car and paid the girl who was nice and even bought some air fresheners. I was probably there 20 min and the owner was right next to and told the girl to come up to me and tell me it's only 10 min when I just paid to only come vacuum. It would make sense if it was busy or a line but there was literally empty spaces. Definitely not goin here anymore. read more

Great business to support during these crazy covid times and get a great car wash with excellent service

The car wash itself did not clean good. Went to continue to clean my car and was rushed to do so. The workers didn't say anything to the other people doing the same exact thing. They came to me twice and told me I was taking too long. The same cars that started to clean their cars at the same time were not bothered. I chose to spend money at their business and was treated poorly ZERO STARS read more

I have two dogs and a fairly new car so a monthly car wash membership is a must for me. After recently moving and thus having to cancel my previous membership due to location, I was on the hunt for a new one. I decided to check this place out. The location is pretty small compared to other express washes but the service was prompt and friendly. Ultimately, the wash did what I wanted it to, cleaned my car and let me vacuum out the flurry of dog hair without the complications of plugging it in and dragging it to my car. I bought a monthly membership for $29 and hope every time going forward is as smooth as the first. read more

My car wash experience was pretty good! They even have clean towels to dry your car and windows off with. The vacuums actually work well.

I came in today for a car wash with a free coupon I received in the mail because I live in the neighborhood I was vacuuming my car and a worker approached me very rudely and said that I need to use the car wash first before I use the vacuums I said to him that I am planning on using the car wash the only reason I don't is because when I'm back in my my car water spots will form if I don't leave right away and go drive because their Dryers in the car wash are not working very well again the associate went on about how policy states that you need to use the wash first before the Vacuum I took a picture of the sign and post it here because it does not say that anywhere at the business and also while I was in the wash in the wash only sprayed soap on the left side of my car it did not spray on the right, overall a really bad experience I wouldn't waste your time here read more

I just left from getting a wash here and wow, I will never come back here again. For the price they charge, you would think the customer service would be impeccable. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Its a busy Sunday afternoon so there is of course a wait to vacuum after your wash-- no problem. After the three cars (white truck, black Honda, white Nissan) got the next available spots, when it was my turn, suddenly the workers (one reddish haired woman and black short haired young man) come out to tell me another car on the opposite side of the lot is next THAT WASNT EVEN IN LINE. I politely told them that is not true that i've been in line since i got out of the wash and the three cars that were before me were the aforementioned ones. The young man apologized as they still allowed this man to cut (not just me but the pile up of cars waiting) and said "free wash next time". Next vacuum spot opens, i wipe down and vacuum my car then went to the young man for the coupon, code or whatever is needed for the free wash he offered me. When i inquired he immediately says "for what?!" I looked at him confused and said "you told me 'free wash next time' after the man cut me in line" the young man then tells me to go to the reddish haired lady, she also acts as if she has no idea what im talking about and walks with me back over to the young man. They begin speaking Spanish and he looks at me and says "I dont know what you're talking about. I didnt say that." I replied "You did. I have no reason to lie." He keeps saying "I didnt say that" and the woman has her back to me the entire time. I say to them "you know, i am not a liar and im not a beggar but i will not ever come back here". As im walking away the young man is attempting to call for me to come back to continue talking but i simply kept walking to my car and left. This sort of treatment and blatant LIES to make a customer look bad is absolutely ridiculous!!! As i stated before, i will never return here for a wash. There are other places with lovely customer service to give my hard earned money to. read more

Nope. First, the machines scuffed my car. It didn't do it the first two times, so there is something wrong with the calibration. That's a big no. I had to buff it out. Second, the guy "helping me" the get into the slot for the tire so my car could be guided through was incredibly rude. I had been here a couple of times with some young guys with no issues-- turn your tires this way, come forward, your good. First, this guy (a middle aged guy) made me wait for ten minutes before he came out to do the pre-brushing (there were no cars in the wash at the time), then he had me back way up to line my car up (not necessary, it never happened before...the younger guys knew what they were doing). Then he was going back and forth on right, then left, then right (I think he got his directions confused...) then he reached in, took the steering wheel and yelled in my face "I'LL DRIVE!". I told him to NEVER reach in my car again. NEVER. NOPE--not going back. read more
