A few of the stalls had garbage, oil jug, pieces of wood & a lot of mud. I pulled into a stall & checked out the payment method. I used my debit card. The car wash has a good selection of options to wash your car/truck. They had a pretty powerful sprayer & a brush. There was no shortage of soap coming out. There's pre rinse, foam brush, rinse, wax, spot free, tire cleaner & engine degreaser. I didn't use the vacuum, however they looked newer. Not all torn up like a lot of vacuums at car washes. They have a vending machine with towels & air fresheners. I would go back. Open late night on 10th St. The attendant showed up while I was there. He smiled & just seemed appreciative. Give this place a try.. I think I paid $12.75 to wash my car & I didn't rush. Good lighting also..

My 2005 SSR hasn't had such TLC since I did the full wash and wax 2 years ago myself. After he had washing and drying the car, Antonio waxed it by hand. After wiping the haze, he even detailed the body seams with a paint brush to remove the unsightly extra wax that most shops leave . He even treated the rubber/plastic running board that most shops just overlook. The car looks fabulous!!! He told me that he only does the hand wax during the week because the "weekend crowd" typically wants a "wash a go." Will be back!

Aquí está condensado y profesional, listo para Yelp:…read more I have three vehicles enrolled in Autopia memberships, including two with DP plates. Last Sunday, Stephanie claimed my vehicle was not in the system and treated me rudely. The cashier quickly found the issue: the DP prefix had not been entered before the license plate number. When I explained this to Stephanie, she dismissed me and spoke to my passenger instead, even though I am the account holder. A week later, I reported the incident to the manager, Jesus. Initially, he showed little concern and did not investigate. Only after I spoke with a corporate representative who happened to be present did he contact Stephanie and look into the matter. This gave me the impression that employees protect one another rather than properly addressing customer complaints. I have also observed behavior from certain employees that made me concerned they may have been impaired while handling customers' vehicles. Management should take this seriously. Not everyone is unprofessional--Hector has always been respectful and helpful. I hope Mr. Burgess reviews this situation and addresses the serious customer service and accountability problems at this location.

Visit #1: There was no attendant anywhere, which I understand -- you can't staff a place 24 hours a day. But right where you drive in there was a piece of plywood with a nail sticking straight up. Anyone could have punctured a tire. Maybe that's not technically the car wash's fault, but someone in this neighborhood thought it was fine to leave it sitting right there in the entrance. Visit #2: I was vacuuming my car and had just set my glasses, pen, and notepad down on the concrete by the vacuum stand for a moment while I worked. Within seconds the attendant came up behind me and grabbed them to throw them into the garbage, which was honestly kind of shocking. I had to stop him and explain they were mine. His response was basically that I "shouldn't put things there." But I had literally just set them down next to my open car door while vacuuming -- they were clearly personal belongings, not garbage. Visit #3 (today): While I was vacuuming my freshly cleaned car, the attendant's pug jumped straight into my car with muddy paws and ran across my seats and center console. I do want to say the attendant himself was friendly and said good morning to me that day, and he seemed like a genuinely kind person. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble -- in fact he seems like someone who could be a real asset to the business. But it might be worth management simply reminding staff that dogs should not be running loose in a parking lot with moving cars or jumping into customers' vehicles. That was the final straw. I don't expect perfection, but basic awareness and common sense go a long way. A small dog shouldn't be running loose in a parking lot with moving cars, and it definitely shouldn't be jumping into customers' vehicles. Three visits, three completely avoidable problems. Unfortunately, that's enough for me. I'm sure this review won't do anything to your business, but for what it's worth there are also some basic things missing here. For example, there are no clips in the wash bays to hang floor mats, which is pretty standard at most self-serve car washes. It's actually one of the reasons I don't wash my car here and only use the vacuums, because trying to wash mats without them is frustrating. It's just another small thing that adds to the overall picture where there always seems to be some new problem or omission you'd think would be standardized by common sense -- but this is California.
