I have only been in the drive through and it seems to do a very good job. Then the second part you drive up to a spot to vacuum. It cost about $2 to vacuum all your car and all four floor mats. I rather go here then the other car wash places where people look through your car. I spent a total of $12. They have huge garbage cans to throw all your garbage. It's pretty much self serve here but I've never had any issues and you can't beat the price. Easy to drive in and get out.

After the owner gave me a one hour spiel about how good he was and what other people do wrong and what he does different, I decided to go with him. Let's just say it's been a very big soar spot for me. Having to go back six times to correct things, was very annoying, and then to have the audacity to tell me my paint was bad from the start just did it for me. So, I can and will always say Chris runs an awesome business, his workers are tops in what they do. I will be getting a new vehicle by the end of the year and will certainly only have Chris and his team touch it. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly for 4 hours cleaning every nook and cranny of our car on the interior and exterior. Rich has an amazing attention to detail and it was clear how much effort he puts into his work. Beyond the actual service, Rich is just a wonderful human. Thankfully I remembered that I get an e-receipt from Shell, so I got my code from my email and decided to come back the next day. I was on a time crunch and since you have 14 days to use your code I decided to come back later. I returned the very next morning and input my code. In doing that surprise , surprise the car wash DOES NOT WORK and sprays a bit of water then literally stops working while my car is inside it. You would think if the car wash was clearly having problems the day before there'd be a sign or something. None of that was the case. To save myself from further frustration I left. The touchless car wash option was not working since there was still leftover soap at the end of the cycle. Kaur (employee) offered a second wash (this time, free). Nima (employee) was patient enough to watch what happens during the second wash. Still leftover soap. So, received a third wash (this time, soft touch) and worked properly. All soap washed off. Three washes and patience= great customer service.
