The touchless car wash option was not working since there was still leftover soap at the end of the cycle. Kaur (employee) offered a second wash (this time, free). Nima (employee) was patient enough to watch what happens during the second wash. Still leftover soap. So, received a third wash (this time, soft touch) and worked properly. All soap washed off. This place sucks. Starbucks Frappuccino is $5.50. When I told the girl I wanted to use my rewards number she stated that it wouldn't give me a discount and just stared at me. I told her I still wanted to input my number for the points and then should started talking to her co worker in another language. Then she activated the prompt for me to input my number. Then as I'm about to pay. The price jumped up almost two bucks and a beef jerky was added to my purchase. I questioned this immediately and she played dumb and removed the jerky. While pumping my gas went inside to purchase a beverage for my morning commute. The cashier pretty much wouldn't accept my $20 note. I can understand this station probably deals with counterfeits but seriously. Get a counterfeit pen...it's really not that hard. If you're not going to accept cash, put up a sign. E85 pump specifically, is extremely slow and old. Main issue was it did not stop pumping even after the car was full, which caused me to spill some fuel. This has happened to me in the past when pumps are super slow. So keep an eye out when fueling up, this review is not about the fuel quality specifically.. It has a nice view though. read more

Quick and easy for some E85. For me it's distant from where I live but it's the only gas station where I can get some E85 (@$3.199pg). 91 octane was @$3.759pg which is the average rate in the area. This is an excellent spot for a gas station. Its mid way between Bay Point and Concord. The other good thing is that they have a nice car wash. Its not a cheap car wash but its a good car wash. It actually has those soft brushes and rim brush cleaners. A note to everyone, touchless car washes are a waste of money! So this is a good spot to get gas, get a car wash and you will have a nice drive on the freeway home to dry your car off naturally by hauling ass. read more

The go to spot for E85, to whoever I see pumping there, let's go for a cruise. I don't trust the Car Wash there, I would rather go to the Cheveron off of Buskirk in Pleasant Hill (IT'S TOUCHLESS!!!) I don't bother going to the store, I don't like eating junk food to begin with. They got a decent selection of alcoholic beverages, but it's best to go to a legitimate liquor store for that. I mean its so convenient for the far distance travelers like myself who just need to make a quick stop real quick and gas up and get back on the freeway and keep it pushing! This chevron is located off the Willow Pass exit and is in a center with a Subway and a new Taco Bell that just opened up and is currently hiring! Here's how my story went. I looked on Yelp for a touchless car wash and it led me here. So just to be sure I ask the old white lady if the wash was touch less and she said yes. So I said okay give me the ultimate wash. Then coming into the driveway of the wash, we were watching the car in front of us getting their car clean. I notice after 2 mins there was flaps! So we reversed out. I went back in and politely told them that's not the touch-less I wanted and the lady angrily yelled at me and said "you never asked me that" I said yes I did that was my first question to you. While she wanted to fight with me, her manager kindly told her to refund me, I'm sure he heard me when I asked her the first time. Anyways that white lady was rude and has deep bi polar issues. Their "satellite was down" so you couldn't buy gas with a credit or debit card. WTH? Who buys gas with cash only all the time? They had an ATM but it charges $2.50. While I'm ok with the occasional $.50 convenience fee for using a card, I am NOT ok with paying $2.50. If the owner had offered to give me the $2.50 back, then sure I would've bought gas there. I purchased gas early around 5:30 am on my way to work before the location was opened. On my way back home I stopped in to get a drink and a receipt for my gas purchase. I purchased a self fill soda but they only offer crushed ice to insure your drinks are diluted. During check out I asked the cashier if it would be possible to print my receipt from the morning. I got a very rude response of, "that's impossible you couldn't have gotten gas we don't open that early." A simple, "I'm sorry I can't pull up transactions before we open" would be aproper response. However the customers here were definitely sketchy af. Two guys parked and kept going in and out of the dumpster area, then disappeared for awhile, I think he was taking a shit in the dumpster area. If I could give these idiots negative stars I would. The locations is convenient, but the staff is rude and not helpful at all. I had purchased gas and a car wash, yet the code did not work. When I went back into the attendant, they could not give me a new code, refund my money for the wash or even direct me to some 'independent' firm that runs the car wash for the station. They were not able to remedy my situation, and I was not helped by the staff or the manager who was on duty. Unless your car is on fumes, and don't want to risk pushing your car through Bay Point, I'd say avoid this circus of a station. The sign says its a 24/7 gas station but when you show up to get gas at 2am no one is there. I waited at the bullet proof window for fifteen min for nothing. The attendant never showed up. There were about 5 other people waiting as well. Finally we gave up and left. I am disappointed with the false advertising as this gas station may of had its lights on but it in fact was not open, or should I say it was open with no one there to take my money and turn on the gas pump. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went here to put gas and a car wash tonight ... When it was our turn for the wash, the car who was in front of us "accidentally"???took it from us... We thought that when we got there , that car was almost done so we have put in the code... But That car after their wash moved forward and then reversed which doubled their wash.... We were already thinking that something was wrong... Also, I was giving the other guy the benefit of the doubt at first that maybe there was a glitch in the carwash's system... When it was our turn, the car wash did not work... My husband went to the chevron store and asked for an assistance BUT unfortunately, the staff refused to help... Instead , he accused my husband of being dishonest and stealing $9... Saying that it was my husband's responsibility to go down and knock at the other guy's car window and asked for our money back... He said, it was my husband's fault of throwing money away! My husband was surprised with this staff's attitude and told this guy that he served this country for 12 years and this guy had just accused him of cheating and stealing over a $9 car wash. This was a nightmare and not right at all!!! We walked away without a car wash and was mistreated by their staff. Got the manager's ph# and we'll see what happens. We refused to come back if this is the kind of customer service that we will get from this chevron station. Respect is a basic human right and everybody deserves that.
