The most disrespectful cashier I have ever met in my life. Unprofessional not helpful at all. Showing attitude and yelling at me. If a customer doesn't know how to use the reward savings at your old system you educate them, not yelling at them. There was nothing else wrong or the cashier is a racist individual. Used this location for a car wash and was very disappointed in the service. Would not recommend!

Today at 5am I went to this gas station because it was the closest to my location in the moment . I used the pump and paid at the pump with debit card since it's closed inside . Nothing was wrong at the moment until a few hours later at around 10pm I received notification from my bank about transaction that bounced off due to my account being empty weirdly because I had a good amount of money in my account, I go check it out and see at least 9 transactions made with my card when I hadn't used it since that 5am transaction. Pretty sure they got my info from here , since I had my physical card with me and didn't make any other transactions with it . I filed a claim , this was so disappointing and it made me feel so angry . I'll also be going into the store to talk about this, based on others reviews it isn't the first time that something similar has happened at this location. They need to start checking the machines here . read more

For anyone who reads reviews on gas stations (anyone?) I just wanted to point out that the car wash here is brand new and has a good amount of soap each time and seems like it does a good job for the money. Way better than the old one. Also, they just replaced the pin pads and what not that you touch to enter your zip code and rewards number, the buttons used to stick and not respond (super aggravating) but now it works great. Still expensive!! But hey, it's chevron. Worth a try! read more

I hope management sees this review. This review is for the employee working at 1:56 am on 9/23/18. During the late hours this gas station does not allow you indoors and I wanted to get a couple pieces of candy and an ice cream. I could clearly see in the window the snacks I was interested in. I asked for the snacks and he said they did not have them. Assuming he was joking I giggled and asked for the snacks again. He began to get very angry and I was sort of taken aback. I asked nicely if I could point out the snacks in the window and he told me no. I do think I appeared shocked at which point he physically berated myself and my friend when she tried to ask him to stop in a way that was actually scary. I swear my heart rate rose, I decided against my purchase and left. Bad experience. read more

I experienced fraudulent charges on my account around Christmas of 2018 from the Chevron station located on Willow Pass Rd in Concord, Ca. To fill up my gas tank it would normally cost $50-$60 however, I'm disputing 2 charges of more than $200 on the same day, with my bank, from this gas station. I'm writing to file a complaint and request help with this matter. read more

This places gets 3 star for being a basic gas station and gets 1 star for being discretely open 24/7. Have a 2am craving, this the only store in downtown Concord. They, also, allow you to pay at the pump via credit card and take PHH ( if you have a company vehicle). read more

Prices are too high here, compared to other Chevrons. Also, it is super small and difficult to maneuver around--even in my little 2-seater.

Wish I could do one star. I used the drive thru car wash and came out with my bumper 1/2 ripped off. I spoke to the attendant who claimed I had an after market bumper and that's why the car wash ripped it off ( it a RAV4 there's no after market parts. The "manager" Ali did nothing to help other than regurgitate that he's not responsible and even if he could his insurance would not cover the damages. DON'T GO TO THIS STATION!!! Service is awful, repairs and gas are over priced. Horrible service, horrible pricing.... trust me go across the street and save yourself some money and time. read more

This Chevron, located @ Concord Avenue and Willow Pass Road is not my first choice for fuel in Concord, but we were entertaining international visitors who were returning a rental to Enterprise on Concord Avenue. I was driving my personal car, which did not need fueling, but the rental SUV did, so we stopped at Chevron # 93192. Our guest pulled the rental to the pump and went inside to pay. I pulled up in front of the closed service bay, next to two other vehicles, and approached the door to pay for my share of the gas. The adult, male, Asian cashier yelled something thru the window as I passed, and gestured towards the pumps. I tried to explain that my car didn't need gas, but my guest's did, and I was coming in to pay. He did not realize my guest was already in line indoors, and I was told later that he had said "You park like a jerk" in heavily-accented English. You know what ? Not a big deal. I'll admit I can be a jerk sometimes. I've been called worse. But this was not one of those times. I was only trying to park my car anywhere on-site that didn't block access to the pumps. Street parking @ Galindo/ Concord Avenue & Willow Pass Road is practically forbidden. Since he already found me to be a jerk, I decided to be a jerk, and call him out on his bad attitude and poor customer service skills here on Yelp. We have 3 cars and 3 drivers at home, and numerous relatives who live in Concord. That's more than a few customers and cars that won't be fueling up at this station from now on. read more

Stay far far away from this mechanic shop. Just got charged $250 for having a computer look at my check engine light. Outrageous! The Asian man working at the mechanic shop became very rude and actually threatened me physically when I started to ask him questions. I had to call the police to leave. When I got home, I also noticed they put over 70 miles on my car and ran down my fuel tank. I will never go there again. read more
