What a garbage approach with their car wash. "Touchless" apparently means it doesn't touch the dirt. Came out after my $22 wash job and the car still had a film layer of dirt all over it. I went in and asked for a refund, the guy working the counter told me to look at the receipt, that it says "no refunds." I responded "It also says 'Car Wash.'" ‍ He offered to give me another wash. It came out the same way. What a rip off. YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOI PAY FOR HERE, and management does not stand behind their lackluster product. Get it done somewhere else. read more

Whatever you do, do NOT waste your money on the most expensive "graphite" wash, if there's any difference between it and the cheapest wash, I sure can't see it. They took me for $22 today because I was an idiot and bought the graphite wash for $20 and then the "hot soap" for an additional $2. The hot soap is a total bogus rip off, I have no idea when this "hot soap" was supposedly applied to my vehicle, no special light goes off telling you it's happening. I would have thought this wash would last longer than the others simply because it's supposedly the best one they offer but it seemed as quick as the cheapo wash and the result is basically the same. It comes down to this, if your vehicle isn't that dirty and it's only been about a week or two since the last wash, go get the cheapest wash and it'll be "decent." There is no difference between the washes other than you're paying more and getting the same thing. Maybe a little light will flash to make you think you're getting something special but you're not. But if your car has sat out in the sun or just plain sat for more than three weeks and has that type of dusty film cars get on them here in California, forget all about going to a touchless wash like this one. Touchless washes only work on cars that have light dust or dirt on them that has sat for no more than a couple weeks. After I wasted $22 on this worthless wash and saw just how horrible my car looked with the sun shining on it, I went home and got a bucket and a sponge and spend an hour doing it by hand. Broken way to often with the blame usually falling on those using the service. As a regular user, they have changed the timing on when the dryer kicks on and it caused me to almost run into a spray arm since it is still out while the dryer is operating and a final rinse is being applied. Set this back to how it was previously & you may cut down on your CONSTANT down time. The dry time is too short as it is & we loose 10 seconds waiting for the arm to move. 2 stars because it actually works relatively well & saves me time.... when it is working. The guys working there are very responsive & helpful but unfortunately have a lot of practice in dealing with a dysfunctional system. read more

Last year Chevron upgraded their drive through car was to a LaserWash system. It was great and felt like a thorough wash especially with the machine going 360 around your car. There was usually a line based on the speed of the wash and is why I believe they just finished yet another change to a Typhoon type car wash. The typhoon car was is awful. Not only did the prices increase by at least $1, the car wash time significantly decreased, and the amount of soap/wax is very minimal. The machine also didn't seem to go 360 around the car so the entire backside of the car was still dirty. We could still see the ring of dirt around where the back window wiper operates. The water pressure is also extremely strong and I was worried about damage to my brand new car's paint. Many of the lights like the "Drive Forward" indicator and the lights indicating what phase of the wash you are currently on don't work. We were enjoying the great albeit short-lived LaserWash system and will no longer return for the Typhoon system. read more

I drive an electric car but when I'm in a pinch for getting the car washed I come here. This time, an elderly lady wanted to get her car washed but she must have been overwhelmed with all the steps so she called for help. One of the attendants w a beard stepped out and guided her through the entire process. She got her car into the car wash but clearly didn't know where to stop and how to get back into the correct spot. The attendant went inside the car wash ( he knew she was going to have a difficult time ) he stayed close and finally she got into the right spot. the car wash is constatnly broken, but they don't tell you so you pay to wash and don't get a good wash or dry. I have told them inside often and they say yeah, we know we need to fix that. waiting on parts. then why not post a sign outside letting us know it's not fully operational? the dryer has been out for a long time so my car is still soaking afterwards and gets water spots all over. and today the entire right side of my car did not even get wet. just cancelled my subscription. read more

There isn't usually a long wait for the car wash. It's pretty quick but it gets the crud off. The dryer can be hit or miss but overall it's decent. I did the membership where you get 6 washes for $19 so for a 2 car household going 3 times a month it works out to $3+ a wash. read more

I haven't been to this car wash in a while as one opened near my home. I selected the least expensive option which cost more than the newer place. I guess I failed to read that this was merely a light rinse with the slightest kiss of soap. After less than 2 minutes, tops, inside the wash; it was telling me to move forward. I was so confused as to why I would need to move after one pass of water - did I need to reposition the car? Nope, that was the "wash". Exactly 22-seconds of drying time completed the service. Chevron can't be serious. Glad I have a better choice closer to home to now go get an actual car wash. read more

Do not take your car here to get a car wash I paid for the medium priced car wash which was $15 and it didn't even wash half the car. My back window looks like it wasn't even touched by water at all. The half of the car didn't even get touched by any cleaning products if you want your car clean do not go here. Also, I contacted the service station. They were not able to refund me. They were not able to let me go to the car wash again. They did not wanna give me a manager name. This review is for the car wash. This car wash used to be my favorite in the area, but they updated the machine to the "typhoon." The pressure was stronger, but the rain these last few weeks definitely cleaned my car better. We went earlier in the day & the whole trunk was completely unwashed. Thought maybe the car was extra dirty that it couldn't get anything off. I could use a wash on another car and went again this afternoon. The whole wash lasted maybe a minute and felt like it was just the pre- spray on the old machine. My windshield is still dirty. Not sure if the machines broken or if it's just the new machine, but not worth the $30 I lost to get a terrible spray down. read more

Despite purchasing the highest price wash at $17, and the car wash having very strong water jets. It's still did not clean my windshield very well. I think this may be because the car wash completes very quickly so the strong, powerful jets, do not have enough time to properly clean. read more

This Car wash USED to be the best around. New owners are horrible with customer service as well as consistent bad attitude. Im talking ownership not employees that work there. Blame the bad washes on the customers and are constantly working on the car wash at all odd hours of the day also disturbing families in the apartments behind. I've kindly asked if they could do it at a later hour to not disturb my children sleeping. He told me no and that it's my problem. So here we all are up at 645 on a Sunday morn listening to drilling. Usually the experience here is fine, but the behavior from the employee working there tonight (1/26 at 10:50 PM - just incase his manager sees this) Me and my boyfriend went there to fill up gas and get a car wash, we got the receipt that was supposed to have the car wash code from the gas pump, but the part where the car wash code was supposed to be was ripped off when we took the receipt. So my boyfriend went up to ask the employee if he can print out another receipt but the doors were locked, so he asked him through the door. The employee responded very rude and aggressive and shouted at my boyfriend "No, get out of here, I don't care come back tomorrow" and walked away with this smug walk then came back to shut the gate to the front door, mind you, this gas station closed at 12AM, this was at 10:50PM read more

This car wash is now pretty much a scam. I've been using this touch-less car wash for years and always picked the middle option with that sweet smelling foam and medium wash time. I've recently done this middle option wash and it was oddly too quick and there was no smelling foam. I thought it might have been a fluke. However, a month later, I did the middle car wash again and same thing happened. Now the middle option is indistinguishable from the cheapest but still costs $2 more. The quality of the wash has gone down too. I won't be coming back anymore. read more

I've been looking for a carwash that didn't have the spinning brushes that can damage a car's paint. Well, this is it! This carwash uses high water pressure and a variety of cleaning/shining rinses to clean the car without damaging the paint. I opted for the premium wash and am very pleased with how clean it leaves my car. It takes less than 5 minutes and it is very convenient. The membership includes 6 washes per month, which is more than enough for my one car. If you have multiple cars, the membership is a great idea. read more

Do not waste your time coming to this gas station, the pump will always start charging you before the gas is actually flowing and when you stop the gas, it will jump up by itself to a different number charging you more than you actually pumped, this has happened multiple times at this gas station, and this gas station has been known to have issues. Be advised. read more

Horrible!! The car wash has become a straight up scam. I've gone to this car wash quite a few times over the last few years, as recommended by my brother who's been going for several more years than me. It's always been an okay experience since my car was clean, but I did have to dry my car myself because the blower isn't great. Also the line was sometimes really long and slow, but overall I liked this car wash option since my car got clean and I didn't have to interact with anyone. But now it's a joke. I wish I saw the last few reviews on here first. I had marks on my car just like they did, that I cleaned by hand afterwards. I always get the mid level service called "shine and protect" which typically lasts a few mins and cycles through a prewash and at least a couple soaps, including a colorful one, and rinses. This time the cycle was very short and no color soap, which I saw was called "triple foam" on the description and I google too to be certain and saw photos of the soap that I remember used in the past. So yeah.... didn't get that service at all. Another couple came out of the machine after me and looked super confused when they went to dry their vehicle. I noticed their car was dirty too and they tried the complain, but the owner didn't knowledge it so they left. I asked him why I didn't get color soap and he tried to tell me that was only for the top level option and that triple foam is not colored soap, but I know for a fact that's not true bc I always get the mid level and it's included, not to mention it's on the sign. It's also the fact that "triple foam" is in colorful lettering on the sign for me lollll but he just kept denying like I'm crazy and said he was watching the car wash camera so everything was fine. Clearly it's not fine if you're skipping out on services and people probably don't notice right away or don't want to complain. Just change your sign then to be accurate....... $15 for a little water and a tiny layer of soap is craaazzzzy. I went in with my own towel and the squeegee there to fix it up myself after. Basically the car wash sucks and the owner isn't good either. He either doesn't know what he's talking about or he's pretending.
