Went there today for a car wash. The gas station is completely closed someone inside and they won't let anyone in when I head to the car wash which was a terrible idea because this car wash is not even washed. I came here curious about the car wash, then I went in asking the guy at the counter about it and was really blown away by this man Daniel who spent a good 5 -10 minutes discussing all the details and options, recommending the least expensive option to try it out. When it was all done I came back in with a brief question and he walked out to look at my car and give some further suggestions and practical car care advice. Horrible!! The car wash has become a straight up scam. I've gone to this car wash quite a few times over the last few years, as recommended by my brother who's been going for several more years than me. It's always been an okay experience since my car was clean, but I did have to dry my car myself because the blower isn't great. Also the line was sometimes really long and slow, but overall I liked this car wash option since my car got clean and I didn't have to interact with anyone. But now it's a joke. I wish I saw the last few reviews on here first. I had marks on my car just like they did, that I cleaned by hand afterwards. I always get the mid level service called "shine and protect" which typically lasts a few mins and cycles through a prewash and at least a couple soaps, including a colorful one, and rinses. This time the cycle was very short and no color soap, which I saw was called "triple foam" on the description and I google too to be certain and saw photos of the soap that I remember used in the past. So yeah.... didn't get that service at all. Another couple came out of the machine after me and looked super confused when they went to dry their vehicle. I noticed their car was dirty too and they tried the complain, but the owner didn't knowledge it so they left. I asked him why I didn't get color soap and he tried to tell me that was only for the top level option and that triple foam is not colored soap, but I know for a fact that's not true bc I always get the mid level and it's included, not to mention it's on the sign. It's also the fact that "triple foam" is in colorful lettering on the sign for me lollll but he just kept denying like I'm crazy and said he was watching the car wash camera so everything was fine. Clearly it's not fine if you're skipping out on services and people probably don't notice right away or don't want to complain. Just change your sign then to be accurate....... $15 for a little water and a tiny layer of soap is craaazzzzy. I went in with my own towel and the squeegee there to fix it up myself after. Basically the car wash sucks and the owner isn't good either. He either doesn't know what he's talking about or he's pretending. I had the best experience at this gas station today. I was going in for a car wash and Daniel the person at the front counter, gave me a complimentary rag to finish cleaning my car. I really appreciated this gesture because I had thought about getting a rag to wipe something off my car, so I was extremely delighted when Daniel gave me one! It almost felt as if he predicted that I would need a rag! It was great service! I have been coming to this car wash since 2017 and it always delivers great results! Tried the Typhoon Car Wash. The water pressure was stronger than expected and the wash came out great. The car wash easily handled our large SUV and did several rounds of thorough soaping. Will def run our vehicle thru again. Convenience store is also very nice, clean and organized! read more

Do not waste your time coming to this gas station, the pump will always start charging you before the gas is actually flowing and when you stop the gas, it will jump up by itself to a different number charging you more than you actually pumped, this has happened multiple times at this gas station, and this gas station has been known to have issues. I always use chevron. I am glad and surprised this is the nearest laserwash I've found. BTW- It's great to prewash your vehicle before the Carwash and to slightly dry it after for BEST RESULTS. For me... pre hand wash is 5 mins (use windshield squeegee while gassing up), Car wash is about 15 mins (tops) and after hand drying is about 5 minutes (clean mirrors and windows). read more

This is for the car wash. I don't know why they upgraded because the old version was fine. I recently paid $17 for the ceramic wash with the new version and it was basically useless. The wash was super quick and did not clean the car as well. The prompting lights to move forward, and the dryer countdown did not work. I went to say something about it and all the guy would tell me is there is a note by the car wash that the dryer is not working. If it was there it was a very small note. I didn't have time to argue with him so I just simply won't be back. I can pay just a little more at a place on Monument where they will hand dry and vacuum! read more

Use to be a great gas station until new owners/management. What happened to Daniel???!!! He was fabulous!! Last few weeks the pumps are not operating right. The call button doesn't work and when I go inside to ask for help, the old woman argues with you. Then the husband slowly asks what's happened and I tell him the pump isn't working, he says it is, I say no it's not. I walk out thinking he's following me but he's not. I go back in and ask him if he's going to help me. He meanders out, goes to the pump and it's not working. Husband and wife very difficult to understand and so hysterically grumpy, it's like watching a comedy reality show - HEY, that's a thought!! Go somewhere else unless you need a good laugh. It's only fair.... I've been harsh about this place. The new ownership appeared to have made things worse. However, over time things have gotten better and better. They recently have spent a lot of money on the property and installed an updated version of the Touch Less car wash machine. It's now the best in the area and from what little interaction I've had with the staff... they are good. So I'm glad to say my once favorite touchless car wash place is back. I use this location for my Amazon Pickups. Only used it like 10 times so far, but EVERY time I go in the store stinks of body oder. Thought it might just be a bad day, but every time I go in I get a mouthful of stink as soon as I walk in the door. Almost hold my breath as I retrieve my package. I went inside they told me to try and put the code again and I did and then it failed and said error try other code. This Chevron is convenient being that it is across the road. However I have noticed a few things. They don't take coupons, which means they are independent. That means they make their own prices, I'm sure you have all seen by now that anything you buy in here will be $2-$3 mark up in comparison to other chevrons. It is very disappointing to see this one sells 5 cans of tobacco for $54 and the other chevron sells the same the 5 cans for $32-$35.
