Daniel is awesome. Always has a great smile on his face and a kind word. Excellent customer service through and through. Chevron tends to be a bit more or the pricey side when it comes to fuel but I'm willing to pay more for great service. Always clean. Always have the amenities like paper towels and washer tool for the windshield. Thanks Daniel ! read more

The short older lady working tonight was super grouchy. She didn't offer me a bag before ringing me up. I didn't have cash on me so I had to carry the bundle of stuff I got and nearly dropped everything. Icing on the cake, it's my birthday and she didn't say "Happy Birthday" after checking my I.D. for my cigarette purchase. If you're hitting the mini mart or plan to do any interacting with the employees, I highly recommend going to a different nearby station. read more

My first time here and Daniel was the BEST! I'll come here every time just to visit him and his sense of humor. He puts a smile and everyone's face and is genuine. He even reminded me to use my card number and I saved 20cents/gallon! read more

Zero stars for Daisha. Came for a quick wash. Employee Daishsa was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE.after waiting on line for a while. She appeared annoyed as i had interrupted her FaceTime i expressed to her that had been waiting and would like to be more important than her personal call. I asked her name to be specific about whom I would be referring to in my customer experience, she refused to give me her name while covering her name badge with her hair. and after I saw a small bit of it she said that th badge belongs to someone else?? Hmmm. I attempted to fuel my vehicle using my card at the pump. It was somehow denied using multiple cards. I returned inside where I delt with Victoria. She was helpful. My card cleared with no issues. I feel that Daisha was declining my card manually.while dealing with Victoria, Daishia again interjected herself into my conversation in a rude manner. I again asked if she would give me her name, she refused again and told me to "GET THE FUCK OUT " and wrote this on the reverse of my reciept. Horrible read more

This is one of my favorite gas stations in all of Contra Costa County! Ireally like this Chevron because it's got the best car wash in town. This location offers a touchless carwash meaning, it's got no flaps that slap your car and scratch it up. I've been coming to this car wash for years and I plan to keep coming. There's a really friendly staff here and the management is great. I hope you come check out this car wash I highly suggest the Chevron location to anybody who wants a nice car wash or friendly staff and management. read more

These bathrooms are super clean and smell awesome. It has a newer hepa filter hand dryer. Each bathroom is pretty spacious. I come in here multiple times a day passing by during work. I always grab a drink or two and they are constantly keeping the area clean. Once I thought about it. This place is actually the cleanest gas station I can think of in the area. Also good selection of snacks and drinks and the employees are personable and great. read more

I just stopped by craving their pizza. I sure wish they would have one with Italian sausage. They didn't have any :( Service still great as usual, always greeted with a smile by Daniel. read more

They've got what I need. Plenty of Gas stations in the Walnut Creek area but ones with a carwash are few and far between. This place has a decent store, a carwash and vacuums. You have to plan the carwash! I went by last sunday and there was like 6 cars in line. Hit it early morning during the week = no worries! read more

Love the touchless car wash. Only if it was WORKING! I've been by now 5 times in a row and each time, the car wash was out of order. 5 times over a three week period. Great machine and does a good job only if they kept it OPEN. read more

Daniel is a gem! Greets you with a smile and the best deposition, even early in the morning. The car wash machine gave out on me right when I'm next in line. Daniel quickly came to the rescue and helped reset the machine with a smile. Give this man a raise! read more

I come to this location periodically and stopped in today to grab a Lotto Ticket and some Iced Teas. I was impressed to see how nice the restrooms were compared to a few years ago -- new ownership is in charge. Thus, bathrooms were updated and had a fresh scent. There are also Amazon lockers in here now, and the current manager, Daniel, is a gem! He has very strong customer service skills, a funny sense of humor and engaging -- he is a tremendous asset to this specific Chevron! read more

So, I have never reviewed gas station before :-) but I have to give a shout out to this one. I lived next door to for years, so I always went there. It was okay. The car wash was good. But often they would put a large hold on debit card payments for the gas. Anyway, I went there recently and oh my God! apparently under New Management, this place is amazing! No, seriously... It is. The car wash is better than it's ever been and it was pretty good before. The inside store has more options and they're fresher. And the bathroom...! It looks one in a fancy restaurant! It smells divine and is clean as my own open (and I am borderline OCD!). And the manager and staff were super nice and helpful!!! read more

The cashier Daniel is so sweet! If you swing by in the morning, his energy gives you life! The customer service is wonderful and I appreciate how they ask if you have a rewards account to save you some coins! read more

Daniela is a great, friendly associate. Every time I enter the gas station she has a pleasant smile and willing to assist. Thank you for always being positive. read more

Daniel was super helpful and very energetic!! We are from out of town and he made my son and my experience a great one! He showed me how to work the fancy coffee machine which made great coffee! He is definitely the reason this will be my gas stop every time I am in town!! Thank you Daniel we need more people like you with amazing customer service skills!! read more

This Chevron is located down the road from the Mobil station, but it is at least three times bigger. The convenience store is also quite large and they stock most anything that you may need for a pick me up. I have stopped by here on occasion for gas and each time it's been empty, which makes it very easy to pull up to a pump. Since it's near the freeway on ramp/off ramp, the price per gallon is more than at the Mobil station a bit further or at another Chevron location a few miles away. Once, when I was stranded in my rental car and my phone battery had run out, the gas station attendant let me use his cell phone to call for assistance! This station is a bit noisy, probably due to the freeway traffic. It can also be drafty since it's an expansive open area. read more

Award winner for the worst car wash in the East Bay. Unless you have a car that has literally come off the assembly line and still has the first coat of paint and wax its ever had it will not get clean. I took my black truck down here one day and when I got out of my truck after the wash.....It was not clean at all! I ran my finger across the surface and dust, yes dust was still on my car. My truck wasn't coated in mud. It had a slight layer of dust and the car wash couldn't even get it off. When I went in to complain, the girl behind the counter just stared at me. I asked her if there was even soap in the machine. She just stared at me. This location is the reason why I will never use a touchless car wash again. Not to mention that I get begged for money at this spot. Once by the same guy twice on the same trip. I had to say "Dude, you already asked me for money 5 minutes ago. I'm still not giving anything to you." He claimed to have gotten robbed. Well, if you cant remember an 8th month pregnant woman telling you Hell No, you have a bigger problem going on than being robbed. Just avoid. read more

Chevron - Gas Stations Near Me - Pleasant Hill, California

This review is for the car wash. The gas is too expensive. I have been enjoying this car wash for years. There are times when it goes down & occasions when it doesn't do the best job. I have always gotten the basic wash because I paid for special coating for my RAV 4. Last week it went down & my dusty car got mud streaked going through after it stopped working on the car before me. I saw a woman standing there, was not sure if she was the owner of the care stuck in the wash. It did not move for a long time. I could not back out because cars behind me. I later learned it was Amelia, an employee. I think she should have directed the cars to back out instead of my having to go through the barely drippy wash. Amelia turned it around for me when she voluntarily handed me a receipt for the $16 when I had paid $10 for the basic. It was not fixed for a few days but today I had my bonus wash & am a happy camper. read more

$7 to have my car hosed down in their so-called car wash. Granted, it was filthy and covered with bird poop. But this wash didn't even get all of the regular dirt off. It makes me wonder if I went to the right location (it is next to the Best Buy) as the other reviewers. First, you have to go inside to pay for the car wash because people have been stealing money from the machine. Next, you have to drive into the wash and align your front left tire with a scary looking platform of pipes that is exactly the width of a tire. I'm not the best at parking and it took me a few tries to get it working right. My alignment, rims, and tires were probably taking a beating there. The panel on the left will tell you to stop, then your car gets hosed down in soapy water for about 1 minute. Next, your car gets hosed down with plain water twice. That's it. No beater brushes, no mops, nothin to make sure the crusty dirt gets removed. Then, you drive slowly through the blow dryer. My car was still wet even after driving through there. I pulled into the Best Buy parking lot afterward to inspect. Fortunately, I had some towels in my trunk. The top of my car still had grimy water sitting on it. Many bird poop spots and baked on tree sap remained. Now, I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I didn't actually expect those things to be removed. Also, the guys working at this Chevron were courteous. Thank goodness I didn't go for the "sealant wax" as they recommended otherwise the poop, tree sap, and grime would have been sealed in!! I went home and scrubbed the remaining bits off my car. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. If your car is filthy, don't expect this car wash to work even halfway decently. read more

This is next to where I am most of the time & pretty much the only touchless carwash (at least that I know of-in the Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek area). Their gas prices are moderate and expected but... OMG! this new laserwash-whatever-thing is SUPER EXPENSIVE! (Picture attached) WTF?! 11bucks?! & I didn't even get that tricolor sudsing w/chemical smell that leaks through your vents if you forget to turn the AC off! FYI: Pressing number 3 is actually the ULTIMATE Wash which is ultimately super expensive & NOT the cheaper of the 3-Serves me right for not looking and assuming...but, at least ya'll get a good laugh if you've read this far... =/ The associates are friendly whenever I've stopped into the minimart for chocolate milk & scratchers...(Yup, I said it...I shop like a crackhead...I bet you can picture it too huh? Me...scratching my 3$ scratcher & getting all bummed out when the most I ever win is another scratcher ticket & then realizing I don't have to be so bummed out because I get to drink my chocolate milk.=P The station and minimart are very well lit & always clean. I've even used the restroom on occasion & it's not too shabby, at least for a gas station restroom ;) read more

We stop at this chevron gas station this morning, had to go to the restroom wasn't sure if it would be available due to covid. Let me tell you Daniel and Bruce was very pleasant!! and said yes to my husband it was available to use, just opened the restrooms back up it was Very Very Clean. We got snacks before leaving but overall great experience especially these days. If you need gas, snacks, lotto or bathroom go to Chevron in pleasant hill at 3210 Buskirk Ave. read more

Read mixed reviews but it seems like they've taken all the complaints seriously and fixed a lot. Neat, organized and clean. Decent selection, and great staff. Didn't catch a name but two older gentleman running the counter rang me up and we had a good conversation. Came for the carwash off recommendations, coming back for the service and wash. A lot of the one stars seem a bit harsh, don't let them scare you away it's worth trying out. read more

was helped by daniel and hes an amazing employee really helped me out, answered all my questions and gave great advice

This is only a review for the carwash. This chevron features the laserwash brushless carwash. The advantage being there arent any brushes that can scratch your car's finish. However the major disadvantage is its limited ability to remove dirt from your car. Dont waste you money on the Ultimate wash. It wasnt able to remove a lot of the dirt on my car's finish. I can see this place being good for an in between dusting, but nothing more than that. So stick with the $7 regular wash. See photo I've posted. read more

I have only been to this Chevron a handful of times and have always received great service, but the service I received this morning from the manager Daniel was exceptionally amazing. I did not have enough on my card to cover what I needed so I requested to put an item back, and rather than letting me just do that and leave, Daniel proceeded to help me find basically the same item within my budget, which truly made my morning. This man is a great employee/manager and deserves to be recognized for it. Thank you so much for your help Daniel ! -Jacob S. read more

I paid for car wash, wax and dry at the pump. I went through the car wash, but dryer was not working and left the wash area with a completely wet car and water marks. I went inside and complained to cashier and he said here's a towel go dry it yourself. I said you are advertising carwash and dry and it is what I paid for and he says no this is a carwash not responsible for drying teh car. This gas station is terrible, dirty and a rippoff. read more

Daniel is always friendly & outgoing! His boisterous personality brings a smile to my face! Great customer service!

I'm sorry to leave this review, I really don't like doing it but I feel compelled to do so. After waiting in line over 30 minutes, I pulled in for my car wash. The photos I submitted show the aftermath. None of the bugs came off the front of my car. What a joke. Don't waste your money here. read more

Chevron - After the car wash. Not a great job. - Gas Stations Near Me - Pleasant Hill, California

This is the Chevron closest to Best Buy and the NB 680 Freeway entrance isn't far from here. It's across from the "new" location of Back 40 Texas BBQ. I love the car wash at this location. It does a good job and you can get a discount on your wash after you fill up. The food mart is pretty big. Most Chevrons have a good food mart. I feel like a lot of Shell stations just have the small employee-only style stands. This Chevron is clean and well-stocked. i don't find the employees especially friendly. To be honest, several times I've gone in I can remember them saying nothing to me at all - even at the register! The Chevron on Treat + Oak Grove has the best employees. This one has the quietest. Aside from that, it's a good station. read more

All the screens on the stations are broken, so it's hard to see what they are asking you when you pay with a card. Also later in the day, the window washing station literally looks like someone took a dump in it! When's the last time they changed the damn water and soap? I'd rather drive with a dirty window then wipe some sh** water on it! read more

I wouldn't normally bother rating a gas station but this Chevron has the nicest/cleanest gas station bathroom I've ever seen. You always dread having to use a gas station bathroom, but I was pleasantly surprised when I went into this one. Not only clean/nice for a gas station, but actually clean and nice. Daniel (employee) was hard at work continuing to upgrade and even added hooks for purses or jackets after hearing customers' suggestions. As a frequent customer of this Chevron I appreciate the effort put in here by the owner and his staff. read more

If i can give a negative rating, i would! Ive been to other chevron touchless n never been treated like this. The rep at the counter HAIDY he's so bad! Like i complained that the blower shud be at least a minute but at 38secs it stopped. So i went to tell him n all he could say was "I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!" Is that how u treat ur customers???? LIKE U NEED TO HAVE A GOOD TRAINING FOR A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I asked for a manager? He said "No!" N so rude and completely ignored me n went on the next customer! I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS GAS STATION! read more

CARWASH.. garbage! This has never happened to me here before...I absolutely do not expect my car to be completely dry but to have suds all over it when I drive away is ridiculous!!!! I didn't take pics of the rear, but there was a ton more. The manager and cashier were super accommodating and very customer service oriented, so they get 5 stars ... I will not be back here for a touchless wash. read more

Daniel was very helpful and welcoming. When I receive amazing service, I let it be known.

Today I went to this chevron to make a payment to a power company using the Kiosk in the Chevron store. I was on the phone with the company and the person was directing me how to make the payment. Daniel overhead the conversation and asked whether I was paying a power company. He informed me it was likely a scam and that many other people had been scammed. The kiosk was a Bitcoin kiosk and power companies don't accept payment on Bitcoin. His intervention saved me $624! I really appreciated his help. Great job. read more
