The pump stopped working and did not give me any gas at all so I calmly went back inside and explained the situation I took a picture of the pump and everything and the first guy told me that he didn't know and that $10 wasn't that big of a deal and at least it wasn't $100 and that he didn't know what to do to help me and that I needed to go search the store and find the other guy to help me with the gift card because he didn't know what to do. They both could barely speak English and could not come up with a solution. I said well this is going to be a real problem then because I paid for it and I have my receipt. He just kept repeating that his machine said zero which I didn't know what that meant considering the transaction went through. They both were unhelpful and when I initially went to go find the other coworker he walked away from me as I was talking to him they are both extremely dismissive and downright rude. They pretty much refused to help me and I couldn't even figure out what they were telling me the whole time. I asked them if the money went back on the card and they were very unclear about it so I pretty much just spent money for no reason and yes it's $10 but that's still gas money at the end of the day especially considering how expensive it is. This is unacceptable the behavior was absolutely uncalled for. They should be fired. I would be embarrassed to have them as my employees. Oh and not to mention a couple months back I walked in because they were still open even though they had just gotten broken into and by the time I realized it was about to walk out of the store the owner or whoever it was rudely looked at me and said obviously we're not fucking open right now. To which I responded you don't have to be so rude I just realized it as you were about to make that rude comment.

I drove to the gas station I handed $100 bill to the attendant (a young Indian man) and he said "$50" and I turn I looked at him. I said, "no $100", and he held up a $50 bill and he look like a deer in headlights. I thought well maybe I had a $50 bill in my purse as well as the $100., and I pump my gas and I got in my car I took off, and I looked through my purse. Nope no $100 bill in there no other money no change from a previous experience if I had one which I didn't! be aware! of these guys! Crooks! I'm going to be making a police report as well. Even compare compared to some of the cheaper gas stations. Normally they don't open till 6 AM. The guy was telling me that a lot of times he opens up at 5 AM at this location. Honestly, I think they should do that at all of their locations. Especially ones near high traffic areas.

Its typically 20-30 cents cheaper (or more) than the national brands and usually is the cheapest in a any given location. They are setup to be super efficient with long hoses so even if you driving an SUV and get on the wrong side you can pull it over. Plus they have a middle lane allowing you to hop ahead. To make it more foolproof, there is now a system of lights to tell you if a spot is open so you can jump around a car that is still filling. Its always credit only and 89/91 octane no middle stuff. This particular Costco Gas had plenty of pumps and despite it being a weekend and packs it moved along nicely. It also help that they attendants are quite nice and assist those who may be a bit confused etc.
