The moment I rolled down my window, I was greeted with a smileless welcome from a grumpy old lady I've never seen before, irating that I buy their $300 detailing package. I declined, which she was tangibly upset by. Instead, I asked to buy a one month membership, with the stipulation that it be cancelled right away, as I do not want the membership renewing on its own. The old lady immediately rejected. I asked how then would I cancel it. There was no response on how, implying that I was not free to cancel it. I explained to the old lady that another worker had already allowed this stipulation before, and to go check for herself. The old lady comes back to tell me that they do in fact sell a 30 day package, but it just was not on the paper with all the deals. So I asked the old lady which type of carwash that would be. She said she was not sure, but "it should be one of the carwashes," as she vaguely hovers her finger with no further explanation. I had to figure out myself that it was in fact just the regular monthly package they have, minus the automatic renewal-- my exact stipulation. The entire time, the old lady displayed an angry, unpleasant attitude with a big ego-- like you are required to buy and pay for their services. The old lady did not apologize and maintained a steady crescendo of said unacceptable attitude the whole time. I hesitantly renewed anyways, as I found the cleaners themselves have always done a decent job in the past. But after that unglorious customer service interaction, I intend to take my money somewhere else next time-- where customers are actually appreciated.

Completely unprofessional. I've been a repeat customer and have referred my husband, my dad, and friends here but after my last two visits, I'm done. Both recent times, the service wasn't completed to satisfaction. One visit, my back seat carpets weren't vacuumed, crumbs left everywhere. Both times, only the driver-side tires were dressed. For $50, I expect the full service listed on your menu not half a job. When I came back to redeem the promised wash, they refused to honor it. If that was the case, say that on the phone. I had explained over the phone that this was a free wash and I was still having issues. I was told on the phone to mention it and they would take care of it when I returned. Instead don't waste my time and gas just to turn me away once I'm in person. Yes, I asked for two free washes because both times the service was not done correctly. That's not unreasonable, that's holding you accountable. I also paid for at least 3 washes prior to this when the service WAS DONE correctly. Being talked to like I'm the problem when your team didn't deliver is unacceptable. No wonder the rating is so low. Do better. Treat customers with respect and actually complete the service you're charging for. I will be contacting my bank for the last wash I did pay for.

Visit #1: There was no attendant anywhere, which I understand -- you can't staff a place 24 hours a day. But right where you drive in there was a piece of plywood with a nail sticking straight up. Anyone could have punctured a tire. Maybe that's not technically the car wash's fault, but someone in this neighborhood thought it was fine to leave it sitting right there in the entrance. Visit #2: I was vacuuming my car and had just set my glasses, pen, and notepad down on the concrete by the vacuum stand for a moment while I worked. Within seconds the attendant came up behind me and grabbed them to throw them into the garbage, which was honestly kind of shocking. I had to stop him and explain they were mine. His response was basically that I "shouldn't put things there." But I had literally just set them down next to my open car door while vacuuming -- they were clearly personal belongings, not garbage. Visit #3 (today): While I was vacuuming my freshly cleaned car, the attendant's pug jumped straight into my car with muddy paws and ran across my seats and center console. I do want to say the attendant himself was friendly and said good morning to me that day, and he seemed like a genuinely kind person. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble -- in fact he seems like someone who could be a real asset to the business. But it might be worth management simply reminding staff that dogs should not be running loose in a parking lot with moving cars or jumping into customers' vehicles. That was the final straw. I don't expect perfection, but basic awareness and common sense go a long way. A small dog shouldn't be running loose in a parking lot with moving cars, and it definitely shouldn't be jumping into customers' vehicles. Three visits, three completely avoidable problems. Unfortunately, that's enough for me. I'm sure this review won't do anything to your business, but for what it's worth there are also some basic things missing here. For example, there are no clips in the wash bays to hang floor mats, which is pretty standard at most self-serve car washes. It's actually one of the reasons I don't wash my car here and only use the vacuums, because trying to wash mats without them is frustrating. It's just another small thing that adds to the overall picture where there always seems to be some new problem or omission you'd think would be standardized by common sense -- but this is California.

I'd messed up the headlights and I was surprised at how much better they look and how very reasonable the cost was. There were also color corrections all over the car that came out better than I thought they could. Regular washes are about 2x the cost drive-through (like at gas stations) was but are 4x good!!!! They also have a frequent customer card that can be punched for each wash. -- More work to be done on my GTI. So, stay tuned for an update!
