I went to him and politely explained that I had only finished half of my car and asked if he could please turn the vacuum back on for just two more minutes so I could finish. He simply said, "Sorry, we're closed," and refused to help. This was my first time visiting this car wash, and it turned into a very disappointing experience because of the rude and unprofessional employee. A little communication or courtesy would have made a big difference. I definitely expected much better customer service.

Our car has been sitting on the side of our house since Covid started- so about 5-6months of accumulated dirt and ash plus a million crumbs and spills from when the little kids were in the car. I wish I would've taken before and after pictures because they made our old dirty car look brand new!! I am so impressed! Their pricing is competitive and their service is even better! The car wash has a good selection of options to wash your car/truck. They had a pretty powerful sprayer & a brush. There was no shortage of soap coming out. There's pre rinse, foam brush, rinse, wax, spot free, tire cleaner & engine degreaser. I didn't use the vacuum, however they looked newer. Not all torn up like a lot of vacuums at car washes. They have a vending machine with towels & air fresheners. I would go back. Open late night on 10th St. The attendant showed up while I was there. He smiled & just seemed appreciative. Because it looked and felt just like a Loop, I figured it was part of the same network and tried to use my Loop drink subscription. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I asked the employees inside, and while they weren't sure what was going on, they were very kind and tried to help by having me enter my phone number. Still no luck, which was a little disappointing since I made the stop assuming I could use it. Aside from the confusion, the store itself was clean, organized, and had a decent selection of snacks and drinks. The only other downside was the gas prices, which were pretty high compared to other nearby stations (ARCO) that are also conveniently located right off the highway. Overall, it's not a bad stop, especially if cleanliness and friendly staff matter to you, but I'd recommend they update their name and info on Apple Maps so others aren't misled like I was. And if they're going to mirror Loop locations so closely, it would be helpful to clarify whether or not they're affiliated.
