I'm on the road often and regularly stop at Loop Neighborhood Market locations because they're usually clean, convenient, and I use their drink subscription to grab something quick while filling up. I mapped to this location thinking it was a Loop, but when I pulled in, the signage said Poppy. The outside and inside looked identical to other Loop stores I've been to, with the same bright layout, the usual car wash, and even the exact same promotions on drinks and snacks. Because it looked and felt just like a Loop, I figured it was part of the same network and tried to use my Loop drink subscription. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I asked the employees inside, and while they weren't sure what was going on, they were very kind and tried to help by having me enter my phone number. Still no luck, which was a little disappointing since I made the stop assuming I could use it. Aside from the confusion, the store itself was clean, organized, and had a decent selection of snacks and drinks. The only other downside was the gas prices, which were pretty high compared to other nearby stations (ARCO) that are also conveniently located right off the highway. Overall, it's not a bad stop, especially if cleanliness and friendly staff matter to you, but I'd recommend they update their name and info on Apple Maps so others aren't misled like I was. And if they're going to mirror Loop locations so closely, it would be helpful to clarify whether or not they're affiliated. read more

I have never been to a gas station where half the pumps don't work. The staff here are a pathetic example of customer service. Guess they don't realize that their customers are the reason they have a job. Whoever the manager/ owner is really needs to train your staff because every lady that works there in the AM is absolutely rude. a sign outside saying that there are disabled bathrooms inside. But when you come inside and buy your diet coke, you learned that the bathrooms are closed. The sign outside says $5.29 for diesel. However to get that price you need to pay $10 for a car wash otherwise it is $5.59. This misrepresents the true price, is dishonest and misleading plus once you have decided to pay the higher price you cannot use a card at the pump, have to go inside and deal with a non-native English speaker who is nearly impossible to understand. Not only that, she cannot understand basic numbers and confused 50 with 100. How do those even sound remotely alike? Never going back again. read more

Place was really dirty, just went in to get some slurpees, there was no lid for any of them except the large, but they wouldnt let me use a different cup or have any viable solution, they were extremely rude when i asked, there was 4 people behind the counter, all of them on their phones, or having a conversation with the itgers, i had to wait for them to finish talking before they would help me when i kept asking them what i could do about the cups. If there was a zero star I would given them to this awful place, the website says they open 24H. But tonight when i was just walking toward the window cus they were closed inside the man pulled down the curtain and flipped the sign. They just stood there in their registers pretending they were counting money. This is a fueling station is on a major freeway ( state highway 4) around 4:30 on monday am I pulled in there coasting on fumes. I had a 100.00 bill and my tank would only hold 60.00 in fuel. This station could not accommodate my request because they had no change for the 100.00 bill. What? This chevron station is next to a major freeway and has no change there is a cash safe put monet in take money out and still would not except my new bill. Bull shit place. It's not one of my favorite spots in Pittsburg, but what can you do. Desperate times call for desperate measures. It's just off the Hwy 4 Railroad exit going westbound. Next door is one of my favorite Jack-in-the-Box's and a few steps on the other side is a Starbucks. It's perfect. Get off, pump some, fill some, drink some, and get on again. read more

I love this chevron, every time I come to this location they always greet me upon entry, they also tend to have a few people working so the line goes pretty fast and all the employees are always smiling and laughing. The car wash is sometime down but my code works whenever I come back and if it doesn't the manager Corina is pretty good about taking care of it. Like someone or something had taken a dump. Well, then I realized that there was water dripping from the roof. It was dripping down on my car. I am sure that a ton of pigeon poop is there.
