disappointed. just got back from there. only 3/4 of the tires had dressing on it. and the windshield has soap swirls everywhere. and when I turned the car on. the wipers were going. doesn't feel like a $50 wash. the inside however looked amazing. read more

Yesterday I took my car to wash at 3:45pm and the place supposed to close at 4pm but the took my car in without any problem. I went for a short walk while my car was ready and when I came back at 4:20 nobody was there not even my car. So I rushed into the main office and thanks God someone was there but he said I do have to come back next day for my car because the where already closed. After so many pleases because inside my car were my house keys and everything he opened the garage where my car was and gave me my car. By my surprise, the car was barely clean. Stains all over, dust and pet hair was still inside. Basically my car was almost the way I dropped off there. I can't explain how frustrated I felt. I lost my money and my time. I mean, they could told me it was too late to do the cleaning service at 3:45pm. But why they got my car and they didn't do a good job! I have the membership here but I always go to Walnut Creek location. I think I'm not coming back here! read more

How does a car wash of nice people, working hard and doing a good job have low reviews? I bet it is those people who take their car too seriously but won't pay for private detailing or those people expecting an express car wash to treat their 2009 Honda like a new Porsche. I have been coming here for years. I have never had an issue and they do good work. I enjoy that I can easily turn my monthly membership on or off. They are so chill. read more

OK, this is not the first time I feel like they've done a very mediocre job. I pulled up at 2:40 and there were two cars that had to still go in before mine. I was surprised when they announced my car was ready as it was only 2:55. I belong to the monthly membership and really have to reconsider because numerous times the windshield was not clean and other details. They just don't really pay attention to. read more

This place sucks ass big time! I paid for the most expensive package and they didn't bother cleaning the inside of my vehicle! Guys were just standing around waiting for next vehicle to dry off. And mind you, this was the second time - I gave them a second chance to improve. Very disappointed and NEVER going back! I do not recommend this establishment! Zero stars!!! read more

This is not the first time I submit this review , this has been many times that the staff they don't care about the customer recommendations, they intentionally ignoring . I didn't ask something magical , only asking if they could spray the degreaser first ; however, they ignored and continued what they could do . Very rude never want to come back. This ruin the reputation of the car wash. read more

I typically wash my own vehicle, but there are times when I simply don't have the time, so I decide to pay for a professional car wash. Unfortunately, my experiences at Autopia in Concord have been consistently disappointing. I've been to this location a handful of times over the past year, and every single visit has had some kind of issue. In the past, the windows weren't cleaned properly, the side mirrors were missed, the floorboards were still dirty and hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly, and the overall attention to detail was lacking. Today's visit was by far the worst. The interior floorboards were left covered with the wet cleaning spray they had used, the side steps on my truck were still completely soaked with water, and the front grille and hood weren't properly wiped down at all and the interior Dash and screen were left dirty and not wiped at ALL. When I politely asked one of the employees if he could wipe down the floorboards and interior mats, he simply smirked at me without even offering an apology. If this had been an isolated incident, I wouldn't have bothered leaving a review. However, this is now the fourth visit with similar quality issues, and it's clear that poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail have become the norm rather than the exception. This will be my last visit to this location. Based on my repeated experiences, I can't recommend Autopia in Concord and would encourage others to consider taking their business elsewhere if they're expecting quality service. read more

I came here one time before and I wasn't impressed, today I decided to give them another chance and realized that I'm not coming back here again. I was very specific and told them to make sure the console was clean since last time they failed to do so. I leave thinking it seemed fine, just to see that it was dusted off not wiped clean! WTH?! I shouldn't have to leave only to see that now I need to clean the inside of my console because this car wash failed to do so! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere read more

I have been to the Concord Autopia twice prior to today, and it was extremely pleased. In today's visit, my car was beautiful inside and out. However, I found my front license plate on the floorboard in the backseat. I am guessing it's possible those gigantic rotating brushes in the car wash may have jiggled the front license plate and frame off of the front of my vehicle. My bone of contention is nobody told me. They just threw it in the backseat of the car. And I didn't realize it until I got home. Might be a good idea to take a quick video of the exterior of your vehicle before you send it through their car wash and then do a quick walk around your vehicle. I did walk around my vehicle, but I did not look at the front. I was more interested in the sides. Shame on me. read more

Autopia Car Wash - Concord - Damage. What did they even use to do this?? - Car Wash Near Me - Concord, California

Seriously impressed!! First time coming to this place and I have to admit, I've been so neglectful of my car and its cleanliness. I have a short hair dog and he's basically shedded another dog in my car... whoops. I showed up saying to do their best, thinking they probably won't be able to get a lot of the hair out. I was wrong. WOW! I am so impressed cause they were able to get probably 97% of it out... basically looks like a new car! I'm so happy how it turned out. Staff were so friendly and the service was quick- maybe 20 mins. Also super affordable. I got the works with a $10 coupon someone gave me so I ended up paying around $39. Not bad at all for the work they did. I'll definitely be back! read more

Very disappointed! I took my car here after a road trip. I still had bugs and pollen stuck on the front grill and hood. I had to scrub them off at home. The back end still had water drops. Back passenger window had a strip of dirt thru middle of it. I will find somewhere else to go next time I need a car wash. This was not worth the money I paid which was for the Ulitimate wash read more

I decided to purchase the monthly car wash thinking it's the best deal as I hate a dirty car inside and out. They withdrawal the money every month on time. In the beginning they did a great job but now they are slacking. They do a good job on the outside but the inside is a different story. I don't understand how difficult is it to wipe down, vacuum and clean windows. Evertime I leave there I always have to inspect and show them what was missed so they can redo it. At the same time they expect a tip which I give but at this point not anymore if it's not done properly. I can say the value is great I can take my car mon- thurs for this service but my expectations of a good car wash inside and out aren't being met. read more

I haven't been here for years because their prices are much higher than my go to place Super Station in Concord/Pleasant Hill. Super Station highest level of standard service is $37. Autopia "Starts at $37. I went to Autopia because my van was looking shabby and I was running errands in that area. I pulled up, no line, I was given their card for offerings and the lowest started at $37. I was already committed and pressed for time so I said what the hell. I picked their lowest level of service and went in to pay at the customer service register. My surprise I had a $5 up charge for being a van. Super Station is only $1. Now $42 later I waited for my van to be completed They do things differently here. Instead of vacuuming 1st and sending the car/van through the wash, they just send it, afterwards their crew starts detailing the vehicle. I arrived to the Most detailed vehicle. Outside dried to no spots or dripping aftermath water. Windows and side mirrors dried, interior was vacuumed to perfection, because this is a mini van they even lifted out the third row seats and vacuumed in the holding well. Plus leather seats and rubber floor mats were cleaned, Not just Vacuumed. Ask for Jose in final detailing. He will take care of you I found my New Spot..., read more

Never again. I usually go to the place up the street which is a little bit smaller and can take up to an hour. But they were pretty busy so I decided to try Autopia. The prices are way more expensive. $40 for a basic car wash that you can get from the gas station for $10. If you want them to do anything to the interior like clean the dashboard and steering wheel, that's an additional 60 bucks. If you want carpets and seats, another 70 bucks on top of that. I only got the exterior car washed. It took about 15 to 20 minutes and it was still dirty afterwards. Next time I'll wait a little bit longer and go up the street and pay $60 for interior AND exterior. read more

Not good for the price. If you just want your car kinda cleaned and you don't care how it comes out. This is the place for you. If you want a higher level of service, don't go here. Either do it yourself OR get it detailed professional. I've noticed this area doesn't have a nice middle ground OR maybe this is the middle ground and we've lowered our standards due to substandard service. read more

If i can put 100 negative stars, i would! So i paid this $60 plus a month for wax or whatever & this particular location which by the way not the first time, i thought they changed apparently theyre the same. So the amt that customers paid monthly is a basic not even wax but just soap or whatever. I told them there are still stuff that aren't cleaned & the lady said u need to pay extra for a clay hand wax for that. Those are trees stuff by the way that they cannot remove! read more

Horrible customer service and no follow up on claims when this company damages your car. Do not use this company. My reviews and posts are positive.. this is my first 1 star review. Autopia and "Jose" left me no choice but to inform others of the risks involved with this place. I have used this place for several years performing an ultimate car wash on my vehicles. On Memorial Day weekend I decided to request a wax job for the first time ever which appeared to go well until I picked up the truck. Autopia Car Wash in Concord damaged my truck during a wax job. The damage was to a plastic cover on the step side. I called this damage out and the person in charge "Jose" acknowledged that they must have stepped on the cover causing the damage. I filled out the claim form and was told I would be called in 24 hours. No phone call ever came, I called for follow up multiple times and they do not answer the phone as published on their website. I did my own search on the replacement part and it's $40. To sum up.. instead of just working with me to pay for a $40 part they choose to ignore. I am no longer a customer of this place. read more

It was not the cheapest car wash but worth every penny. They did a great job. I got the express detailing and it looks amazing

Spent $60 for nothing , i should have just done it myself ..outside still had little bug marks yea no not coming back again

You can pay a monthly dues and go any day. Depending on what one you decide. I pay for M-F I can go 2 times in one day if I want to. The gentleman in front where you drop off keys is excellent. Now the cleaning is hit or miss. I always have to remind them to clean back window. They seem to go so fast, to be able to get to the next car. Frustrating sometimes. But they clean it better than I would. Even if you have a membership at one can go to different places. read more

No, no, and no. I can't speak for ALL Autopias, as friends tell me their experiences at different locations are WILDLY different. All I'll relate is one story. A dear friend takes his brand new whip for a car wash - Concord location. It's still pristine. They take it through the machine. It comes out with a huge gouge out of the side. Paint scraped off, dented. Clearly, something in the machine scraped the car. Management denies. Steadfastly we didn't do it, it must have come in this way. Would you trust your ride to a joint like that? I don't anymore. Never again. read more

Looking through the reviews, it seems like most people don't understand the difference between a car wash and a detail. You want the nooks and cranies of the car completely cleaned of all your crumbs and dog hair? All the stuck on syrup from your spilled soda in your cup holders and on your gear shift? The deep clean to the mats you've never bothered to shampoo? Get a car detail. There's no car wash that you're going to find that is going to the lengths you're looking for them to at the price you're paying. You're paying them to do the work you refuse to. If you're not satisfied, then clean it yourself to the lengths you want it and see why it would cost you more to get the results than you're currently paying for a standard wash. read more

**Rating: ** I've been a Gold Membership holder at Autopia on Clayton Rd in Concord, paying $65 a month, and honestly, I'm quite disappointed with the service I've received so far. For the price, I expected a much more thorough cleaning. Each time I visit, I notice that basic things are overlooked. My car's screen is often left with fingerprints, and the center console doesn't get cleaned properly. The storage areas and spots under the seats also don't seem to be vacuumed at all. For a premium membership, I expect attention to detail, but unfortunately, that's not what I've been getting. I hope they can improve their service because right now, it doesn't feel like I'm getting my money's worth. read more

IT'S OKAY.... You can get away with just their basic plan (super). I went for the top-tier plan, and I think that's where I went wrong. My car is cleaner than when I brought it in, but paying almost $70, you kind of expect more attention to detail. For example, I never received any of the services listed in their ultimate plan: * Fresh Scent (Fragrance) * Rust Guard * Ceramic Duraguard * Exterior Trim Dressing (I wish they actually did it) * Cracks and Crevices * Brake Dust Removal * Tar Removal To their defense, they do have to keep the cars moving, so they have to rush a little, but still... Oh, and probably the worst part is that you have no idea what the announcer is saying. You just wait and look to see if your car is ready while they are announcing which cars are done. So yeah, it's okay, but go for the basic plan. read more

This was just disappointing, paying $72 to just find out they didn't even do anything ! The worst thing is I found out when I was putting in my groceries. They didn't even clean my cup holder , nor they didn't even vacuum anything not even the seats ! I had to go to another car wash to do it myself , never coming again Recommending everyone to save there money ! Look at the review before coming here ! That was my fault I didn't check the reviews first lesson learned read more

I came here to get my work truck cleaned and they did an amazing job. I went with the interior package that cost $180. It took them about 2 1/2 hours (this thing was dirty!) and the truck came back 1000% better. They cleaned the entire interior, found stuff I didn't even know was under some of the seats and the seats were all cleaned nicely. The exterior was definitely could have been better, but I didn't go crazy on that and get a better package (I most likely will next time). They called me when it was ready and this was a solid experience overall. read more

This place is a scam. I paid for a mini detail $240 package and they forgot to wax and the level detail was ridiculous. One of the first car washes I have EVER been to! I paid $90 for a "manager special" and got an incomplete job. I brought it up to the manager and he said to come back and they would fix it. Came back the next day and Francisco argued with me about the car. He tried to tell me that cheese on my dashboard wouldn't come off. I used my finger to scrap it and it came right off. I am super disappointed in the way Francisco runs this business. I asked for a manager and he said there's no one above him and he's the only one.
