When I brought my car to Jaime, he literally stopped what he was doing to give it a look. I had multiple issues with my car that towards the end it almost looked impossible to fix. What I appreciate the most aside from his time and labor is he explained everything to me thoroughly. What's under my hood, how it works, and why. I'm a younger mom of two and i honestly couldn't have told you anything other than how to change my oil (at least when it comes to under my hood) and now I feel confident when I pop my hood. Considering all of the maintenance and labor, all of the work was considerably affordable and Jaime always took care of me. All the work that has been needed (thus far) has been in the span of about 3 weeks or so. Every week he has dedicated time to my car and I. After the first visit he called me to speak about my car and follow up, and I appreciate that. He's got a right hand, Patrick, who is just as prompt. I appreciate them both.
